以前から一度行ってみたかったレストランでした。店内に入ると人気があるようで結構いっぱいのお客さんでした。そしてメニューを観ながら家族と料理を決めていたところ、緊急の電話があり、食事ができなくなりました。とても残念でメニューの中に寿司のTAKEOUTができることを知り、オーダーしました。その時店員が英語であなた、ここは中華レストランですよ。知らないのですか?って鼻で笑いました。はー？寿司もあるのにTAKEOUTのみの客に対して馬鹿にしたように笑い、席に座ってるのが邪魔のようで店の端っこに追いやられTAKEOUTができるのを待つように言われました。こんな対応ありますかね？結局食事できずに帰るのは残念でしたが、こんな対応する店員がいるのでは二度と行きたくないです!

HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. To be brief: 1. The view and the location are good. 2. The rooms do not have a proper functioning AC or ventilation. Dampness smell in hotel room is overhelming. Black mould in bathroom which is absolutely vile. 3. Serious issues with cleanliness. Trash and dirt are everywhere in common areas. 4. Public toilets are vile. There are roaches living in there (see photo attached). 5. Dining area is nice, BUT.. the food hygiene is below poor. In the culinary area a chef who was cooking poultry on a open grill used same gloves for handling raw and cooked meat. Bread is being handed with bare hands. The tables are not being wiped with surface cleaners. 6. I've fallen sick with a serious gut infection. Fever, vomitting, diarrhea. No wonder. 7. Staff is not friendly. Smoking or on their phones. Animation team is non existant. Their attempts to do evening shows are sad to be honest. 8. Children's area is one big hazard with broken gates and swings. Overall - this is one big health hazard, not a hotel. In UK/EU it would have been shut down at least dozen times.

So disappointed! Looked gorgeous on website but clearly photos were from years ago! The building is literally falling apart. Also tripadvisor reviews must be mainly fake. The building is old and in total disrepair - I don't ever think parts of it are safe. Bedroom was very dirty - stained cushions and sheets. Paintwork and carpet not been cleaned in months! Public areas were also disgusting- especially the toilets and pool areas. Restuarant was mainly plastic chairs and dirty cutlery - food was ok but my husband was ill for a couple of days Bar staff not interested- reception staff were slightly better I fully understand a 5* in Turkey is not the same as UK but this hotel was worst than a hostal!! No entertainment except a man singing in the reception and a Turkish disco with 20 people- I did not see one animation team member? Gym just had broken equipment Pool dirty Beach dangerous

Please, please do not go to this hotel. It's filthy!! We checked in and I honestly thought it might have been a staff room - dirty full bin in the toilet 🤮 - We asked to move roomsbut was told no as fully booked - I asked if at least could room be serviced and cleaned but again told no as housekeeping keeping had finished. We did manage to move rooms following day which was better. Hotel was full of Russians, I think only one other British couple. Lifts constantly breaking down Public rooms not cleaned, plugs and electric wires showing NO ENTERTAINMENT NO ANIMATION STAFF NO LIFE GUARDS NO GAMES ROOM NO FUNCTIONING GYM NO SUITABLE CHILDS PLAY AREA NO NIGHTCLUB FALSE ADVERTISING Please don't try enter the sea - steps are either missing and planks of wood tied together, accident waiting to happen. Staff wandering around in their own clothes more interested in their phones than actually serving guests One and only good thing is the view!

Hotel and First Impressions The hotel advertises itself as a 5* hotel, but upon arrival it became clear that at best it corresponds to a 3* hotel in terms of services. What disturbed us the most was the very run-down overall impression – everywhere there were signs of neglect, carelessness, dirt, and untidiness. Service and Staff The hotel was strongly oriented towards Turkish clients. The staff did not speak English. In general, the employees served guests in their own clothes and also looked unkempt. When we turned to the hotel with our concerns, we were directed to the tour operator, who in turn sent us back to the hotel reception – no solutions were ever offered. Room and Cleaning Our room was cleaned for the first time only on the 6th day of our 7-night stay. On the other days, we had to keep asking ourselves for clean towels or for the trash bins to be emptied. The windows in the room were very dirty, and there was a large spider web in the corner, which the cleaner seemed to ignore. Towels that were supposed to be white were instead gray, stained, and frayed. In the family room there was only one power socket available for charging electronic devices and another one in the bathroom. The TV offered only Turkish channels. Food and Dining The food was entirely Turkish cuisine, which we had not expected. There was no separate food selection for children – not even ice cream was offered. The restaurant could rather be called a canteen – mostly plastic tables and chairs, and coffee was served in 150 ml paper cups. There was only one coffee machine, which always had a long queue and was constantly surrounded by mess (spilled coffee, empty packages, etc.). For alcoholic drinks, there was just one bartender, again with a permanently long line. General Hotel Facilities Many of the sunbeds on the beach were broken and dirty. The pool area floors were unclean, and trash bins were constantly overflowing. Out of three water slides for children, only two were working. The public toilets were very dirty and disgusting, yet children also had to use them. Entertainment and Other Services The evening entertainment program left much to be desired, and when something did happen, it was only in Turkish. Wifi was available only in the lobby, and when there were many people, it did not work at all. Positive Aspect The only positive thing we can say about this hotel was the beautiful view from the top of the hotel down to the beach. Unfortunately, we had to pay a very high price for this, because we did not receive any of the services that should normally be expected from a 5* hotel. Conclusion A very negative experience – our travel group consisted of 14 people (8 adults and 6 children), and not a single one of us would recommend this hotel, especially to anyone looking for a stress-free, pleasant, and family-friendly holiday.
