Amazing room, thought i could live there! It had a washing machine and a dishwaser and lounge room. The bedroom was lovely too, sliding mirror cupboards nd a tv. The bed was so comfy too, wish i could have stayed longer. Also the shower pressure was great! You know how hotel showers can be iffy, this one was hot and good presure. Also had a bath which was great to relax after a long day. Only thing i didn't love was the fact the iron was steamless. I understand that's probably safety. It did the trick.

Excellent comfy beds especially for us with back and neck issues. We all slept really well, the rooms were nice and dark and quiet to get a good nights rest. The rooms were clean. Staff at reception very very helpful and friendly. Will definately be back again.

We had a splendid 4 nights at Mantra Mackay. The staff were very helpful, caring and friendly. Many thanks especially to Julie, who organised breakfast for us on one of the days when we had to leave the hotel at 6am for an early tour. The reception staff were polite and always available to help and provide us with additional amenities and directions within the locality. The rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of natural light and a lovely view of the marina, coral sea and swimming pool, which made for a relaxing swim on a hot afternoon. The town's centre was an easy drive within a 10 minutes' from the hotel.
We stayed in one of the front 1 bedroom apartments. Had a beautiful view of the marina and everything we required in the room, including a full laundry, separate lounge with a small kitchenette. It was perfect for our few days away. The restaurant offered good meals of which we partook and enjoyed. There were also a few other food places nearby if you wanted something different. However, there was not much else there, apart from other apartment blocks. The manager and staff were helpful and friendly. Would go back again.

The location of this place is amazing. The oceanview rooms, I think, are in the process of being renovated as we had two rooms, side by side, 416 and 417 on the bottom floor. 416 was recently renovated (apart from the bathroom) and was quite nice, but I was disappointed with 417 as it smelled really bad, the floors felt really dirty under your feet, and the shower leaked and was riddled with mould. The TV remote had a bandaid on the back holding the battery cover in place. The blankets smelled old and like they had not been washed in a long time. The restaurant, however, was amazing!! Super big meals for affordable prices. The menu in the rooms needs to be updated, though, as there were a lot of items that were no longer being served in the restaurant, such as the lamb shanks.
It wasn't a new facility but clean, excellent location, beautiful surroundings and had everything we needed.
I would recommend anyone who wants budget accommodation, value for money 🙂💰

私を予約した若い女性の両方は非常に親切で、私をチェックアウトした女性と同じことを楽しく感じました。一日中運転しているときに陽気な挨拶と笑顔を持つのは素敵でした。チキンパーミーとルームサービスからの飲み物をいただき、とても素敵で、まだ暑かったです。唯一のマイナスは駐車場を見つけようとしていました!!!たぶん私は老化しています

表紙🙂で本を判断しないでください。私のモーテルの部屋は広としていてきれいでした。予想外のボーナスは、電子レンジとトースターの供給でした!!市内中心部に非常に近く、市内中心部の慢性的な路上駐車問題を解決しました。次回はマッケイでまたベースにします。

My second time visiting Lanai since last August. Similar experience: Check-in and out after hours was seamless. This time I was in room 607. The lift as well as the apartment was had a musty smell- likely related to the warm humid weather at this time of the year. The apartment layout is almost identical to the previous (see my previous review of room 307)- spacious, clean and neat. The balcony was very spacious and even bigger, having a table setting as well as outdoor lounge. The bedroom looked over the water. Main bedroom had queen sized bed while the other, two double beds. The leather dining chairs and couch was fantastic – can be wiped down for cleaning. Again, no blinds in the living room for privacy. Despite being near the street, it was quiet most of the time. Two exceptions- one evening when the apartment above had a gathering into late the evening on the balcony. Another morning, construction work started before 6am (not on the grounds). Both of these are of course, random events. The cookware and utensils were of good quality and range. The bathroom exhaust fan was not very powerful and did not combat the humidity. Shower door had a gap, resulting in water in the bathroom after a shower- slip hazard. However, I’m aware this is not uncommon for many showers. Comfortable bed. Both pillows were very flat but I’m sure they would’ve been able to provide a higher one if I’d asked (I don’t like to be troublesome!). No flyscreen door- so be mindful to keep balcony door closed in the wet season! Admittedly this is a very different experience to coming here during the dry season, where the doors can be left open and I enjoyed walks before and after walk. One thing I am conscious of, is indoor lighting. It would be much warmer and welcoming to have warm white indoor lighting instead of white light. Particularly in an era when so many are conscious of “blue light” and wearing lenses to filter that out. (White light = high percentage of blue light). The gym, sauna and pool were quiet (no crowds). Nor the lifts. I’ve never had to wait for the lift. Internet speed (wifi) can be slow and drop out. But it is secured with a password. Overall, a pleasant experience without any main issues. Special mention- The staff was exceptional. On mentioning the musty smell (I didn’t expect anything to come of it) as an aside to something else, Andrea (manning the front desk) notified the maintenance technician (Richard), who cleaned my carpet on the same day. Andrea is pleasant, professional, attentive and takes pride in her work. It does not go unnoticed! Thank you! I now specifically ask to stay here for work each time. (I realize this review contains many personal preferences but hopefully it’s useful for those who share the same ideals.)最安値IDR 4,049,162

I absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to all future guests. Marc and his lovely manager were at reception to greet me when I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we could check in early and ensure we had the best stay possible. We than parked FOR FREE downstairs which made it so easy to get my newborn to and from the room. The car park is FREE and super easy to get into (clears 2.3m) and did I mention it was FREE. Our rooms were so clean and tidy, beds were a dream to sleep in and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (we even made a banoffee pie). The bathroom is your standard bathroom and had all amenities you needed. Thank you Marc and your amazing manager for being so accommodating, friendly, amazing and overall being the best humans. I absolutely appreciate you both, Marc and his manager were a true testament to the amazing staff members at the Quest. The Quest Mackay are so lucky to have such amazing front of house staff like Marc and his manger who represent their company values so well. I cannot wait to return for my next stay. On our way through Mackay one evening, we chose the Coral Sands as our overnight stay. At first, to be honest, we were a little put off because the motel was very busy, and it wasn't what we originally expected. That said, Sal and Al, our hosts were very personable and welcoming, so we quickly adjusted our thinking and settled in. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the price was right. Check-in went fine, young lady was polite. Got into our room to wind down and the streaming service for the television was not working. Tried multiple times following the guide on the service without success, so called for assistance. Young man came to the room, wasn't knowledgeable on the system and after pressing the same buttons and suggesting Bluetooth, (there was no suggestion that this was an option?), we were left with ”Well I'm not sure, sorry” and he walked out. There was no discussion of other options to resolve the matter, (other rooms were available), or to discuss this with his manager and have a form of compensation offered, (not that it was expected but that is hospitality and customer service. Someone is paying a lot of money for things to work, and not to have to muck around when they are staying with you at the property, or are using your restaurant and bar). Decided we would go and have an early dinner and the staff behaviour was something I have not seen before after many years in hospitality. The chef was in and out of the kitchen walking quickly through the bar area multiple times, back and forward into but never carrying anything? (And yes there was an event in the event room beside us, but still didn't make sense or appear professional). Bar and wait staff seemed disengaged, considering it was quiet. Entree was very average, bruschetta was piled high with avocado, VERY little tomato mixed through, balsamic glaze was there, with a beetroot plate flare, but every flavour was sadly lost to the avocado. Mains were lovely, steak was cooked perfectly. Bed was very comfortable, hot water was speratic but pressure was nice. Overall had heard great things about the property after researching for a special place to stay, but left feeling rather disappointed. Unfortunately won't be staying again.最安値IDR 1,637,989

Booked 4 Rooms in June for ourselves and family. The rooms were very nice and spacious and provided all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The pool area was supposed to be completed and unfortunately it was not. We booked a table for 16 for dinner. What a disappointment. Extremely small portions and meals were coming out which had not been ordered but were accepted as it took well over an hour for food to come out. Breakfast was great with generous portions, so a big tick there. They do not offer a buffet breakfast, order off the menu. Food prices were OK apart from for example Garlic Turkish Bread at $14 Would I stay again-perhaps. Would I have dinner or lunch there again - absolutely NOT売り切れ

Very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and quite. I arrived late and was meet by Hunter at reception and he booked me in. Nothing is ever a problem and Hunter always remembers you which makes the difference to some motels that I had been to. The personal touch makes the difference.最安値IDR 1,506,145
