⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ここは私が今まで宿泊したホテルの中で、最も快適なホテルの一つです。到着した瞬間から、ホテルスタッフのサービスは温かく、プロフェッショナルで、本当に満足のいくものでした。 スタッフは非常に対応が良く、必要な時はいつでも喜んで助けてくれました。彼らの丁寧でフレンドリーな対応のおかげで、滞在全体がスムーズで楽しいものになりました。 部屋は清潔で居心地が良く、思慮深く配置されており、まるで「我が家のようにくつろげました」。全体的にリラックスでき、温かく迎えてくれる雰囲気で、滞在中は心ゆくまで休息とくつろぎを楽しむことができました。 このホテルを強くお勧めします。立地も便利で、近くの飲食店、ショッピングモール、観光スポットへのアクセスも良好です。ホテルでは周辺観光に役立つ情報も提供してくれました。 もしまた訪れる機会があれば、ぜひまたここに宿泊し、素晴らしい滞在を楽しみたいと思っています。

The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

Overall it was okay, convenient location, laksa at breakfast place was good, there’s a nearby 24 hour supermarket, a lot of shops are in walkable distance

The location is very close to Miri Times Square. It very close to many restaurants, banks, bakeries. Marina Parkcity is 5 min drive away which is close to beach. I cannot comment on food provided, I did not dine in. Shower and toilets are good. The WiFi is need to improve it weak most of time. Air conditioning is good. Standard room there is no refrigerator. The television is not functioning very well.

昨夜エグゼクティブにアップグレードされた良いチェックイン体験でした。滞在するまでしばらくの間それを高く評価しました....それは大きな失望になりました.... 1)ベッドシーツと枕は洗っていないかのように臭いがし、枕は古くなっています!! 2)棚の修理なしでシャワーユーティリティを使い果たし、特にシャワーヘッドが適切なシャワーのためにホルダーに収まることができず、ガラスのドアのあるシャワーキュービクルの明らかな不潔さが適切に閉じられませんでした.... 3) ロックが壊れている

全体的に快適な滞在でした。立地は素晴らしく、とても便利で、飲食店、お店、街の中心部にも近いです。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、部屋は値段の割に快適で、基本的なアメニティも揃っていました。ただ、ホテルは少し古く、改装が必要で、一部エリアの清潔さには改善の余地があります。とはいえ、短期滞在で予算に見合った価値と利便性を提供してくれるホテルです。
