Lovely hotel, fresh clean rooms. Very quiet location considering it is close to the main road. Breakfast buffet was good quality and wide selection.
Staff were friendly. Games room added extra fun with the stay.
Lovely quaint hotel near the centre of Kenilworth. This is an old-fashioned hotel attached to a nice pub. The rooms have all you need, comfortable bed and the breakfast is wonderful!
Had a lovely time, ideal location if you want a SPA, Golf or lazy day or two.
Within, walking distance of Stratford upon Avon 20 mins.
The place is nice, yes some areas need a bit of attention but nothing you wouldn't expect in an old building.
The staff were pleasant and helpful all round.
Definitely go again
Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff at breakfast. Poor food service from bar in evening. Preordered dinner for 19.10 - arrived at 19.40 after serving people who’d ordered later.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived and rooms were spotless, everything we needed. Did have a little musty smell but it's an older building didn't spoil they stay. We ate in the lounge bar food was lovely staff again were great. We requested a quiet room and it was didn't hear a noise peaceful stay. There's a nature walk on the grounds it was nice of an evening to take a little stroll lovely surroundings I'd stay there again

YYuanI came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either.
Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room.
Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable.
Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.
ゲゲストThe location was great - right in the middle of Stratford and ideal for a theatre visit. The room was small and pretty basic, but it was clean with comfy beds so fine for overnight. The communication from staff was great - no onsite parking but a clear explanation of where the nearest car park was (very close) and how to get the best price. Very helpful staff. Didn't use the bar area so can't comment on food or drink, but it was welcoming and there was a pleasant outside area. Tea / coffee and kettle provided. Clean if small shower room. Overall really good value for the price and would definitely stay there again.
ゲゲストLove this beautiful hotel, perfect location opposite the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and easy walking distance from the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Very convenient location, large car park, very helpful staff. Special mention to Peter on Reception for warm welcome and helpfulness. Clean, comfortable with everything you need. Only need to be a bit wary of the varying levels, due to its history and location. Rooms are reached by several sets of stairs and there is no lift other than a platform lift from reception to restaurant (which is also street level).
JJettapong InntarakaewGood hotel, but the air conditioning just worked properly in the morning therefore during the night we had to open the windows. Sleeping was not properly because the room is on the ground floor. We did’t ask the hotel in that night because we thought it is normally in the UK.
