First time staying at the Sana Hotel and it is the best one I’ve been in Berlin so far, the location is good, the room was bright and spacious, I had a possibility to opt out of daily cleaning which I really appreciate (more eco friendly) The sauna and swimming pool were both nice, especially when it was on the same level as my room. 100% recommend !

Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The hotel’s amenities added a lot of value to the experience. The common areas were well maintained, and the facilities were easy to access. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options that catered to different preferences. Everything was replenished promptly, and the dining area remained clean and comfortable even during busy hours. Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient. It’s close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to get around without hassle. Despite the central location, the hotel felt calm and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, this hotel delivers a great balance of comfort, service, and value. The staff’s hospitality, combined with the clean rooms and convenient location, made the stay truly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would confidently recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel. The positives: - The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Soundproofing between the rooms was good. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival. - Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days. - Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day. - Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20. While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

We recently stayed at The Circus Hotel in Berlin, taking two rooms for a short family trip. The experience was, in many respects, excellent. The location is ideal—central, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a huge variety of restaurants and shops. Service throughout was truly commendable. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful at every turn. The hotel bar is a genuine highlight—stylish, welcoming, and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the honesty bar and terrace upstairs, which made for a beautiful, relaxed afternoon during our stay. Breakfast was another strong point, offering a good variety of quality options in a comfortable setting. The rooms themselves are well-sized, clean, and nicely appointed. However, there’s a major issue that any traveller should be aware of: there is no real air conditioning. What’s provided is what I would describe as a comfort cooling system—more symbolic than functional. During our stay, temperatures hovered around 25 °C during the day and 18 °C at night, yet the rooms remained unpleasantly warm. Both rooms had fans, and the windows had to be opened to let in any real cool air. It’s quite clear that the hotel expects guests to rely on the fans, which is not acceptable given the climate realities of Berlin summers. This significantly affected our comfort and sleep. For travel between late May and early October, I would strongly caution against booking unless you’re completely indifferent to room temperature. It’s unfortunate, because in almost every other respect, The Circus Hotel is a real gem. I genuinely wanted to love it, and in cooler months, I very likely would. But the absence of proper climate control is a deal-breaker in warmer weather, and it’s clear the hotel is aware of the issue—hence the fans in every room. Pros: • Excellent location • Superb service • Great breakfast • Fantastic bar and terrace • Generous room size Cons: • No air conditioning—only a weak cooling system and fans • Rooms become uncomfortably warm even in moderate summer temperatures Conclusion: A brilliant hotel during cooler seasons. But for summer stays, particularly with children or light sleepers, the lack of proper climate control unfortunately outweighs the many positives.

景色が素晴らしく、コスパもサービスも非常に良いです。ホテル設備も申し分なく、本当にコストパフォーマンスが高いと感じました。ホテルの下には地下鉄の駅や商業施設があり、とても便利でした。

Le Hilton est extrêmement bien situé, au Gendarmenmarkt (plein centre). Une bouche de métro est à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le hall d’accueil est très important avec plein de places assises. L’ensemble est beau. Les chambres sont classiques Hilton, grandes et fonctionnelles (quoique légèrement vieillissantes). Le petit déjeuner est royal ! Très bon et bel hôtel

とても清潔で、静かです。スタッフはフレンドリーです！部屋が狭くて服を着るスペースがありません。道路や他の部屋の騒音は聞こえません。バーや軽食のある広いロビーがあり、リラックスできる場所があり、小さなコンサートが開催されることもあります。自炊用のキッチンがあります。洗濯機は有料です。広々としたダイニングルームでおいしい朝食。ビュッフェ - 必要なものがすべて豊富に揃っています。ホテルの近くにバス停があり、駅までは 10 ～ 15 分、いくつかの観光スポットは徒歩圏内にあります。市内中心部が近くにあります。

ホステルは中心部から離れたところにありますが、簡単にアクセスできます。ホステルの隣にトラムの停留所があります。スタッフはフレンドリーで、ホステルは広くて清潔です。安価なランドリーサービスがあります。朝食はかなり貧弱です。ホステルから数駅のところに大きな Lidl ストアがあります。基本的に、お金を考えれば良い選択肢ですが、マットレスが寝心地が悪いのと、部屋の音が聞こえにくいという欠点があります。
