由於加航罷工，機票改簽在多倫多住了4天，預訂了小如藝術民宿，沒想到是個意外的驚喜，房間環境非常有格調，配備的設施和物品也非常齊全和貼心，管家態度和藹親切，走的時候還特意過來跟我聊天告別，有家人的感覺。這裏還可以做飯，附近超市可以買到各種食材，民宿準備的廚具也非常齊備，讓我這被白人餐折磨的胃可以吃口舒服的了。總之，住這裏比我之前住希爾頓酒店舒服太多了……花園也打理得非常漂亮，超級推薦哦！

バスタオルが無料だったのは驚きでした。宿泊した4人部屋にはエアコンとプライバシーカーテンがあり、とても快適でした。夜も静かで、途中で2人来ましたが、全体的に非常に静かでした（いびきの大きい人に出会わなかったからかもしれません）。とても良い体験でしたし、シャワーやトイレも便利で、衛生的にも比較的きれいでした。チェックアウト後に気づいたのですが、トロント大学にとても近く、チャイナタウンに位置しているので中国語の看板がたくさんありました。

Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

この宿での滞在は最高でした。すべてが快適で、よく考え抜かれていました。立地はとても便利で、ユニオン駅からTTCで約20分です。最寄りの駅であるドーバーコート・ロードのクイーン・ストリート・ウエスト駅も徒歩圏内なので、街中を楽に移動できます。徒歩2分のところにショッパーズ・ドラッグ・マートがあり、夜10時まで営業しているので、日用品の調達にとても便利です。キッチンは清潔で機能も充実していたので、問題なく自炊できました。実際、添付の写真は滞在中にご飯を炊いている様子です。タオルもたくさん用意されていて、本当に助かりました。独立したランドリールームもとてもありがたかったです。清潔で使いやすく、滞在をさらに快適にしてくれました。ゴミ箱は庭に設置されていたので、外出時にゴミ出しも楽でした。周辺はとても静かで落ち着いた雰囲気で、ダウンタウンの騒音は全く聞こえません。ホストも質問があればいつでも親切に答えてくれました。全体的にとても快適でリラックスできる滞在でしたので、他の人にもぜひお勧めしたいと思います。

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

The apartment was fantastic. So convenient, clean and comfortable. Will definitely use again but the front desk were terrible, no interest in helping what so ever. They are not part of Global but it was a huge annoyance.

The apartment is in an excellent location with a truly breathtaking night view! The surrounding area has everything you need, and it’s only about an 8-minute walk to Shoppers and the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The only small note is that guests may want to bring their own slippers. The host was absolutely wonderful—providing clear, detailed check-in instructions and offering warm, thoughtful reminders and assistance both before and during my stay. On my departure day, I needed a little extra time after the 12 p.m. check-out, and I’m deeply grateful to the host for kindly allowing me the time to pack and get ready without any rush. Overall, this was a perfect stay from start to finish. I would be delighted to return here on my next visit and will happily recommend it to friends and family!

房間內各項條件尚可，面積也很大，有咖啡機等設備。酒店地理位置不錯，離多倫多電視塔、聯合車站，華人街等步行約15分鐘。但酒店在市區臨街，晚上非常吵，戴着耳塞衹能勉強睡着。另外該酒店是新型自助服務酒店，大部分時間沒有工作人員，所以交流還是比較困難（例如我希望聯繫更換一個安靜的房間，但最終也沒有成功）。 視頻為房間內和酒店樓下，大約晚上11點。

それは入るのに最適な場所でした。清潔で安全でした。家もとても快適できれいでした。トイレ用のビデは素晴らしいでしょう。それが唯一の不便です。それ以外はとても楽しい経験でした。ありがとう🤗
