ロケーション:パルマ中心街から20分は歩くが立地はいいと思う サービス:地下にスパ、4Fにはバーとプールがあってとてもオシャレ 清潔度:とても清潔。掃除は行き届いてるとおもう。 アメニティ:タオル、ドライヤー、シャンプーなどはあった。それ以外は色々ないが、エコのためとのこと。フロントに言えばもらえる。 総合すると、とても良いホテルだと思うので日本人にオススメです。

Très bonne expérience à l’hôtel HM Martinique de Magaluf les points positifs : 3 piscine + sauna et hammam on peux trouver un magasin aussi très utile pour acheter à manger ou à boire , le seul point négatif c’est le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien pour ma part . Le hammam n’était pas fonctionel aussi pendant mon séjour . Plage à proximité.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. 空港から10分、パルマシティにも近いので、ロケーションはとても素晴らしかったです。目の前の海なので、朝食も海を見ながら食べられます。毎朝テラスで日の出を見ながらヨガをしましたが、とても幸せで、夕方もテラスで波の音を聞きながらワインを飲むことができてよかったです。プールは非常に小さく、周囲のビーチはとても美しいので使用しませんでした。古い建物のようでしたが清潔で食べ物も美味しかったです。ベッド、寝具は素晴らしく、何よりも広としていて、クローゼットも2つ用意されているので、友達と一緒に使うには十分でした。ベッドに横になって海をすぐに見ることができた。しかし、隣の部屋とテラスは本当に近く、お互いに見えて注意する必要があります。 駐車場はありませんが、フロントスタッフが親切に案内してくれて、無料駐車場によく駐車できました。 Googleナビゲーションに移動すると、間違った道(車が通らなければいけないビーチ道)を教えてくれるので、必ずビーチから1ブロック外の道に入る必要があります。無料駐車場はホテル周辺で簡単に見つけることができます。 旅行直前に急いで見つけたホテルですが、とても満足のいく宿泊でした。

最近、海が見える部屋に宿泊しました。とても素敵で快適でした。しかし、バスルームにシャワーキャップやヘアコンディショナーなどの必需品がなかったのが残念でした。 プールエリアには快適なサンベッドがあり、リラックスするのに最適な場所でしたが、一日中大音量で流れる音楽がかなり気になりました。特に、違う音楽を聴きたい時や静かな環境が欲しい時に、わざわざ音楽を選んでもらうのは、押し付けがましいと感じました。 レセプションのサービスはまずまずでしたが、特に素晴らしいとは言えませんでした。レセプションの女性スタッフの方が親切で、対応が良かったと思います。 朝食は滞在中のハイライトで、種類豊富で美味しい料理が揃っていました。ホテルはイビサの中心部に近く便利なのですが、ホテルのある通りは地元の下層階級の人々が行き交うため、23時以降は治安が悪くなることがあります。 海が見える部屋では通りの騒音は聞こえませんでしたが、通りに面した部屋を予約することは強くお勧めしません。二重窓がないため、特に夜中に寝る場合は、眠りにくくなります。近くのスーパーマーケットでは、夜遅くまでテクノミュージックが大音量で流れ、騒々しい客もいました。レストランも騒々しかったです。 さらに、駐車場は限られています。フロントではこの件に関する情報は提供されておらず、通り自体にも駐車スペースはあまりないようです。レンタカーを借りる予定の場合は、これは大きな問題となるでしょう。 まとめると、昼夜を問わず外出する予定で、駐車場を必要としない場合を除き、騒音と快適さの不足から、ストリートビューの部屋は避けることをお勧めします。

全体的にとても素敵なホテルでした。屋上テラスは素敵です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。駐車場はありませんが、徒歩10分のところに大きな駐車場が1つあります。 部屋はとても狭いですが、5日間の滞在には十分です。防音対策があまり良くなく、他の宿泊客が部屋に遅れて到着したり、廊下で話し声をあげたりしていたため、何度か目が覚めました。
