It used to be my go-to hotel every time I visited Chanthaburi. However, for the last 2 -3 years, I stopped going to this hotel. This time, my partner insisted on staying here because the beds were comfortable. The hotel lobby still looks fine, but the rooms badly need a do-over. Ceiling in the room is peeling, leakage, and bathroom walls are dirty (not being cleaned at all). It's such a shame. It used to be a good hotel known for cleanliness and spic and span rooms. The sheets had marks on them. I didn't sleep the whole night. Hope they renovate soon.

Staff was riendly and extremely helpful, their service was impeccable. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials especially bolster (I love it very much). Food was amazing and very delicious. The atmosphere is airly and warm welcome, we particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and watching the garden.

Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable bed and nice greeting from staff. Spacious room space and not far from Central Department Store.

Wonderfullllllll! Best of best! The lake of lotus is perpect. I never forget and I will be back again. If you have a car, you must go there and stay
