I had a pleasant stay at Atour Hotel Haikou Wanguo Metropolitan Qilou Old Street. Prior to arrival, I requested an early check-in as well as a high-floor room away from the lifts if possible, and the hotel accommodated both requests perfectly. The room was located on a high floor and offered a fantastic 270-degree panoramic view, which was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay. The front desk team was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager 万新, team member 幸怡, and the rest of the team, who went above and beyond in assisting with the collection of multiple parcels before my arrival. Their proactive assistance and warm hospitality were greatly appreciated. Communication was also very convenient, as the front desk was highly responsive via WeChat and quick to assist whenever needed. Some feedback during the stay: The room itself had a somewhat unconventional layout, likely due to the building's structure and the corner positioning required to achieve the panoramic view - totally understandable and appreciate the Front Desk for explaining it to me upon my arrival. From previous reviews, I had expected the room to feature smart controls (possibly Xiaodu, heated/automated toilet bowl as seen on other reviews), but I was not briefed on any smart room functions during check-in and could not seem to activate them myself. This was not a major issue, but a brief introduction during check-in or a simple user guide in the room would have been helpful. The panoramic view was absolutely stunning, especially during the day and around sunset. One thing to note, however, is that the floor-to-ceiling windows allow a significant amount of sunlight into the room. On particularly sunny days, the room could feel quite warm even with the air-conditioning running at full blast. Blackout curtains are provided, of course, but drawing them somewhat defeats the purpose of enjoying such a spectacular view. Breakfast was decent, offering a reasonable variety of options, although nothing particularly stood out. It was perfectly adequate for starting the day, but not one of the hotel's main highlights. One small observation regarding housekeeping: on my third morning, while I was heading out for breakfast, a housekeeper casually asked me in the corridor whether I was ”still staying today.” I understood that she was likely trying to confirm whether the room required servicing or whether I would be checking out, but the phrasing felt a little awkward. A more guest-friendly way of asking might create a better impression. A couple of other points worth noting: sound insulation around the room doors could be improved, as neighbouring room doors closing could be quite noticeable. In addition, the room door requires a firm push to shut completely; otherwise, an alarm will sound. There were also some mosquitoes around the hotel premises, although the room was thoughtfully equipped with an electronic mosquito repellent. The hotel's location is reasonably convenient, but it is worth noting that it is not quite as close to Qilou Old Street and some of the nearby attractions as I had initially expected. While the area is technically walkable, Haikou's heat and humidity can make the walk feel much longer and less pleasant, especially during the day. In practice, I often found myself opting for Didi (online-hailing app)instead. Not a major drawback, but something to keep in mind if you plan to explore the area primarily on foot Overall, the excellent service, responsive staff, and spectacular panoramic view made for a very enjoyable stay. Despite a few minor quirks, I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Haikou.

空港バスも直通でとても便利です。部屋には温泉が導入されており、浴室は貸切風呂にもなり、とても美味しいです。スタッフはとても礼儀正しく、思いやりがあり、低めの枕、セルフサービスのランドリールーム（1回10元）、食べ物を配達するロボット、毎日変わる朝食を提供してくれるので、とても便利です。部屋の照明が足りないのと、ベッドサイドのコンセントがうまく機能しないなど、設備は少し古いですが、この値段なら自転車は必要ありません。

春節の時期に海南省に旅行に来ました。たくさんのホテルを見て、ここを選びました。期待以上でした。ホテルのロビーに入るとすぐに雰囲気を感じました。部屋はとても清潔で、すべてのアイテムが清潔で、ベッドはとても大きくて柔らかかったです。 場所：ビーチと近くのビジネス街に近く、近くに大きなショッピングモールがあります。ホテルで食事をする必要がある場合は、階下にレストランと麻雀室があります。友達と麻雀をすることができます。残念ながら、スケジュールがタイトで、チェスとカードルームを体験する時間がありませんでした。レストランの海南チキンライスは美味しいのでおすすめです

Had an amazing stay at Novotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet, which made it really comfortable and relaxing. I also enjoyed the gym facilities and found the laundry service very convenient. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again :)

