The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

Un hotel clásico, con decoración y mobiliario que ha vivido épocas mejores pero precisamente por eso, icónico. Buen buffet de desayuno y ubicación excelente.

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas, las habitaciones necesitan modernizarse y cambiar mobiliario y baño. El olor a cloaca en la zona de recpción era basastante feo

La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy cómoda, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia relajante. Además, la ubicación del hotel es ideal. El desayuno fue variado y delicioso, con opciones para todos los gustos. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel y volveré en el futuro. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Umgebung sehr schön, Service nett aber nicht perfekt. Kleinigkeiten, wie Taschentücher, Wasserkocher, Löffel zur Suppe, Porridge beim Frühstück, … fehlten.
