الفندق ممتاز وموقعه حلو وسعره مناسب لكن في شئ مزعج طلبنا أدابتر للشحن حيث ان جميع الفنادق اللي سكنتها في تركيا توفرها مجانا الصدمة كانت ان موفنبيك بورصة طلب علينا ١٠٠ ليرة لكل قطعة وهذا تصرف مستغرب من فندق ٥ نجوم

Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. クラウンプラザブルサでの滞在は素晴らしく、部屋はスーペリアルームにアップグレードされ、とても広々としていて、必要なアメニティがすべて揃っていました。 朝食は種類豊富でとても美味しく、お望みの料理が目の前に並び、シェフがその場で特別な料理を作ってくれることも嬉しかったです。 受付からハウスキーピング、ウェイターまで、ホテルのスタッフは皆とてもプロフェッショナルで、お客様にご満足いただけるよう尽力して​​くれました。 ゲストリレーションマネージャーのカルメンさんには、ホテルのお客様への素晴らしいサポートに感謝いたします。おかげで、私たちの滞在は大変ユニークで思い出深いものになりました。近いうちにまた訪れ、友人や親戚、そしてブルサを心から楽しみたいすべての人にこのホテルに泊まるように勧めたいと思います。

5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

市内中心部(市内沿岸/ウルカミハン地区駅)まで簡単にアクセスできます。ホテルの古いホリデーホテルはビジネス/名前のみに改名されました。私たちはエグゼクティブルームに滞在しました。ga ***快適で快適です。サービスの質はとても良いです。私たちは2つも言わなかった、すぐに戻って、私たちはそれを要求しました。 ...従業員の顧客満足度に感謝します。

Çok güzel  bir otel. Yalnızca klima sesi bazen rahatsız edebiliyor onun haricinde kusursuzdu.

いつも来ています***お肉は美味しいですが、プールの水温が少し下がっていて、一番下の子供がいるプールとカップルで利用できるジャグジープールはいつもより少し暖かかったと思います。

Ехали транзитом с эгейского побережья в аэропорт Стамбула, остановились на ночевку. Выбирали место рядом с торговым центром, чтобы отдохнуть и кое-чего прикупить, и не заезжать в город при этом. Отель не новый, но чистота и сервис на достойном уровне. Завтрак тоже довольно разнообразный, не люкс, но выбор есть. Сервис клиентоориентированный, на просьбы реагируют адекватно, номер дали повыше, как мы и просили, разрешили бесплатно выехать попозже, так как мы не успевали. Интернет работал без перебоев, в том числе в номере. В общем, для транзита или деловой поездки смело рекомендую, для отдыха вряд ли подойдет, место очень специфичное - вокруг трасса, ТЦ и промзона. И еще один большой минус - бассейн работает с 14.00 до 22.00, с утра нет возможности поплавать. Это странно. А в целом, отель неплохой. Тихо, чисто, спокойно.
