Great stay! The room are super clean, beautifully designed and well maintained. The host has provides complete all appliances needed for a house and there are all useful! The most importantly is the water heater was well-functioned. We had a wonderful staycation and truly enjoyed our time here. The room win a cozy and relaxing atmosphere the moment we walked in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful decorations and voucher for our first time checked-in here and all amenities provided. These made our stay even more convenient and memorable. The view from the room was a highlight, adding to the overall experience. Everything felt peaceful and perfect for a short escape from our daily routine. The staff and customer service via whatsapp were also friendly, attentive and fast respond ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, it was a memorable and refreshing staycation. We would definitely come back again with our family later and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

チェックインはスムーズで、D棟の部屋でした。 駐車場はとても近く便利で、無料でした。 部屋は広くて床もきれいでした。 ノートパソコンで少し仕事をするのに、デスクのコンセントが便利でした。 ただ、ベッドサイドのコンセントは片側にしかなく、充電が少し不便でした。 1泊してもう1泊延長したのですが、手続きはすぐに終わりました。 ただ、部屋の掃除をお願いしてブランチに出かけたのですが、12時から2時まで来ませんでした。これは少し遅かったです。 食事は美味しく😋、コーヒーも美味しかったです。 プールはあまりきれいではありませんでしたが、景色は良かったです。 その他は全て問題ありませんでした。

キャメロン ハイランド リゾートで素敵な体験ができました。コロニアル スタイルの魅力的な建築が、エレガントで時代を超えた魅力を添えています。静かでリラックスできる雰囲気で、街から離れてのんびり過ごすのに最適です。ホテルは手入れが行き届いており、快適な滞在が保証されています。朝食の品揃えも素晴らしく、一日の素晴らしいスタートを切ることができます。高地で静かな休暇を過ごしたい方には素晴らしい選択です。強くお勧めします!

素晴らしいサービスとフレンドリーなスタッフでした。しかし、他の多くのレビューにもあるように、部屋の宿泊人数には非常に厳しく、義理の姉も同じことを言っていました。そのため、次のリゾートの役員会で、このような規則を廃止することを検討していただければと思います。リゾートは、マレーシアの観光は通常家族向けであることを覚えておくべきであり、家族向けの場所/ホテル/リゾートを優先すべきです。リゾートの宿泊客/訪問者の気持ちを傷つけないでください。誰もが家族のために豪華な部屋を予約できるわけではありません。検討していただければ幸いです🙏 他のリゾート/ホテルでは、このような規則はほとんどありません。しかし、全体的には問題ありません。規則を廃止すれば、親戚や友人にこの場所を本当にお勧めします。

部屋は広かったのですが、トイレから下水の臭いがしました。新しい5つ星ホテルだとは言え、トイレは古びていて、清潔感もありませんでした。 ベッドは快適でしたが、バルコニーに椅子がなく、5つ星ホテルなのに使い捨てスリッパもありませんでした。気候のせいで、裸足で歩くと床がとても冷たかったです。 ホテルのスタッフはあまり親切ではなく、挨拶もありませんでした。フロントの対応は遅く、笑顔もありませんでした。 しかし、全体的に見て、一泊200元強という値段を考えると、コストパフォーマンスは悪くありませんでした。 スカイアベニューへのシャトルバスがありましたが、一人6元の料金は高いと感じました。ホテルで火鍋ビュッフェを一人188元で食べましたが、あまり食べられませんでした。具材は冷凍品ばかりで、種類も少なかったです。 次回は、ファーストワールドに直接宿泊する方が便利だと思います。 広い部屋と景色を求めるなら、ここはまだ良いかもしれません。 次回は宿泊しないと思います。

1001ナイツ ホテル ゲンティンハイランド、トレードマーク コレクション バイ ウィンダムに宿泊し、素晴らしい滞在となりました。ラヤハイウェイの渋滞を避けるため、午前4時頃に到着しましたが、カスタマーサービスは素晴らしく、チェックインもスムーズでストレスフリーでした。長旅の後だったので、本当にありがたかったです。 部屋は清潔で居心地が良く、ゆっくり休むことができました。朝食は含まれていませんでしたが、それでも滞在全体に大変満足しています。ホテルは素敵な雰囲気で、ゲンティンハイランドでの短期滞在に最適です。 全体的に、快適な滞在と行き届いたサービスでした。快適で便利な宿泊施設をお探しの方におすすめです。

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

We absolutely loved the chill, family-holiday vibe here. The lobby has so many cosy spots to just sit back and relax. Kids had a great time at the pool and slides, and the easy access to the beach was a big plus. 
We stayed in the family room and it was very well maintained! Good air-conditioning, strong water pressure, and overall very comfortable. You really know a hotel is well maintained when even the corners and toilet tiles are clean! The staff are very friendly and helpful! One area for improvement would be the kids’ club. Should provide more educational toys, but during our visit it felt quite empty and there was no staff around. There was also no information shared on available kids’ activities. It became a bit boring for the kids after some time. It would be nice if the PlayStation could be free to use (like Hilton), and if staff could actively engage the kids or share a simple activity schedule. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway. With some enhancements to the kids’ club, the experience would be even better. Would love to return! Thanks!
