ポルトガルコインブラ県の3つ星ホテル

私は2025年8月3日から8月5日までこのホテルに2泊しました。まず第一に、ホテルの場所は素晴らしいです広場の近くにあるので、すべてのアトラクションにアクセスするのに非常に便利です。私の部屋は川に面しており、リオモンデゴの美しい景色を眺めることができます。これは確立されたホテルで、家具は少し古いですが、すべてがとてもきれいで、私の滞在にまったく影響しませんでした。ホテルのスタッフはとても暖かくて親切です。朝食は標準的なヨーロピアンスタイルのビュッフェで、一日の探索に十分な栄養を提供します。特に、最初はWiFiの強度が心配でしたが、最近の改善の後、自宅で持っているものよりもさらに優れています。アップロードとダウンロードの速度はどちらも300 Mbpsを超えています。これは嬉しい驚きでした。要約すると、私の部屋はお金に大きな価値があり、多くの4つ星または5つ星ホテルよりも印象的で印象的であることがわかりました。

イビス・コインブラ・セントロのシングルルームに宿泊しましたが、全体的に快適な滞在でした。特に、キングサイズベッドを希望していた私のリクエストに応えてくれたことには満足しています。部屋自体はコンパクトですが、レイアウトがよく、一人旅にはちょうど良い広さでした。 一つ気になる点がありました。温度調節ダイヤルを15℃に設定し、エアコンを強にしても、部屋がかなり暑かったことです。不快というほどではありませんでしたが、注意が必要です。 トイレは清潔で、フローリングとモダンなシャワーエリアがとても気に入りました。 滞在中に朝食を頼みましたが、その種類の豊富さに驚きました。毎朝違った料理を楽しめる十分な選択肢があり、いつも満腹で満足してテーブルを後にすることができました。 イビス・コインブラ・セントロ、おもてなしありがとうございました！

The lady...is a Lady and she was kind attentive generous and I felt completely welcomed...it was as if I was staying at a living relative. Although the room was small the bathroom was ample. The room gad a query nook area by one of the two window areas...the view of the water was calming and simple, I could hear the birds in the shady trees outside my tall romantic window setting. The whole place was spotless and fresh smelling ...the bed comfortable. All looked new. It was near to everything. If I have to want anything it is a disposable shower cap. She allowed me to take her tea-Kettle to my room for my convenience which added to my comfort. Although we did not speak the same language we understood each other. I would love to return again soon. A Wonderful Stay in Coimbra! I stayed at The Luggage for just one night, but it left such a wonderful impression that I would absolutely choose to stay here again without a second thought. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful, historic building that perfectly blends traditional charm with excellent interior design. The high ceilings and massive windows give the rooms an incredibly spacious and airy feel, making the stay feel extra special. Beyond the gorgeous architecture, the service was top-notch. The receptionist spoke excellent English, was extremely welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Overall, this hotel truly elevated my experience and left me with the best memories of Coimbra. Highly recommended!

このホテルでの経験には複雑な思いがあります。その理由は、このホテルがデザイン指向のアプローチを持つ珍しいコンセプトを持っており、私のようなデザイナーを魅了したからです。チェックインが遅くて疲れていたので、フレンドリーなスタッフが冷たいビールを提供してくれて、良いスタートを切ることができました。閉所恐怖症ではない私も、窓のないボックスの部屋だったので最初は少し不安でしたが、照明も良く、レインシャワーもあったので安心しました。このホテルは本当に必見のホテルで、他のホテルと比べて手頃な価格で若いゲストに人気があります。唯一のマイナス点は、十分に清潔ではなく、ベッドの金属板と床のほこりが完璧な体験を妨げていたことでした。

We very much enjoyed our stay at Coimbra Monumentais.  The location is absolutely perfect being so close to the steps up to the University.  The facilities were fine.  My only suggestion for improvement is to automatically send the check in information rather than asking us to ask for it.  I missed that point in the reservation.  Most of our stays were with Air BnB and they automatically send the information a day or two in advance.  We came to the back door (the 7A address) and had an issue with getting in.  Once in, we were very well looked after.  Thanks so much to Mariannna!

Little hotel by the road side. Parking is free but it’s opposite building. Can park the car in front of hotel to unload luggage first. Staff speaks English and friendly. Room has no free water and fridge. Bed is comfortable n firm enough. The location is close to some attractions. However the room facing road is very noisy even when staff told me is not. Motorcycle n people walking past rounding loudly can be heard even late at night. We had bad night sleep. A room facing inwards would be better!

Hotel restaurant is very good. The breakfast had a decent variety specially taking into account the price per night.  The rooms are new but they are poorly insulated when it comes to noise, you can hear everything going on outside. If someone closes the door, you hear it like its your room.

A comunicação entre o alojamento e a plataforma de reservas é manifestamente fraca. Eu fiz uma reserva, recebi um comjunto de documentos (voucher, factura e confirmação de reserva e pagamento), no entanto, em nenhum desses documentos foi incluido o numero do quarto nem o codigo de acesso à chave. Entrei em contacto com a propriedade, informando que iria viajar de noite e chegar de madrugada. Comuniquei essa informação por escrito na reserva. A propriedade confirmou que não haveria problema, porque com o código poderia entrar quando quisesse. Os documentos que me enviaram apenas dispunha de um PIN de 4 digitos que eu acreditei ser o codigo de acesso à chave e ao quarto. Nao. O código não funciou, os telefones de serviço da propriedade nunca foram atendidos. Na cidade contactei outros hoteis que alegadameente estavam completos. Fiz mais de 20 chamadas para os numeros que me disponibilizaram. Conclusão: passei a noite na rua. Paguei e dormi no carro, ao frio e sem qualquer conforto. Apenas me devolveram a chamada já passava das 7 da manhã.
