犬を連れたカップル。 2 晩お湯が出ませんでした。受付に電話して、当番マネージャーに 2 度目に話しました。彼は、バスに乗った大勢の人が泊まっていて、帰ってきたらみんな同時にシャワーやお風呂に入ったので、お湯が出るまで待たなければならないと言いました。それでは水圧が足りず、水が少ししか出ないのです。結局、シャワーもお風呂も使えず、諦めました。しかし、当番マネージャーは翌朝マネージャーが私たちを見つけると約束してくれました。しかし、それは実現しませんでした。土曜日の夜にも同じことが起こりました。受付係がマネージャーがその朝私たちを見つけられなかった理由として挙げたのは、結婚式があり、マネージャー全員が必要だったからで、彼らのシフトは午前 11 時まで始まらないということでした。当番マネージャーは結婚式で働いていたため（土曜日の夜）、私たちと話すことができませんでしたが、リアンは私たちの苦情を記録し、メモを取ったこと、そして私たちの不便さ（3泊の滞在のうち2泊はお湯が出ない）はチェックアウト時の請求書に反映されると保証しました。これは重要ではありませんでした。滞在はリラックスして特別なご褒美になるはずだったので、夜にシャワーやお風呂に入れないのは許されませんでした！彼女は、3日目の夜には「ツアー」グループと「結婚式のグループ」が帰るので、お湯が出ると保証しました。そして実際にそうなりました。 チェックアウトの際、受付係は私たちの苦情について何も知らず、そのため私たちを助けることができませんでした。 私たちは苦情とレビューを書いているところです。スタッフとホテルがあなたを失望させたのではなく、経営陣が失望させたのです！ 水圧のビデオがあります。 別の点として、ホテルは犬に優しいと言われています。これは事実かもしれません。 1 泊 25 ポンドの料金で犬を連れていくことができますが、チェックイン時にバーエリアか屋外で食事をするように言われました。幸い天気は良かったですが、私たちは二級市民のように感じました。それだけでなく、バ​​ーエリアには誰でも食事ができるテーブルがありません。テーブルはすべて低く、軽食にしか適していません。

What a beautiful hote to celebrate our special anniversary! The staff were so attentive (special thank you to Linden in the bar). Only constructive feedback would be that it would be useful to have guest information in the room, just restaurant/bar times etc. The staff were so helpful when asked questions, but would be nice to have the information to hand. Amazing setting and happy memories made 🥰

I came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either. Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room. Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable. Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.

This venue was stunning, a beautiful quiet location to catch your breath or walk into Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy the architecture and see the history. Wish we could have spent more time there, and we would certainly plan to return and explore further. Very clean, tidy, and spacious accommodation. Fittings within the room and in the hotel were excellent. Linen and towels were of superb quality. The service was excellent throughout, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

部屋自体は一般的に大丈夫で、暖房は完璧に機能しました。しかし、バスルームで大きな問題が発生しました。水が適切に排水されず、床が浸水しました。水を流しに押し込むためにワイパーを使わなければならず(画像が添付されている)、非常に不便でした。 もう 1 つの驚くほど残念な詳細は、タオルや石鹸が提供されていないことです。これらはどのホテルの基本的な必需品であり、自分で持ってこなかったので、追加料金が請求されました。これは完全に不合理に感じました。 最後に、場所は理想的ではありません。ホテルは町の中心部からかなり離れており、公共交通機関は頻繁にないため、移動が困難です。お勧めしません!!!

素晴らしいホテルの部屋は広々としていて、とても素敵でした。ストラトフォード・アポン・エイボンの中心部まで徒歩圏内、あらゆる劇場にも近いという、これ以上ない最高の立地です。ぜひまた泊まりたいですし、友人や家族にもお勧めします。

The location was great - right in the middle of Stratford and ideal for a theatre visit. The room was small and pretty basic, but it was clean with comfy beds so fine for overnight. The communication from staff was great - no onsite parking but a clear explanation of where the nearest car park was (very close) and how to get the best price. Very helpful staff. Didn't use the bar area so can't comment on food or drink, but it was welcoming and there was a pleasant outside area. Tea / coffee and kettle provided. Clean if small shower room. Overall really good value for the price and would definitely stay there again.

Superb day and evening at the Arden Hotel. I was reviewing at the RSC for my instagram and Tik Tok @theteawithkelvin . I received an upgrade to a superior room . I had a superb three course pre/ theatre dinner in their restaurant. Where they also had different wine promotions on .  The Breakfast in the morning, was a superb choice as well as the traditional cooked breakfast. It was also Waiter service , as well as a buffet continental. I would recommend The Arden Hotel if you are planning a visit too Stratford Upon Avon .

Great location and facilities. Breakfast is very good. The building is a little dated and floors and walls thin so you hear every footstep from above but apart from that it's a great place to stay.

立地は素晴らしく、敷地も美しかったのですが、駐車場を見つけるのが大変でした。 部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、ベッドもしっかりしていて快適でした。しかし、天気は非常に暑く、部屋に扇風機があったにもかかわらず、息苦しいほどの暑さでした。いわゆる「エアコン」は全く役に立ちませんでした。 屋内プールは十分な広さでしたが、建物内は信じられないほど暑く、息をするのも苦しいほどでした！（ドアを開けて酸素を取り込むべきでした！） 夕食と翌朝の朝食は美味しかったです。 平凡な滞在にしては、かなり高額でした。 スタッフは皆、とても親切でした。
