スタッフは挨拶も丁寧で、話しやすいです。ただ、最初に泊まった部屋のシャワーにお湯も温水も出ませんでした。スタッフは修理すると言ってくれました。でも、20分ほど経ってからもう一度電話すると、温水が出る部屋に移って大丈夫と言われました。でも、部屋はもっと狭かったです。その後、チェックアウト前に温水料金として10ペソ請求されました（笑）。どの部屋にも温水料金が含まれていると思っていたので。

現在の宿泊先は ホテル そごう モリノ支店 数ヶ月前 このホテルで宿泊してる時のことです その日は確か 夜中の2時頃、フィリピン人の知り合いから金銭的援助を頼んできて、しかも今すぐに必要だということだったのでホテルを出て G キャッシュという 送金方法でお金を送ろうとしたんですけど 夜中でお店が閉まっていて、そんな僕を見た30手前ぐらいの男の人が、 何か探しているの？ と聞いてきたので事情 話したところ、ここから3分ぐらい歩いたところに空いてるお店があるから一緒に連れて行ってあげるよと言ってくれた人がいて助けてもらったことがあったんです そうしたら先ほど 偶然 夕方 ばったりと出会って、 先日お世話になったことのお礼をさせて欲しいので何かあれば言ってくださいと尋ねたら恥ずかしそうに、 ちょうど今 友達が来ててビールが飲みたいなって言ってたんだけど 手持ちがなくて、、 そう言われたので、私は参加できないことを伝えて ビール代として 俺を渡したという出来事がありました あの時は本当に親切にしていただいてありがとうございました

部屋とバスルームは清潔でした。スタッフは親切で、快適に過ごせました。テレビではNetflixが視聴できましたが、ホテルのWi-Fiの電波は弱かったです。タオルとスリッパは用意されており、温水シャワーも利用できます。ホテルへのアクセスも良く、近くにセブンイレブンもあります。

Поселили раньше 14ч, но предупредили, что и выехать должны раньше. Нас это устроило. Номер просторный, на балконе мебель. Кондиционер хороший, не оконник, что редкость для этой страны. Нормальный транзитный отель. Завтрак примерно 200р, приносят прямо в номер. Из минусов- нет шкафа. Хотя места достаточно.

Upon entering the hotel, the lovely staffs greeted us and help us with our belongings and parking. From the lobby of the hotel to 2nd floor where our room is, the hotel is so mabango. Love the clean bed so much and they are generous for giving 4 pillows for us (2 each). The water pressure of shower in our room is quite weak but thats alright.

ロケーションは最高でした。近くに韓国料理のお店があり、ハンバーガーショップも徒歩圏内です。もう少し足を伸ばせば、フルーツの屋台やその他の飲食店も楽しめます。 幸運なことに、景色の良い部屋に無料でアップグレードしていただき、本当に感謝しています！また、2名様以上でご宿泊の場合は、フロントで追加料金をお支払いいただく必要があります。確か1名あたり500ペソでした。それでもお得でした。駐車場はありますが、住宅の駐車場のようなので台数に限りがあります。 それでも、家族との滞在は楽しめました。またこの街を訪れる機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

I recently stayed at Sans Hotel near Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa, Laguna, and I’d like to share my experience for anyone considering a visit — especially for those planning a quick weekend trip, theme park outing, or business stop in the area. The biggest plus of this hotel is definitely its proximity to Enchanted Kingdom — it’s just a few minutes away, which made it very convenient for our itinerary. The location is easy to find and accessible by both private car and public transport. There are also nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and even malls if you need anything during your stay. The room I stayed in was clean, neatly arranged, and had a modern minimalist design that was both functional and easy on the eyes. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and I appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh. The space isn't overly large, but it’s well laid out — perfect for short stays. The bathroom was clean, with hot and cold shower options, and basic toiletries were provided. A small desk area made it easy to use my laptop when I needed to catch up on work. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with check-in and check-out. They were also helpful in giving directions and answering questions about nearby attractions. The front desk was efficient, and the overall service felt smooth and hassle-free. I felt safe and comfortable during my entire stay. The hotel maintained good cleaning standards, and common areas were well-kept. The building felt secure, with proper access controls, and I noticed that health and safety protocols were being observed. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and convenient place to stay near Enchanted Kingdom, Sans Hotel is a great choice. It's ideal for short stays, quick business trips, or family outings to the amusement park. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. good service and cleanliness

場所は、テイテイ州立病院、警察署、教会、ショッピングセンター、テイテイ市場にアクセスできます。 バスルームのタイルには、穏やかな露があり、テーブルは明らかに不潔で、びたシャワーとタオルラックです。私はエレベーターの近くにセメントとペイントのペアの袋に気づいたので、私は彼らがいくつかの改装をしていると仮定しています。次回の訪問がきれいになることを願っています😄 部屋は意外と広めです。 きれいだがタオルを裂いた。 (ランドリースタッフはタオルに怒りを投影するかもしれません🤣🤣🤣) 私はよく眠りました。これまでのところ、彼らは私が週に4つのホテルの中で眠った最も快適なベッドを持っています。 受付はチェックインの1時間前に私たちに知らせました、セキュリティガードは非常に役に立ちます。 トイレの謎のオブジェクトを検索する😆

Location is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday. It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only. We will definitely not come back again.
