クラビから早朝のフライトをしたため、休暇の終わりにこのホテルを1泊予約しました。ホテルは空港からタクシーで10分以内で、グラブプレミアムタクシーでわずか250バーツです!ホテルと部屋はきれいで、スタッフはとても気配りがあり、これ以上役に立たなかった。部屋は広として快適で、一晩の滞在に最適で、お金に見合う価値がありました。私の唯一のわずかな批判は、部屋の金庫がボルトで固定されていないため、誰かがそれと私たちの持ち物を持って去ることができたということです!!価格でこのホテルを強くお勧めします。

清潔な環境と十分な広さの部屋。裏側の駐車場の景色は気に入りませんでした。 朝食は良かったのですが、タイで泊まった他のホテルほど良くはなく、冷めたパンケーキは嫌でした。 立地は良かったのですが、海沿いの賑やかなエリアからは少し離れていました。

値段の割に素晴らしいホテルです。主要な観光スポットから徒歩わずか 5 分です。近くには散歩できるマングローブ林があります。川岸もすぐ近くで、徒歩わずか 1 分です。通りの向かい側には、おいしい料理を楽しめるきちんとしたレストランがあります。部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っていました。大きなベッド、温かいお湯、小さなバルコニーです。すべてが清潔で手入れが行き届いていました。チェックインは迅速で手間がかかりませんでした。まったく問題ありませんでした。

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel staff were all amazing and very helpful. They collected us from the pier with our bags and carried them directly to the room, and the same leaving the island. The hotel is all individual tree top cabins. This can be a hike/long walk up a hill to the room depending on which one you stay in. The hotel is located on the beach with a private beach which is lovely. You can walk across the beach for 3 minutes to the main path around Phi Phi. 5 minute walk from the hotel to restaurants/shops. Taking 15 minutes to walk to the pier. Or you can get a tail boat taxi directly from the hotel beach to take you around the island or day trips. The hotel’s breakfast was 5/10. The average buffet style breakfast. The pool bar doesn’t exist when we were there and doesn’t look like it has been open in a long time. The rooms were cleaned everyday. I would not recommend the hotel for young children or people with reduced mobility.

My partner and myself spent a few nights on the island at one of the small cottages. Perfect for couples and those having a short stay on the island. They are located about a 10 minute walk from the main area of bars and restaurants, however, at night walking back, its always a peaceful, enjoyable trip from the views. The cottages provide the exact facilities required and were sweet and cosy. Central enough to all the action and has the most gorgeous views!

I stayed for the first time at ' Maneetel Ao Nang ' on friday night. Ao Nang was very busy for ' Somkran ' so I couldnt park at the hotel but there were spaces at ' Landmark' very close by. Its in a great location with everything you might need in walking distance. I choose it as I was visiting the New ' Irish Embassy Pub ' + wanted to walk there. On arrival, there were 2 lovely reception staff who did a great job of welcoming me. Its a lovely spacious reception where the gym + pool + a coffee shop are all on ground level. The room was perfect + very nicely designed/decorated. Its small but I expected that. Theres a balcony if you want to sit out. VERY unlike the reviews previous to mine...I had a super night sleep, NO noise at all until my alarm clock went off ! The breakfast area is on the 2nd floor + you can sit facing out to sea ! Good choice of breakfast + spotlessly clean. I would be happy to return here.

I stayed here with my partner on the 6th of March 2024 and was suppose to stay for two nights. I booked a twin room, the room was dated and dull and not as glamourous as portrayed on the website. We just accepted this. Whilst sleeping at approximately 05:00am I heard squeaking noises and shuffling above me coming from the air vents that proceeded to get louder as it got closer. I had earlier in the night noted that there was a hole in the ceiling above the head board of my bed. A rat then fell from the ceiling onto my face, obviously causing serious distress. My partner and I managed to capture the said rat on video and then approached the reception desk and realised no one was at reception despite the website stating it was open 24hours. We were forced to wait outside. At approximately 7am we spoke with a hotel worker who was setting up breakfast and showed him the video and explained what happened, he was nice and as helpful as could be and informed us the manager would come. The manager did not arrive for almost 1 hour, the situation was explained to the manager and he accepted full responsibility and apologised. He was not willing to offer a refund if we stayed in the hotel in a different room the following night. We decided to leave the Phi Phi islands instead and accepted the full refund through the booking website. This was a very distressing incident and something I did not expect to happen at a hotel that is portrayed as a luxury stay.

