The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

非常に混乱しており、スタッフ間で正しい手順がわかりません...3日間の予約にもかかわらず、何度か部屋を空けるように求められました。私は謝り続けましたが、また部屋から出るように言われました。 朝食時に、別のスタッフに部屋番号を4回尋ねられました。 バスルームの清潔さは満足でした。 ガレージの予約は大惨事です...入場カードは機能します...予約された駐車スペースに25ユーロを支払う必要がありますが、最終的には占有されており、入場カードにもかかわらず、バリアを開けるにはベルを鳴らす必要があります。 全体として、滞在は貧弱でした...そして最後になりましたが、夕方にはバーで何人かのゲストからの苦情を聞かなければなりませんでしたが、それが最終的に私の経験を裏付けました！

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit makelloser Sauberkeit und gutem Service. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Anbindung ist nicht optimal. Trotz nahegelegener U-Bahn-Station sind viele Umstiege nötig, nachts fährt keine U-Bahn. Man muss sich auf längere Fußwege einstellen. Würde dennoch gerne wiederkommen.

とても完璧なホテルで、広として明るく、デザイン感が強く、内外に2つの部屋があり、外のソファベッドもとても快適で質が良いです。窓の外は通りの景色で、教会の鐘楼の音が風に漂い、心を浄化する空のインスピレーションが生まれます...それは私と子供たちが大好きなスタイルです～部屋の食べ物と飲み物は非常に豊富で、すべて費用に含まれています。サービス料は、カード、現金、および非常に柔軟性をスワイプできます。バスルームの洗面台のブロックが壊れています。電話のカスタマーサービス、ドアを開けて、フロントデスクのハンサムな男が修理に来ました。スーツを脱ぐことは何も言わず、すぐに修理されました。この人は国内に限定されません。子供は修理工が到着するのを待っているからかもしれないと言いました。猿の年が馬月であるかどうかはわかりません～～～

The hotel itself was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the other staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful. However, my check-in experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a Deluxe Room for 2 adults and 1 child through Trip.com. The booking clearly showed 2 adults, 1 child, and I had also submitted a special request asking for the sofa bed to be prepared before arrival. At check-in, the receptionist informed me that the sofa bed had not been prepared because the reservation allegedly showed only 2 adults. When I showed my booking confirmation, which clearly stated 2 adults and 1 child, she insisted that the hotel had not received such information. I understand that communication issues between the hotel and booking platform can happen. However, what disappointed me most was the receptionist’s attitude. There was no apology, no effort to assist, and no willingness to find a solution. Basic information such as the breakfast location and hotel facilities was only provided when I specifically asked. When I requested her name in order to provide feedback, she refused and replied, “I do not need to tell you.” This review is not about the sofa bed itself, but about the unprofessional and unfriendly service I received during check-in. Fortunately, the rest of my stay and interactions with other staff members were much more pleasant.

フロントと朝食サービスの間でコミュニケーションに問題があるようです。朝食代を二重に請求されそうになりました。しかも、一人25ユーロにしては品数が非常に少なかったです。 午後にコーヒーだけを飲みたい場合も、なかなか難しかったです。パンなどとセットでしか提供されておらず、値段も高すぎました。軽食の自動販売機はありましたが、価格に見合う価値はありませんでした。 シャワー室にはカビが生えていました。 残念です。もっと快適な滞在を期待していました。

環境は良いです。屋根裏部屋に住んでいない人は試してみることができます。

Location is quite good, next the river. 12-15 minutes walk to city centre, most staff speak fluent English and friendly. Hotel has been modernised, good sized swimming pool. It’s been a heatwave during our stay in Europe, the hotel room has very good air conditioning. They have only one English tv channel at 53 for Sky News. The only downside is the fringe doesn’t feel cold enough.

ホテルはとても新しく、そのスタイルがとても気に入りました。サービスも良く、環境も清潔で衛生状態も良好です。設備も充実しており、何も不足を感じることはありません👍 立地もさらに良く、ハイデルベルク中央駅のすぐそばなので、アクセスも抜群です！スタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧で、とても快適に過ごせました❤️ このホテルが本当に気に入ったので、次回また泊まりたいと思っています！

このホテルでの滞在はとても快適でした。スタッフの方々はとても親切で助かりました。追加料金なしで早めにチェックインでき、翌日には荷物をフロントに預けることができました。観光スポットも教えてくれ、観光マップもくれました。部屋は十分な広さで清潔で整頓されていましたが、お茶を入れるための電気ケトルとカップがありませんでした。
