部屋は広くて清潔、朝食は豊富でおいしい、サービスは申し分ない、ロビーはスタイリッシュで蚊がいる、ジムにはトレッドミルが2台あるが、1台は使えず、もう1台は穴が開いているコンソールで

Room is big and service is nice, only the breakfast is not good enough, suggest to change to buffet and more option for breakfast.

T1ターミナル直結で場所は非常に便利ですが、少し分かりにくく、人に尋ねてようやくたどり着けました。早朝便を利用する方には便利なホテルだと思います。T1からT2への連絡列車も出ており、距離もそれほどありません。

医療サービスはとても充実しています。欠点は、バスルームのデザインがドアの半分しかなく、シャワーが平均的であることです。他の寝具製品も素晴らしいです。レストランではさまざまな料理とワインのオプションを提供していますが、調理は遅いです。総合的には9点と評価できます。バレーパーキングがございます。チップを払った後、車内に香水を吹きかけました。 全体的に満足。価格は手頃です。ホテルゾーンに位置します。

Beautiful hotel, great location, but unfortunately, the noise makes it extremely difficult to recommend staying here. The music from the rooftop bar starts getting louder around 6 PM and continues until approximately 2 AM, and it seems to get progressively louder throughout the night. It was genuinely impossible to relax or sleep in our room. We were even given earplugs, but they did very little to help. If you plan to be out until 2 AM every night, you may not notice it. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can come back, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, this is honestly a terrible experience. We also booked a Deluxe King room but were put in a Queen room for our first night. We were not able to get into the correct room category that we booked until after 5PM the following day because the Deluxe King room was ”not yet clean.” No upgrade or compensation was given for this mistake. It’s a shame because the property is beautiful but a hotel room that you cannot reasonably sleep or relax. I would strongly recommend asking about the noise before booking.

バルコニーからの眺めは最高でした。初日には、スタッフがタオルで白鳥を2羽も折ってくれて、とっても可愛かったです！充電器を持っていなかったのでフロントにお願いしたところ、ホテルには備え付けの充電器はありませんでしたが、スタッフの方が私物を貸してくれました。本当に親切でした。近くのバーも親切に教えてくれました。ホテルの立地も素晴らしく、近くには美味しいレストランや軽食店がたくさんあり、地下鉄の駅からもとても近いです。

すべてが素晴らしかったです。部屋はそれほど広くはありませんでしたが、大きな窓と街の景色がそれを補って余りあるほどでした。部屋はモダンで快適で、リラックスして眠るのに最適です。2階のレストランは広々としており、朝食もとても美味しく、月曜日から金曜日の午後1時から4時まではセットランチメニューも提供しています。スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで笑顔が素敵で、不愛想な人は一人もいませんでした。どんな質問にも親切に答えてくれました。ウェイターは朝食時も昼食時もとてもプロフェッショナルで丁寧でした。ホテルの向かいにはメトロバスの停留所、ポリフォルム駅、そしてシアーズとチャデラウイ（またはそれに似たようなスーパーマーケット）、そして数軒のレストランがあります。今回の滞在は、ノボテルブランドに対する私の非常に肯定的な評価を裏付けるものであり、間違いなくまた利用したいと思っています。

ターミナル1に直結した絶好のロケーションを誇る当ホテルは、早朝または深夜のフライトのご利用に最適です。客室は清潔で設備も充実しており、朝食は雰囲気も味も申し分ありません。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルなサービスを提供しています。

We really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

1907年築の建物なので、まさにクラシックで古き良き時代の雰囲気が漂っていて、中でたくさんの写真を撮りました。部屋は素敵で、少し古さは感じましたが、清潔でした。特に気に入ったのは、両側に窓があり、朝の陽光が差し込むのがとても心地よかったことです。1階のレストランは雰囲気も良く、料理の種類も豊富で値段も手頃なので、ブランチに最適です。ただし、部屋にUSBポートがないのは、新しいホテルと比べると残念な点です。また、ホテルはいくつかのエリアに分かれていて、ロンドンズ・ロード側の部屋が一番良く、リバプール側の部屋はやや暗いです。