素晴らしいパーティーホテル。ヴィラのガーデンビュールームを3室予約しました。プライベートプールが最高でした。部屋は清潔で、Agodaの写真よりも良かったです。島であることを考慮すると、朝食は美味しかったです。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。パーティーホテルですので、騒音にはご注意ください。私たちには迷惑をかけませんでした。戻ります。

We were greeted warmly at the reception & got a beautiful pool facing Room with the backdrop of the Sea. The pier is barely 5mins walk and the Hotel had sent a cart with the man holding our placard. The Room was spacious for 3 Pax & was totally comfortable. The location of this Hotel is prime and the food joints & market streets are all walking distance. The breakfast spread is good enough to start your day with… Relax in the pool or just across the pier to take a private tour in the Long Tail Boats. This a must do if you are staying in this Island. You will be surprised to watch the fire shows, music & dance at the beach Parties. This Island has some lovely restaurants with delicious local cuisine and a wide spread platter for Sea Food lovers. Chill with the “Chang Beer” and interesting Cocktails. We stayed for 3 nights and had a memorable time….Our room commanded a picturesque view!! We will definitely be back here. Only improvement required to be done by the Hotel Management is to renovate the bathrooms & fittings as these are dated.

With fairly minimal effort /expense this could be very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pools are good and the location excellent. However our bathroom had broken fittings making it hard to shower and the shower cubicle was very mouldy. Also what could be a nice patio area by the pool is neglected scrub/wasteland with a couple of dirty old plastic chairs and nowhere to sit. These details drag down one's experience and makes it feel rather overpriced.

タイを旅行する2家族の一員としてここに滞在し、3人の幼い子供を連れて行きました。本当に家族に優しく、毎晩夕日を見下ろす素敵なインフィニティプールがありました。部屋 - 基本的な必需品を備えたかわいいバンガロータイプの部屋。ACはうまく機能し、リラックスできる素敵なバルコニー付きの部屋でWiFiが利用できます。急な丘の上にありますが、それほど遠くはありません。朝食 - 美味しくてかなり基本的ですが、仕事をします!ここで昼食を数回食べましたが、ビーチバーを含む食べ物は素晴らしかったです。スパ - タイで最高のマッサージ!そよ風が吹いて鳥がつぶやく美しいリラックスできる半外エリア。フレンドリーなスタッフと強くお勧めします!

We chose Twin Lotus because it is adults only. It was romantic, peaceful, lovely, and we will definitely go back. We selected a room in the back as it was cheaper and we did not need to be on the beach. There are several,pools to choose from. The ine at the beach can get filled by 0830 but we always managed to get chairs with an umbrella. If you do not occupy your chair they remove the towel but leave your belongings. We took chairs that had a book on the side table. The book owner came and we explained no towels were on the chair. She knew the rules and said she would choose a beach chair instead ( along the beach are chairs but no umbrellas). We were thrilled she was so nice. The breakfast buffet is standard and plentiful. All the choices were delicious. No flies or ants anywhere. You may see an occasional meandering water monitor but they walk past you. The gym is immaculate and adequately equipped. The spa is wonderful with well- trained staff. We had dinner there a few times and the food was very good. There are places in the little streets behind the hotel and along the beach and next door, but Twin Lotus food was better though a bit more costly. Happy Hour drinks were good. We had a Go Dive snorkel dive tours to Koh Haa and a car ride to Old Town. Recommend both. The people in Old Town were exceptionally nice and the little museum is quaint. Eateries along their street are good. Allow two hours for Old Town not including the drive to and from. The next time we stay at Twin Lotus we will go to Phi Phi but have been before. Twin Lotus has many books to borrow located inside breakfast restaurant, There are buggies to drive you to and from your room or villa if you have mobility issues. Do not bring glass bottles or glass to the swimming pool. Any wait staff will give you a plastic mug or ”glass” to drink your beer or drink in the pool or at the pool. Please read the rules at pool entrance and follow them to keep yourself and others safe. The resort is mostly European people and everyone, young couples and older ones, singles, and all were cordial and respectful.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my girlfriend. Firstly the staff on the desk were very welcoming and collected our bags from the door and delivered them to our room. We were given a welcome drink on arrival and the check in process was effortless and very efficient. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach were a 2 min walk from our door and the beach restaurant serves excellent food. There were no issues during our stay and I was able to rent a bike from the hotel reception which arrived in 5 mins which was also a very efficient service. After checking out a staff member dropped us to the pier where we continued our journey. Shortly after checking out the manager of the hotel (never got his name) emailed me to say I had managed to leave my €300 camera behind in the room. He rang me to organise how to get the camera back to me and went to the effort of bubble wrapping, and boxing up my camera to be delivered to Koh Phi Phi on the same day and rang me during each stage to keep me in the loop as to where my camera is. Once the camera arrived on the island he rang me to tell me where I was able to collect it. This level of customer service cannot go unrecognised and he asked for nothing in return. I can’t urge travellers enough to stay in this hotel. I will be returning 100%. Thank you very much Lanta Staff & Manager!

