Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel bang in the middle of Östermalm (Stockholm’s poshest area). Our hotel room wasn’t huge but perfectly adequate size-wise. Stunning marbled bathroom, proper hair dryer and Cowshed products. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows (three each). Well stocked minibar and coffee machine. It lacked a kettle so had to ask for tea pots from the bar. The room was on the top floor facing the back which meant it was very quiet. I would definitely return.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 5, reserving two rooms - a family room and the smaller room as well. The family room with bunk beds was absolutely perfect for our family. We found the room spacious with a nice view as well. The hotel is located near many restaurants and bars. We didn’t find the street noise to be a problem. The elevator is very small, so we chose to take the stairs to our rooms on the third floor most of the time. There was a wide selection of items to choose from for breakfast, although we did have some trouble finding a place to sit in the restaurant.

The three stars for the service here are for the Trip customer support staff and Petra who’s one of the hotel’s counter staff). We thank them for their assistance and support! The first night at the hotel was in fact terrible due to the irresponsible behaviour of the staff of the hotel.

窓がないというか、窓はあるもののホテルの中から見えてしまうので窓が開けられないという言い方の方が正しいと思うが、そのよう宇な部屋が多くある。 男性だと問題ないかもしれないが、女性は絶対にダメだろうな。 部屋によってはエレベーターホールらかも良く見える部屋があるのだ。 このホテルに宿泊する際、部屋の選択はかなり重要だ。 外の景色が見えないのはあり得ない、なんだか気分が滅入ってしまう。 部屋は519号室。 駅とは反対側に向かっている部屋だ。 目の前に大きな教会の尖塔が見えている。 教会の建物は、市庁舎と同じかもしくは同じようなレンガ造りになっている。 室内は狭い。 朝食会場では座る場所を探すのにかなり苦労した。 宿泊者の割に、椅子が少ないのだ。 ロビーもごく普通のホテル。 金額が安いホテルだったのだろう。 でも立地が良いので、ここを選択する旅行者が増えてきて、金額が上がっているという感じだ。 Wifi等は全く問題ない。 ベッドが狭いのは、北欧の場合は仕方がないだろう。

ロケーションは最高で、中央地下鉄駅と空港エクスプレスターミナルのすぐそばなので非常に便利です。 ほとんどの美術館も徒歩圏内です。 部屋は少し狭く、クローゼットも非常にコンパクトです。 トイレの床暖房はプラスです。 朝食は1階全体でとても豪華です。 スタッフはとても親切です。
