First time in Brussels. First time at this hotel. A lovely experience all round. From the Concierge to the first floor check-in to the catering, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I'm afraid I didn't get everyone's name, but I remember Anel went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable experience. Hotel is located in a cleaner, calmer part of the city but the busier part is only a 15 minute walk away. There are convenience shops located nearby, so it is in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely plan to return.

The room is a bit small but it is clean. Again Moxy style means minimalistic, just shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided and nothing else. There is self service coffee machine and tea bags on ground floor which you can use before 10am. The hotel doesn’t accept cash for the deposit and city tax. I was worried about not getting my deposit back on my credit card after I checked out ( some people have this problem with other hotels) But it turned out to be over worrying, they only hold the credit amount when u check in, and in the end they just charged the city tax, the credit amount for the deposit was released. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is easy to access, I would recommend taking bus number 71(direction to Delta) outside central station (if you come from central station) and get off at stop Saint Boniface, the hotel is just 10 steps from the bus stop. Lots of food stores, various kinds of shops, supermarket, laundry shops along the main road/ around that neighbourhood. All the major tourist attractions around Grand Place can by reached within 15-20mins by walk.

It has been a very comfortable stay at Whitlock16 hotel apart. The entire hotel feels new, clean, and well-maintained. The studio furnishings are modern, durable, and good quality, which made relaxing after a long day easy. The lounge is a particularly nice perk for guests, providing a pleasant space to unwind with good amenities. Access was straightforward, and it adds noticeable value to the overall stay. In terms of logistics, the location is extremely convenient for getting around, and the check-in and check-out process was fast, efficient, and hassle-free. Overall, a dependable choice for travelers looking for a hassle-free, well-run hotel. I would happily stay here again.

素敵なホテルでした！ ブリュッセルの中心地からは電車で10分徒歩10分くらいの場所に位置していましたが、大晦日であったこともあり、逆に閑静な場所で落ち着きました。近くには素敵な公園がありました。 また、EU本部も近いため、治安面でも安心できます。 大晦日なので、グランプラスの花火を見に行こうと思ったのですが、治安があまり良くなく途中で帰ってきてしまいました。 しかし、ホテル最上階の部屋だったので、遠くではありましたが花火が見え、嬉しかったです。翌朝、ホテルマンの方から「花火は綺麗でしたか？」と聞かれ、ほっこりしました。 設備に関しても、とても綺麗で、この価格帯でなら最高級と言ってよいかと思います。 朝ごはんもバリエーション豊かでとても美味しかったです。

Cracking location for exploring Belgium! Had a lovely stay here. The hotel is dead close to the Metro, and it's only a 15-minute stroll to Brussels Central, which made our day trips to Bruges and Ghent absolutely seamless.The front desk staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the off. As for the room, the space was just right, not too cramped at all.The only slight downside was that we were on a lower floor and there were some roadworks right outside every morning. It was a bit noisy quite early on, which wasn't ideal for a lie-in! Aside from the early wake-up call from the builders, everything else was spot on. Great value for money if you're planning to see the sights.

All good. Nice clean aoartment. Convenient location. Would be better for service apartment to provide washing machine.

Good stay, only no personal contact and the shower cabin was leaking. We also checked in on the weekend, therefore there was no physical service.

市内、交通機関、EUビルへのアクセスも良好です。公園やレストラン、バーなどのエンターテイメント施設にも近く、空港行きのバス停もすぐ近くです。お部屋は清潔感があり、広々としていて、ゆったりとしたスペースがあります。紅茶とコーヒーのセットもお部屋に用意されています。

このホテルはミディ駅のすぐ近くにあり、通りのすぐそばにあり、トラムとバスの湾はホテルの後ろにあり、とても便利な場所にあります。ホテルの部屋は大きすぎず、バスルームも小さいです。ヒーターは予想ほど暖かくないかもしれませんが、冬にはそれを使うことができます。ホテルのフロントカウンターのスタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーです。全体的に滞在するのに良い場所です。
