私はこのホテルで素晴らしい滞在ができました!スタッフは私が到着した瞬間からフレンドリーで歓迎してくれ、部屋は清潔で広としていてとても快適でした。私が本当に感謝していたのは、飲み物が備わっている部屋の小さな冷蔵庫でした。好きなものを楽しんだり、チェックアウト時に支払いをしたりするだけで、とても便利でした。 屋上は間違いなくハイライトでした。リラックスしたり、写真を撮ったり、昼夜を問わず景色を楽しんだりするのに最適な素晴らしい見下ろしビューを提供します。階下には、ホテルを出ることなく、リラックスしてくつろぎ、ドリンクを飲むことができる素晴らしいバーもあります。 素晴らしいサービス、快適さ、素晴らしい景色をお探しの方は、このホテルを強くお勧めします。次回は間違いなく友達と一緒に戻ってきます!

Hôtel familial très propre et accueillant arrivé tardivement a 3h00 du matin aucun problème pour l'accueil, juste un peu loin du centre ville de Tirana 30 min en voiture, je recommande fortement.

The room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.

Hotel Relax City Center Comfort Double Room Stayed: Feb 5-6, 2026 | Rating: 5/5 Location was spot on—5 minutes walk from Toptani Shopping Centre, right by a really fancy kenefa place, next to the big masjid, and surrounded by everything and all types of shops someone might need. Staff was really nice and helpful; they provided us with recommendations when we asked and even gave us a charger since we didn't have a European plug. The room was really nice and comfy, with ACs and heating within them—definitely worth £39 and we'll be visiting again!

ホテルは新しくてきれいです。場所は市内中心部にあり、空港行きのバス停の近くです。ショップやレストランの近く。場所は美的に楽しいです。 しかし、滞在中の唯一の欠点は、午前中に3-7am周辺に給水がないことです。チェックアウトのためにレセプションに行きましたが、誰もいません。私たちは彼らに私たちが去っているとすでに支払っているワットアプリメッセージを送りました。問題が解決されたことを願っています。

The staff were great. Helped carry all the luggage down to the room , parked the car for me and in the morning moved all the cars so I could leave early. nice room for the price, large shower with lots of hot water. Huge bed and AC and TV. Zero complaints.

Lovely hotel clean room and warm welcome. Easily accessible as the bus from tirana stops right outside. Lovely breakfast only downside was breakfast didn't start until 8am so we were unable to eat before leaving for the airport

1泊25ポンドという料金を考えると、最近は正直あまり期待していません！しかし、ティラナは基本的な設備が壊れていたり欠けていたりしても、期待を裏切らない素晴らしいホテルです！清潔で快適なベッドと効率の良いエアコンは必須ですが、まさにその通りでした。 バスルームは少し残念でした。シャワーヘッドのネジが外れていて、お湯が一箇所にしか出ないというお決まりのトラブルがありました！ シャワーの排水口から奇妙な臭いが漂っていましたが、水が流れると消えました！ トイレは清潔で、質の良い石鹸が備え付けられていました！ 2階への階段は不安定で手すりがなく、2日間フロント係はいませんでしたが、Wi-Fi（非常に良好）と入館方法に関する案内はありました！ コストパフォーマンス 8+/10 ☺️

ホテルはスカンデペ広場の近く、空港バスの停留所から500メートルです。このホテルに滞在すると、タクシー料金20ユーロを節約できます。空港バスは400レックです。ホテルのサービスはとても良いです。フロントデスクが私にペラートバスステーションの住所を書いたとき、部屋は清潔で、朝食は悪くありませんでした。この価格は住む価値があります。
