部屋は広く、ベッドは快適で、バスルームにはシャワーエリアのドアがあり、どこでも濡れないようにしています。シャンプーは良質で、匂いが好きです。朝食は平均以上で、選択肢がたくさんあります。 インターネット/Wifiは遅く、一部の作業では困難です。ハンドウォッシュは使い果たされ、住宅管理者によって補充されませんでした。クイーンベッドルームは本物のクイーンベッドではなく、ツインベッドを組み合わせています。

ホテルのチームはとても親切で、あなたの要求に応える準備ができています。 食べ物は完璧で美味しいです。 ホテルはかなり新しくてきれいです。 場所はミュンヘン中心部から少し離れていますが、旅行にとても便利です。また、非常に清潔で安全なエリア。 ホテルは鉄道駅から遠く、1-2分歩いてすぐです。

このホテルでは、チェックイン時にアーリアンさんから素晴らしいサービスを受けました。アーリアンさんは駐車場まで案内してくれて、とても親切で、（私たちが予約していたのは安価な別館の部屋だったにもかかわらず）エレベーターのあるメインタワーの部屋を用意してくれました。ミュンヘン滞在中の晴れた日の過ごし方を教えてくれたり、私たちが晴れた日には必ず挨拶をしてくれて様子を伺ってくれたりと、自然体でフレンドリーな接客でした。 ホテルは少し古く、趣のある内装が施されています。部屋には布団ソファ、快適なベッド、デスクエリア、コーヒー/紅茶メーカー、クローゼット、ミニ冷蔵庫（有料で炭酸飲料と水も用意）、iPodドック、大きめのテレビ、そして荷物を置くのに十分なカウンタースペースがありました。部屋にはグミベアとクッキーがいくつか用意されていて、とても嬉しかったです。ベッドは私にとって快適で、リクエストに応じて寝具や枕を追加で提供してくれるとのことでした。ティーカップが少し汚れていたので、清潔感はもう少しあると良いと思いました。 バスルームはスツールが2脚あるのが特徴的で、ただ置くだけの場所でした。シャワーはドアもシャワーカーテンもなく、ガラスも水を逃がさないので、あまり気に入りませんでした。オールインワンのシャンプー/ボディウォッシュはまあまあでした。タオルは少し薄かったので、交換が必要でしょう。 ホテルの料金は妥当で、立地も悪くありませんでした。ミュンヘンの主要観光スポットからは少し離れていますが、公共交通機関へのアクセスは良好で、ホテルから10分以内の中央駅も近くにあります。ホテルの近くには夜遅くまで営業しているレストランやコンビニがいくつかあり、バイエルン/オクトーバーフェストのお土産屋も近くにあります。夜遅くに一人で歩いてドネルケバブを買っても安心でした。 ホテルの朝食は美味しく、デリミート、チーズ、パン、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、ジュース、コーヒー、紅茶など、種類も豊富です。アートな椅子など、たくさんの座席が用意されていました。 このホテルの駐車場は狭く、台数も限られているため、コンパクトカーをレンタルしておいて本当に良かったです。ここに駐車する場合は、受付まで行ってドアを開けてもらい、駐車スペースまで案内してもらいましょう。事前にホテルに連絡して予約しておくのも良いかもしれません。フロントデスクでは当初駐車料金は20ユーロと言われましたが、実際には22ユーロ請求されました。近くには他にも駐車場はありますが、周辺が工事中だったため、ホテルに駐車しておいてよかったと思いました。

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers. 🛏️ Pretty Nice and Clean Rooms The rooms here are pretty nice, very cozy, and kept spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring Munich. The overall vibe of the hotel is very peaceful and traditional, making it a relaxing home base. A Quick Tip on the AC: It is important to note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business. 🅿️ Amazing Free Parking! One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

朝食が美味しく、便利なロケーション、素晴らしいサービス、素晴らしい設備、近くに大きなスーパーマーケットがあり、鉄道駅や旧市街にも非常に近いので、短期旅行には最適です。

ミュンヘンに来たらこのホテルが超おすすめです👍 フロントのイケメンも美女もとても親切で、早めに着いたら荷物を預かってくれました🧳夜に戻ったら部屋まで運んでくれていました👍 美人スタッフは、私が理解できないのではないかと心配して、英語とドイツ語で、夜10時以降は横の入り口からカードをスキャンして入ることを実演して説明してくれました。エレベーターまで案内してくれただけでなく、美人で気配りも素晴らしいです👍 部屋の清掃もとても良く、3日間滞在しましたが毎日シーツと枕カバーを交換してくれました👍 ロケーションも非常に便利で、階下にはピザハット、隣にはケンタッキーがあり、息子が大喜びしていました😘 中央駅から徒歩3〜5分、マリア広場商店街までも徒歩5〜10分程度です。階下には路面電車が何本かあり、U2などの地下鉄の駅もいくつかあります。

とても素晴らしいホテルで、立地も最高です！T2ターミナルからルフトハンザエクスプレスバスに乗りましたが、ホテル目の前に停車するので、駅で荷物を運ぶ手間と体力を省けて本当におすすめです。ホテルの隣には地下鉄もあります。朝食は清潔で美味しく、種類は多くありませんが、ホテルの洋食ビュッフェにあるものは一通り揃っています。フロントのスタッフもとても親切でフレンドリーでした。滞在していたドイツ人も、世間で言われているような冷たい人ではなく、皆さんとても親切でフレンドリーでした。朝食で料理を取る際に蓋が重くて開けにくかったのですが、皆さん親切に蓋を開けてくれて、とても助かりました。部屋は広くなく、スリッパ、ティッシュ、電気ケトル、歯磨き粉、歯ブラシなどは備え付けられていませんので、事前に準備が必要です。ただ、すぐ隣にスーパーがあるので、日用品などは簡単に手に入ります。

ミュンヘン中央駅から徒歩5分。駅前大通沿いなので迷うことはないと思います。25/12時点では空港行きリムジンバス乗り場がホテルの目の前で非常に便利です。ですが、クラブ？がホテル隣にあって深夜早朝は若干治安に注意です。 部屋はオートロックではないので注意が必要なのと、テレビ、シャワー以外の備品はありません。宿泊したシングルルームはスチーム式暖房だったので濡れたものを乾かせました。
