⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Great Value and Service I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Sommelier Loft. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the central location — close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet still peaceful at night. It’s also excellent value for money, offering quality service and comfort without the high price. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

This a nice hostel with great potential. We had a lovely room with tv and kitchenette but the kitchenette wasn’t really usable as the job wouldn’t work and there wasn’t enough utensils. Similarly the outdoor shared kitchen didn’t have enough utensils to be usable. The pool area was nice enough. Our highlight though was the breakfast and the lovely friendly lady from Nicaragua who was serving it, she is a great asset to the company. The area is ok and you can walk to the centre but it’s definitely not one of the best areas in the city.

新しくてきれい！シャワー、トイレもよく清掃されている。ベッドは揺れないタイプ。バックパックが入るくらい大きいロッカーあり。キッチン道具の品ぞろえがよく、きれいで使いやすい。スタッフが優しい。24時間フロントサービスがあり、スタッフが随時入り口のフロントにいてくれるから安心できた。エアポートバスの停車場所（Los Héroes）から徒歩10分、中心地までも徒歩10分。スケジュール的に１泊しかしなかったが、延泊したくなるようなHostel。友達にすすめた。

This is the third hostel I stayed in in Santiago and it was by far my favorite! The staff is super friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Cristian who goes beyond for the customers and makes you feel right at home. I can’t thank him enough for all his support! Apart from that the facilities are great, beds are comfortable and the social areas are nice!

Good spot to stay. Kitchen is good, bar is good, some sort of activity each evening. Nice social atmosphere. My room could have been cleaner and the drains really need unblocking in the bathrooms (I was fifth floor). But overall I would recommend this hostel.

Everything is good but found a women’s hair in the bed. Would stay here for the good service and competitive price again.

とても素敵なホテルで、ホステルモードに位置しており、とても良い雰囲気です。親切で対応の良いスタッフ。部屋が少し寒かったのが残念ですが、一晩なら心配ありませんでした。

Fue un buen alojamiento, los espacios eran muy reducidos, sin secador de pelo, o yo no lo ví. Por el mismo precio se puede encontrar mejores. La cama muy buena.

絶好のロケーション:静かな場所、近くに大きなスーパーマーケット、おいしいコーヒーショップがあります。地下鉄は主要な観光スポットに簡単にアクセスできます。セントルシア公園まで徒歩数分、30-35。 快適なベッド、清潔なシーツは、眠っていないラテンアメリカのごくわずかな場所の1つです。 チャーリーは良い主人で、バスカードを持って荷物を預けるのを手伝ってくれます。そしてただ面白い対話者です。 :)
