ニュージーランドワイカト地方の4つ星ホテル

This motel is located a very short drive from great restaurants and large grocery stores. The grounds and pool are immaculate, very friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are spotless and our deck was large with a table and 2 chairs. Lower floors have covered patios. Very nice! We would stay here again.

到着時にシャワージェルがありませんでした。ハウスキーピングがヴィラまで届けてくれるどころか、500～800mほど歩いて受付まで取りに行くように言われました。 もう1台のシングルベッドは、ベッドの下に設置されたトランドルベッドでした。表示があればよかったのですが、2泊目に気付き、1晩はソファで寝ました。 ヴィラにはキッチンとランドリー設備があり、滞在にはとても便利でした。

立地は最高でした。 部屋の電話を使おうとしたのですが、繋がっていなくて、接続ケーブルらしきものも見当たりませんでした…。 予約時はチェックアウトが午前11時だったのですが、 到着時にもらった案内書にはチェックアウトは午前10時と書いてありました。 この矛盾について尋ねると、受付の人はまるで私たちに恩着せがましい態度でした（笑）。

The guide was great, friendly and funny. Everything there is all easy access.

The room is just infront of the lake!! Nice to have a walk in the evening and morning! Room is clean!!

The hotel is incredibly cozy and comfortable, and you couldn't ask for a better location, it is right in the city centre with everything just a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Was a quick stay but great location and hospitality.  Good to sit on the balcony in the morning with a coffee from the breakfast bar and take in the awesome views

The motel is clean and luckily close to some food places as they did not have in house restaurant. The room is a bit small, luckily I was staying alone. I accidentally left my water bottle and they wrote to let me know. That's nice of them.

Amazing atmosphere for our first stay in New Zealand. Everything is very familiar, feels Like beeing at home. We will come back!!!

ビーチのすぐそばという便利な立地で、部屋のすぐ外に駐車場があります。必要なものはすべて揃っており、清潔です。下のデッキに宿泊しているからなのか、寝ているときに上の階の人が足音をたてる音が聞こえます。シャワーは良く、水も強いです。
