My wife and I had a grand stay using this historic hotel as our base as we export Rotterdam for a weekend getaway. So much to see and with the Watertaxi it’s easy to get about. The hotel called a week ahead of arrival to check in and see if they could help with anything which was handy figuring out the best way to arrive. We had a nightcap in the buzzy bar before turning in. Breakfast the next day was in a grand room full of nautical touches and with a full array of breakfast choices. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

私たちは3泊しましたが、このホテルにとても感銘を受けました。場所は完璧で、駅から数分、市内中心部のバー、ショップ、レストランは文字通り角を曲がっています。ホテル自体は清潔で快適で、よく提示されています。部屋は清潔で広としています。朝食は素晴らしく、いつもたくさんありました。スタッフは素晴らしかった。チェックインとチェックアウトは簡単で、レセプションのスタッフは本当に親切でした(私たちが到着したとき、娘は耳の感染症にかかり、レセプションの若い女性は私たちが医師の予約を手伝ってくれ、毎日の様子を尋ねるポイントをしました)。バーとレストランのスタッフも非常にプロフェッショナルで気配りがありました。このホテルは私たちの家族の休憩に最適で、スタッフは優れたサービスを称賛されるべきです。ありがとうございました。

夫と私は最近オランダに自転車旅行をし、ロッテルダムのマリオットで一晩を過ごしました。私たちの旅行のすべてのホテルがこれと同じくらい良いことを願っています。フロントデスクのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。彼らは私たちの自転車をロックする特別な場所を持っていました。彼らは私たちを助けました。彼らは街の地図を見直して、何をすべきか、どこへ行くべきかを決めました。ホテルは、鉄道駅の向かいにあり、多くのサイトまで徒歩圏内で、素晴らしい中央に位置しています。客室は、広さも十分にモダン(素晴らしいバスルーム!)、とても静かで涼しく(暖かくエアコンが必要でした)、インターネットも完璧に機能しました。朝食は駅/街の素晴らしい景色を望む素敵な部屋で提供されます。フレンドリーなスタッフ、ホットアイテムは注文するために調理され、ビュッフェはあなたが望むかもしれないアイテムでいっぱいです。私たちは一晩だけ滞在したことを残念に思います。

I stayed on the 8th floor of this newly built,lovely modern hotel. My room overlooked the lake and parkland, and I was greeted by a sunrise each morning. The room has a comfy double bed that has a plug socket either side. There is a decent sized flat screen tv on the wall at the end of the bed. Tea and coffee are also supplied along with a small kettle. There was a single chair by the window, along with a table and a quirky giant tortoise stool. The bathroom offers a spacious walk in shower and a simple but modern sink and toilet. I wasn’t able to heat the room to my desired comfort level but I was happy with the ambient temperature with the air conditioning turned off. If you pay for breakfast, it offers a good selection, comprising of cakes and pastries, various breads, cooked meats, cheese slices, humous, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and hard boiled eggs. Tea and coffee along with various fruit juices are on offer also. The reception has a small selection of food and drink for sale. These items include fancy crisps and biscuits and a fridge with both alcoholic beverages and refreshments. All the staff were friendly and made my stay a comfortable one. If you are attending the Ahoy arena for any event, this hotel is right on your doorstep!

Echt een prachtig hotel, het is alsof je door een museum loopt. Waanzinnig mooi. De medewerkers zijn allemaal even galant, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Je wordt met alle egards behandeld. De kamers zijn allemaal anders ingericht, maar allemaal even mooi. Het ontbijt was het enige wat een beetje tegenviel qua kwaliteit. Met name het brood was niet zo vers. Maar de algehele beleving maakte dit meer dan goed. Als je ooit een keer in de gelegenheid bent dit prachtige hotel te bezoeken zou ik dat zeker doen!
