If you are looking for one of the new luxury properties with over the top amenities, then this is NOT the place for you. However, if you like the look of traditional Mexico in a very local setting, this is the right place for you! A 40" smart flat screen TV has been installed with updated and faster internet service. The kitchen has been updated with a granite counter top including a new under-mount sink. The outdoor terrace has a new window by the kitchen as well as a new wood-tone glass sliding patio door. A large amount of storage area is located in the side enclosed terrace. **watch out for rainy days, as water will leak into the storage area. You do not want any valuables ruined**The terrace is what you will enjoy the most about this unit! It has a covered area that includes a full 'open air' kitchen with a dining and living area.
