Myself and three of my friends, take a golf trip every year and have stayed here for the past ten years or so. Please note that everyone that works there is wonderful and very accommodating. The daily breakfast was very good. However, since the proprty has been purchased and new management has taken over, things have gone downhill. Upon arrival neither rooms could be opened. After a time and new room cards, we were able to get into our room. The other room could not be unlocked. Finally a maintenance worker was able to open the door with his master fob, but couldnot get the key cards to work. since no other rooms were available, they were given a master fob. I assume it was set to only work on that room, but it would not work on the outside doors. The next day when we returned and went to our rooms. The room with the lock trouble was wide open and lock was in pieces on the table. They had been working on it and had left it that way while they were somewhere else. Do not know how long it was open for. When we checked out, one room was supposed to be on my credit card, the other room was supposed to be on one of their cards. They left everything on my card. They had the information and card number for the other from check-in. Perhaps the staff is not all properly trained. The assistant manager assured us she could fix it. Each room should have been approximately $2200. By the time she was done, the other room had $4400 charged and mine had been charged nearly $11,000. At that time she said she could not change it because of the large amount involved. When we got home, we had to spend time calling the general manager and spend a couple of weeks calling my credit card company (just in case) and checking in online to make sure the excess charges were removed. It was finally straightened out, but it should never have happened. As a side note there used to be activities four nights per week for the guests, i.e., pizza night, grill night, movie night and so on. Not anymore. Overall disappointing.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Breakfast crew was fabulous and very nice as well. I am a diamond member and stay at a lot of HI, this is one of the best. Close to Tarpon and location to other attractions. We saw a comedy show while we stayed over night.

We stayed at this hotel because we had a wedding nearby. It had what we needed for a one night stay. Even though we stayed after (1 day after) Hurricane Helene, we were surprised on how cleaned the parking lot was and everything else. You couldn’t tell a major cat 4 Hurricane passed through there. I checked in through the phone so we didn’t even have to go to the front desk. Agent didn’t even say hi when we went by. Cool thing is that they have sangria, champagne and something different at the desk for you to grab. The app gave me my room number as well as the key. My husband didn’t like that because my cellphone was the key and I had to give him my cellphone every time he left the room. I’m sure we could’ve gotten an actual key if we asked though. Room was clean, and very comfortable, it included a fridge, tiny coffee maker and a microwave. King size bed, tv, desk (no pen) chair. The bathroom was very clean. White. It came with lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Sufficient towels were provided for 2 people. One of the outlets next to the bed wasn’t working unfortunately. The reservation also included breakfast. Breakfast was good. There’s no bacon or scrambled eggs but you will find waffles, frittatas, assorted bread and bagels, potatoes, cereal and juices. There’s coffee in the lobby 24/7 and you can make your own iced coffee as well. Check out was easy. Again, through the app. We didn’t really have to talk to anyone. Parking is pretty horrible at this property. My husband and I came back from the wedding at like midnight and we couldn’t find anything. We had to park at the dollar tree right in front of the hotel, after an hour my husband had to go back down and look for a spot again. We eventually found a spot. This hotel was enough for what we needed. If we ever have to go back to Odessa we would stay there again.

Starting with the front desk check-in person, everyone at this hotel was very nice. The rooms was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a good nights sleep. Cheryl at the bar was the perfect hostess, making excellent drinks and giving us some suggestions for dinner. Minutes away from many restaurants. When I'm in this area again in a few weeks, I'll be staying here for sure.

Beautiful Location. First time staying here and our room was overlooking a gorgeous lake. The room was large and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. There was plenty of room to spread out with 2 computers. The bathroom was clean and had the newer large bottles of shampoo, rinse and shower gel. The breakfast on 2 of the mornings was scrambled eggs which is a nice change from the omlettes that are usually provided. They also had waffles, cereal, danish and fruit. A variety of juices and some very good coffee. Given the view we had each night with sunset over the lake I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was also budget friendly for being in a corporate setting.

私たちが泊まった部屋はとてもきれいで、ベッドは快適でしたが、ホテルはその時代を示しています。浴槽には磁器にチップがあり、シャワーを浴びるときに床が浸水するのを防ぐためにシャワーカーテンを閉じるのが難しかったです。特にベッドの間のランプのUSBポートが機能していなかったため、すべての電子機器用のプラグが部屋に十分ではありません。また、エレベーターの1つが機能していませんでした。朝食にはたくさんの選択肢がありましたが、そこに着いたとき、卵とビスケットが出てきて、補充されるまでに少しかかりました。そのため、チーズオムレツを選びましたが、熱くなく歯ごたえがありました。ソーセージリンクは、切断が困難だった非常にタフなケーシングにより改善することができます。パンケーキメーカーは素敵な追加でした。フロントデスクのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋はきれいで、ベッドは快適で、従業員はフレンドリーで親切だったので、私は4つ星を付けました。

This hotel was built in the 1920s, closed for about 2 decades after 2000 and recently underwent a full renovation. It looks great outside and in, keeping original layouts, lobby fireplace, chandeliers, dining room, etc. As the renovation was underway the city was performing a much needed overhaul of the park located between the back of the hotel and the river. The park and Hacienda complement each other very well! We stayed in a spacious double queen room with a very comfortable beds and modern bath. Breakfast is not included but was reasonably priced compared to other hotels and they gave us a $10 coupon to use on each day. A nice extra! I have a son living in New Port Richey and we will stay here whenever we visit!