亜龍湾にある美しく静かな場所です。言うまでもなく、とても広大です！6人家族でも楽に宿泊できます。お部屋はとても清潔で快適で、ジャグジーもあり、子供たちは大喜びでした。 亜龍ビーチまたはサニーベイビーチまで車で6分です。1日1回、無料の送迎サービスを提供しています。サニーベイビーチはとても清潔なので、強くお勧めします。 また、ボホストリートまで車で5分です。 スタッフは非常に親切で丁寧です。あらゆる面でサポートしてくれ、必要なことがあればすぐに連絡をくれます。ビーチサイドでの滞在に抵抗がないなら、ぜひお勧めします。

酒店位置離高鐵站有一些距離，在椰林一號公交站附近，邊上有這個地區非常出名的一家吃文昌雞的店，步行過去大概1km左右。如果來文昌剛好能趕上火箭發射的話，住在這裡是一個非常好的選擇。出來到公交站前，會有接駁車，來回直接坐接駁車就好了，也不至於搞得很累。如果要帶小孩子玩沙子玩海，也很方便。目前覺得比較遺憾的是酒店的泳池不是常年開放。

I had such an amazing stay at Sanya Sujuan Luxury Hotel. What I enjoyed the most was waking up to the soothing sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise 🌅 The hotel staff was very hospitable and had no problem being at my beck and call whenever I needed any assistance. The room was clean, well managed and offered many useful amenities. The hotel’s location is ideal as it is right next to the beach and is just walking distance from many amazing restaurants and stores. I enjoyed being able to explore various cafes and beachfront restaurants. I must admit the highlight of my trip was definitely the vibrant nightlife. From the endless fireworks 🧨 to the variety of musical options. Dancing the night away, taking midnight strolls on the beach…what more could I ask for? It was overall a tremendous trip. I would highly recommend taking a short trip if you’re trying to escape the cold or just need a little escape when the world becomes too heavy 🧘♀️ It’s the perfect place to unwind and reset ✨

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Old Qilou Street and would highly recommend it to families and Muslim travellers visiting Haikou. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their assistance in helping us order halal food through *******. For Muslim travellers, there is no need to worry about food options. A halal restaurant is located about a 10-minute walk from the hotel within the Old Qilou Street area. The food was delicious, affordable, and easily accessible. The hotel’s location is fantastic. Within just a few minutes’ walk, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, souvenir stores, toy shops, and clothing stores. Everything you need is conveniently located within 5–7 minutes from the hotel, making it a great base for exploring the area. Convenient stores also located right beside the lobby. There’s a massive wholesale building for clothes just right next door! We were also delighted that the hotel provides kids’ amenities, which was a thoughtful touch and made our family stay even more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the team for your warm hospitality and excellent service!

2度目の美蘭空港ホテル滞在です。早朝便で海口からシンガポールへ向かうため、前夜に陵水から移動して宿泊しました。 **サービス**: ホテルの空港シャトルバスは4時半から運行しており、私は5時の便に乗ってT2までスムーズに移動できました。7時半のフライトだったので、あまり早く空港に着く必要もありませんでした。 **環境**: ホテルの客室は多く、回廊式の廊下です。私が割り当てられた部屋はエレベーターから遠くなく、ホテルから高速鉄道駅までも歩いて10分以内で着くので便利です。夜間のフライトで到着する宿泊客の中には、マナーが悪く騒がしい人もいて、少しうるさかったです。 **清潔さ**: かなり清潔です。使い捨てスリッパとシャワー用のスリッパがあり、バスルームはシャワーとトイレが別々になっています。ボトル入りのバスアメニティも提供されているので、手ぶらで宿泊できます。 **設備**: ボトル入りの水があり、枕を選べます。ベッドの硬さも適切でした。空港での前泊なら、ここが一番のおすすめです。 朝、チェックアウトが早かったため、慌ててしまい、部屋に携帯の充電器を忘れてしまいました。空港の保安検査場で気づき、ホテルのフロントに電話して預かってもらいました。シンガポールから戻った後、ホテルで受け取ることができ、大変感謝しています。

退職後、車で海南へ行き、このホテルに2回、計1週間滞在しました。ホテルの場所はその名の通り公園の中にあり、早朝に公園をランニングしたり、夕食後に公園を散歩したりすることができます。ホテルは清潔で、フロントデスクとルームサービスはとてもフレンドリーです。最も満足したのは、ホテルにセルフサービスのランドリールームがあり、洗濯と乾燥に非常に便利であることです。島を 1 週間周った後、海口に戻り、迷わず再びパーク ホテルを選びました。