Good little road-side hotel with a short walk to the beach.  Great service.  Friendly & helpful staff.  Very clean room.  Great service.  Stayed for only 1 night.  Hotel is located approximately in the middle of the island (north to south); rent a motorbike from the hotel and go explore Koh Lanta.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our island hopping tour. We were 4 adults staying in a nice bungalow further in from the beach. We booked those places just a couple of days before we arrived. This place wouldn’t be my first choice, but wasn’t much left to choose from. Our accommodation was very spacious. Small terrace outside, living room with two sofas, a desk and a big fridge. Upstairs two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom. From main bedroom you had a great view over the sea and the amazing sunrise. Hard beds but otherwise great. Things that pulled the rating down. 1. WiFi didn’t work on our entire stay 2. Horrible breakfast, (egg-lady was the best in Fantacy) 3. Sun beds on the beach. We’re falling apart. Would have been great with beds were you could sun your back. 4. Drinks in the bar, didn’t they put any alcohol in? Didn’t taste else than soda/juice 5. The restaurant greater place on the beach to choose from 6. Friendly staff in the reception, we pointed out some things in our room before going to dinner when we returned all was fixed. Girl in the “supermarket” was very rude and unfriendly were unlike other thai people. We even told her that she had a very bad attitude. I’m sure there is better places to stay

Lovely little hotel, rooms are mini villas with balconies, very clean and lovely sea view. We got the sense that it hadn’t opened up fully after covid, we’re only a few other couples and a lot of the time we had the pool to ourselves Breakfast is fine but basic as they where catering for so few people when we visited. No restaurant on site so be prepared to travel out for lunch and dinner- fortunately there is a fabulous place next door called “Prits Friendly Bar” and the food is great and reasonably priced there Staff at the resort were all really happy and attentive, big shout out to Zom, lovely girl and couldn’t do enough to help!

リゾート自体はかなりいいです。とても平和で、清潔で、滞在を楽しむために必要なものはほとんどあります。スタッフは一般的にフレンドリーで喜んで助けてくれました。もちろん、パンデミック中により多くのスタッフを雇うのは難しいので、部屋の掃除と調理には時間がかかりました。ルームサービスを注文すれば、この心を保つのがいいです。Btw、ホテルの近くにスムーンという素敵なカフェがあります。私たちはコーヒー、西洋式の朝食、昼食にたくさんの時間を費やしました。リゾートにはプライベートビーチがありますが、カヤックに最適です。水泳やシュノーケリングには最適ではありません。海岸近くには岩が多すぎて、水の視界は望ましくありませんでした。ビーチは夕日を見るのに適しています。小さな子供と一緒に旅行する人にとって、隠蔽蟹を見つけるのに良い場所です。部屋のヒントについては、プールビューの客室は、より大きなスペースとより良い内部デザインを提供する新しい建物にあります。シーフロントヴィラはより良い景色を持っていますが、そこに着くには急な登りが必要です。

This is our 4th hotel out of 7 on this particular trip but sadly comes in a bit lacking for me, I had very high expectations. Firstly on check we asked about hiring a moped. The girl on the tours desk barely looked up from her phone and said “no”. We managed to rent one down the road at Miami but this is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand that doesn’t help with motorbike rental. We didn’t approach her for anything else as for me, first impressions last. Our room was okay, can’t imagine when booking why I thought a bath on the balcony was a good idea! My bad! There was tons of wardrobe space and the bed and pillows were comfy. Lacked conditioner & body lotion which I’ve found in other hotels. Generally the room was a bit tired and needed a good deep clean. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest and we had ants around the sink on day three. The shower had very intermittent water temperatures and had black mould at the bottom near the drain. Also tea/coffee spills on the floor that hadn’t been mopped. The communal areas I also found to be grubby and unkempt. No-one sweeps up leaves and they get mingled with bits of rubbish. The sunbed areas aren’t mopped so drink spillages give sticky dirty patches. You get the gist. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and half decent coffee. I just found the ambience to be generally quite standoffish and unfriendly, apart from Mr Bunty who was lovely. Most days we went out to Horizon Bar on the beach, much nicer vibe. There are no showers or foot washes between the beach and the pools which results in the pool being full of sand. All in all I have been disappointed, for the price I expected better. Small improvements would make this hotel much better.
