Stay at mukund inn was great, services were good and better place to stay

Nice hotel with clean toilets and parking facility. Value for money stay at prime location near river front.

I have book one double bed room but they allot me room which was attached with another room by single door. Bad thing is that the other room occupiers smoking and smell comes in our room. Not only that the conversation was literally audible, which make feel that i stay in lodge. So really matter need to be looked in to by management. Because we spend money for good service. So need to improve. So feel average.

I left my dl at the reception. It was very nice of them to take my request over phone and couriered me to mumbai. At their cost. Appreciate acknowledgement of concern and hospitality

we had to just sleep a night in ahemdabad, hence we opted for this very ”economical” hotel which was a huge mistake on our part. good points - great location bad points- very poorly maintained. washrooms were very dirty with stains all over. there was no water in the shower let alone ”hot water” the worst was the manager had the cheek to say that we were not doing any ”favor” on the hotel by staying there. this was when we requested to let visitor stay for an extra hour beyond the the permissible time which led to an argument. that sure was rude. we were so disgusted with the place that we dint bother to check the breakfast.

セキュリティやフロントの方は接客が素晴らしく感動しました。またお部屋はさすがヒルトンさんって感じでした。屋上のプールは監視員が居なかったり、備え付けのタオルが使い終わってしまって足りなかったり、天井にネットが張ってないので鳩が近くに来てプールの水を飲んでたり管理的＆衛生的には気になりました。
