部屋は広くて清潔、朝食は豊富でおいしい、サービスは申し分ない、ロビーはスタイリッシュで蚊がいる、ジムにはトレッドミルが2台あるが、1台は使えず、もう1台は穴が開いているコンソールで

犬2頭まで部屋に連れ込む事が出来るようで、夜中に犬がワンワンキャンキャン吠えていてうるさかった。 早朝フライの目的以外では使用する価値がないホテルです。 It seems that guests are allowed to bring up to two dogs into the room, and they were barking loudly in the middle of the night, which was very disturbing. This hotel is not worth staying at unless you need it for an early morning flight.

ホテルの入り口は非常に人里離れた場所にあり、急な坂道を登らなければなりません。Uberを呼ぶたびに、地元の運転手はホテルの入り口が見つからないままぐるぐる回っていました。本当にイライラしました。ナビを使っても分かりにくく、本当にイライラしました。 次に、ホテルのインターネット接続が最悪でした。外出から戻ってくるたびに、再度ログインする必要がありました。インターネットも非常に遅かったです。

Beautiful hotel, great location, but unfortunately, the noise makes it extremely difficult to recommend staying here. The music from the rooftop bar starts getting louder around 6 PM and continues until approximately 2 AM, and it seems to get progressively louder throughout the night. It was genuinely impossible to relax or sleep in our room. We were even given earplugs, but they did very little to help. If you plan to be out until 2 AM every night, you may not notice it. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can come back, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, this is honestly a terrible experience. We also booked a Deluxe King room but were put in a Queen room for our first night. We were not able to get into the correct room category that we booked until after 5PM the following day because the Deluxe King room was ”not yet clean.” No upgrade or compensation was given for this mistake. It’s a shame because the property is beautiful but a hotel room that you cannot reasonably sleep or relax. I would strongly recommend asking about the noise before booking.

ここに滞在できて本当に良かったです。フードストリートに近く、大型スーパーマーケットからもそう遠くありません。脇道は安全で静かで、両側にホテルや住宅が並んでいます。部屋の設備はかなり良く、共用の洗濯機と乾燥機がありました。洗濯洗剤は無料で提供されていたようですが、共用のトイレはあまりきれいではありませんでした。部屋にはキーパッド式の鍵が付いていて、とても便利でした。インターネットテレビはホテルのNetflix会員に自動的にログインしていたので、好きな番組を見ることができましたが、興味を引く映画はありませんでした。エレベーターは独特で、内部に階数ボタンはありませんでした。外から階数ボタンを押して、案内表示に従って該当する階のエレベーターに乗る仕組みで、とても斬新でした。

すべてが素晴らしかったです。部屋はそれほど広くはありませんでしたが、大きな窓と街の景色がそれを補って余りあるほどでした。部屋はモダンで快適で、リラックスして眠るのに最適です。2階のレストランは広々としており、朝食もとても美味しく、月曜日から金曜日の午後1時から4時まではセットランチメニューも提供しています。スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで笑顔が素敵で、不愛想な人は一人もいませんでした。どんな質問にも親切に答えてくれました。ウェイターは朝食時も昼食時もとてもプロフェッショナルで丁寧でした。ホテルの向かいにはメトロバスの停留所、ポリフォルム駅、そしてシアーズとチャデラウイ（またはそれに似たようなスーパーマーケット）、そして数軒のレストランがあります。今回の滞在は、ノボテルブランドに対する私の非常に肯定的な評価を裏付けるものであり、間違いなくまた利用したいと思っています。

シャワーは氷山の一角のような冷たさからほんのり温かい程度で、熱くは到底ありませんでしたが、それ以外は問題ありませんでした。温かいシャワーは、ホテルの客室、特にエグゼクティブホテルにとって重要な要素の一つです。私は午後10時頃と午前4時45分にシャワーを浴びましたが、蛇口の蛇口を一番熱い設定にしていたにもかかわらず、どちらのシャワーも同じように冷たい温度でした。 ベッドは快適で、室温も希望通り、小さなコーヒーパックも問題なく、ミニ冷蔵庫は冷えていて、水圧も良好で、インターネットの速度も十分で、テレビ画面も大きかったです（60インチくらいでしょうか）。良い点はたくさんありましたが、特に部屋の料金を考えると、温かいシャワーが本当に欲しかったです。（105号室） 旅行スケジュールがタイトだったので、水温について言及する時間はありませんでした。とはいえ、エグゼクティブホテル、あるいはもっと安いホテルやモーテルでさえ、温かいシャワーは当然の期待値です。

We really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

Modern accommodation in a great area for exploring Mexico city for a day or two. It's not a hotel so obviously the service is totally different than you'd expect For cleanliness and?overall amenities..But it's totally ok for a good night sleep and a convenient, safe, and nice location to stay. Wish they could PayPal bit attention to details, for example in trio.com?app it says the room had a?balcony and when we arrived we didn't even have windows. Exhausted from a long trip we didn't want to cause trouble but that could have been advised earlier. We were two people but only had one hand towel so that was an inconvenience that could have probably been avoided of the management would pay a birthday more attention to the bookings. Overall ok stay for an one night stop-over in Mexico city. Walking distance to restaurants and nice Polanco area day off night.
