🛏️ 部屋と設備 * **広さ**: 部屋の広さはまずまずで、狭すぎることはありません。 * **設備**: 全体的に古く、中国の都心部にある古いビジネスホテルといった感じです。 * **エアコン**: 窓型エアコンが設置されており、冷房効果は高いものの、騒音が大きいです。夜間はサイレントモードにするか、オフにする必要があるかもしれません。耳栓やノイズキャンセリングヘッドホンを準備することをおすすめします。 * **ベッドと睡眠**: ベッドは快適で、よく休むことができました。 * **衛生状態**: 許容範囲内で、概ね清潔ですが、多少の匂いは避けられません。 🚿 バスルームとシャワー * **広さ**: バスルームは狭く、特にシャワースペースは一人でギリギリです。 * **水圧**: お湯は豊富に出て、水圧も高く、シャワーの使い心地は良かったです。 * **アメニティ**: 使い捨ての小袋入りシャンプーが提供されており、中国の空港近くのビジネスホテルのような質感です。 🔐 安全性とサービス * **入退室方法**: 物理的な鍵（電子カードキーではない）を使用しており、「懐かしさ」を感じます。これも中国の古いホテルに似ています。 * **サービス体験**: * 夜間に到着しましたが、事前にメールで連絡したところ、フロントデスクが待っていてくれて、丁寧な対応でした。 * 通常のコミュニケーションではサービスが良く、チェックアウト時にはスタッフが熱心に見送ってくれました。 * コミュニケーション中に内容を繰り返す必要がある場合、サービスの効率は少し落ちますが、全体的に友好的で信頼できます。 ☕ 朝食 * 朝食は特筆すべき点の一つで、内容はかなり充実しています。 * パン、ジュース、ハム、チーズ、そしてコーヒー * ビュッフェ形式で選択肢が多く、コストパフォーマンスが高いです。 📍 立地と周辺環境 * **便利な立地**: 駅から徒歩5分、地下鉄駅も近く、移動に非常に便利です。 * **周辺の雰囲気**: * 駅に近く、昼間は観光客やホームレスが集まることがあり、やや騒がしいですが、安全上の問題はありませんでした。 * ホテルがある通り自体は比較的安全で、向かいにはレストランがあり、階下にはコンビニエンスストアもあり、生活に便利です。 * 環境はやや雑然としており、通りは少し汚く、全体的な雰囲気はニューヨークの古い地区に少し似ています。 --- ✅ 総評 このホテルは、手頃な価格、便利な立地、豊富な朝食が魅力です。予算が限られており、交通の便を重視する旅行者に適しています。設備は古く、騒音対策も一般的ですが、サービスの態度は良く、許容できる中低価格帯の選択肢です。清潔さや設備の近代化に高い要求がない方には、宿泊する価値があるでしょう。

深夜に到着したら、騒音のひどい402号室を割り当てられました。この部屋番号は覚えておいてください。まるで磁場に入り込んだようで、階下にある大きなボイラーが一晩中轟音を立てていて、全く眠れませんでした。市税も一人6ユーロ、二人だと12ユーロと異常に高かったです。朝食もひどく、冷たい料理ばかりで、*も冷たいものが出てきました。唯一の利点は、中央駅から徒歩15分と近いことだけです。

トレヴィの隣にある速い驚き。 美しい部屋、よく装飾され、とてもきれい。 優れた経験は、主に所有者の意志と友好のおかげで、彼は私たちのリビングルームを完璧にするためにあらゆる努力をしました!私たちは戻ってきます! ! !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Antica Dimora Delle Cinque Lune. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican City, making it the perfect base for exploring Rome on foot. Our room was beautifully presented, with décor that blended nicely with the character of the historic building. The comfortable bed, elegant lighting, and unique wallpaper gave the room a boutique feel, while the small balcony overlooking the street was a lovely place to take in the atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. Despite being in such a central location, we slept very well each night. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable hotel in the heart of Rome with all the major sights within walking distance, I would happily recommend Antica Dimora Delle Cinque Lune and would definitely stay here again.

このホテルには2回宿泊しました。プレミアムルームとスタンダードルームの違いは、広さと机の有無だけです。どちらも真新しい改装が施されており、新鮮で控えめなデザインです。 エレベーターは静かに動きますが、速度は遅いです。部屋の遮音性は期待ほどではありませんが、旅行中に一泊してTermini駅からすぐにイタリア各地へ出発するだけなら、理想的で手頃な価格です。

2月中旬に宿泊させていだだきました。私たちはすぐ近くの別館に案内されました。部屋は広く、とても綺麗でした！トイレとシャワールームは一緒で、こちらもかなり広かったです！アメニティやバスローブなどはそこまで置いてなかったです。他のスポットへのアクセスがかなりよく、歩いて1分もかからずそのほかにも周りには飲食店やジェラートのお店がたくさんありました！スタッフの方もフレンドリーでした！今度ローマに来る時も利用させていただきたいです。

Our stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome. Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights. The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom. Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows. Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other. We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request. As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee. Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial. House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without. Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

3泊利用しました。テルミニ駅から徒歩5分程で近く、ホテル裏の大通りからはコロッセオや真実の口などの主要観光地の他、バチカンまで走ってるバスがあり、地下鉄ほど混んでいなかったので利用しやすかったです。 他の口コミに治安、部屋の管理等の不安がありましたが、カフェやレストランが多く治安も気になりませんでした。部屋の管理に関しては、毎日掃除とベットメイク、タオル交換をして頂けました。部屋の交換を希望した時も対応してくれました。 コップが無い、WiFiが繋がらない、シャワーのお湯が出ない時があるなど少し残念な部分はありましたが、十分に利用できました。

部屋の環境は良かったのですが、朝食はひどいものでした。パンとヨーグルトのようなものしかありませんでした。隣のテーブルが目玉焼きとサラダを注文しているのを見て、無料だと思って私たちも頼んでしまいました。夫と3泊滞在し、3時に目玉焼きの朝食を食べました。帰る時に、有料だと言われました。合計84ユーロでした。
