2泊で合計16名でした。みんなこのホテルをとても気に入ってくれて、とても快適に感じました。特に夕食は素晴らしかったです。また、4 人の子供たちに特別な配慮が与えられたことにも本当に感謝しています。食事中に特別なアレルギーを持つ4人の人々に注意が払われ、もちろん代替品が提供されましたが、それも素晴らしかったと言及することは非常に前向きです。献身的な取り組み、料理のスキル、そして素晴らしいサービスに大きな「感謝」を申し上げます。私たちは間違いなくこのホテルにまた泊まります、そしてそれをお勧めすることしかできません。

立地も外観も一級品で、部屋の設備も比較的古いし、アンティーク家具も市販品で、期待したほどではないですが、悪くもありません。車でホテルに入ることができます。道は比較的狭いです。道路の最後のセクションにアクセスカードがあります。最後に、事前にホテルに連絡してパスワードを尋ねてください。Ctripでも予約しましたが、注文はCtripで行われましたシートリップに掲載されている小規模旅行会社（香港の旅行会社と思われます）は無効ですので、弊社が率先して注意事項をお伝えさせていただきます。ケーブルカーについては、少し座りましたが、宿泊者は無料、ルームカードの提示が必要です、時刻表の確認と終電を逃さないように注意してください。レストランの眺めは素晴らしく、サービスは行き届いていますが、食事は相変わらずひどいです。ああ、このホテルがひどいと言っているわけではありません。スイスのレストランはすべてひどいと言っているのです（このホテルの朝食は）とてもおいしいです。早めに行って、滝の真向かいにありますが、夕食を説明するのは本当に難しいです）を選択してください。口に合わないことは一つのことです。儀式に満ちています。各料理はゆっくりと提供されます。説明します。 「この料理にはどんな材料が使われているのか、どうやって作るのか。実際に食べてみると、この店に限らず、スイスのすべてのレストランがそうであるように、食べ物、風味、味がすべて欠けています。妻は慌てて言いました」デザートが提供されるのを待っている間に彼女は後退し、パニックのあまりカバンを持つことさえ忘れました。そうは言っても、サービスはとても良かったし、ウェイターはフロントにバッグを置いてきてくれました。 Luo Libaさんは、将来の観光客にとって役立つことを願って、このことについて長い間話しました。

We considered to stay during five nights in a wonderful place like Brienz, and we choose the Alpenrose thanks to some good recommendations from friends We stayed in one of the traditinal hauses they manage next to the Hotel, and we enjoyed a wonderful stay, all in the appartment was very clean, both kitchen utensils and bed linens in perfect stay and cleans, Breakfast was included in price and was fantastic, not a huge breakfast buffet, but the most important, the quality of food, some of them made by them like jams and marmalades, next to a superb friendly and helpful service from the members of family owners of the complex.

We stayed at the lake lodge Annex, were we had our own bathroom and kitchen. The location is just perfect. When we arrived the fridge was not working so we told the young lady who was at the reception and she immediately fixed the problem, by getting us a new fridge the day after. She offered us to keep our stuff in the hostel fridge which was very kind of her. The staff were all so nice and everything was clean and tidy. We also went kayaking , since the lodge offers all kinds of activities and excursions. They also have parking space next to the lodge which is great and they also offered some coupons to go by bus free to Interlaken which we did not use since we had our own car. We highly recommend this place.. It is very child friendly and pet friendly and the hospitality is 10 out of 10. We just fell in love with Iseltwald and lake lodge and would love to be back xxxx

Licht: Modernes Hotel mit zentralem urchigen Restaurant-Teil im Zentrum des Hauses. Freundliche, zuvorkommende Bedienung. Die Speisen im Restaurant sind sehr fein und nett angerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt nichts vermissen. — Schatten: Die grossen Fenster im Speisesaal benötigen unbedingt eine Markierung, dann läuft man nicht so einfach dagegen… Update: Auch nach zwei Emails keine Reaktion der Hotelleitung auf meine Schadenersatzforderung bezüglich, des Unfalls (siehe oben) mit Totalschaden meiner Brille. Null Antwort ist dieses renommierten Hauses nicht würdig. Schade.

Friendly staff at the reception, okayish at the breakfast (maybe a language issue? replying ”What?” to a customer politely calling isn't the appropriate answer!). None of them speak French. The room looked really nice, was well equipped and on the back street so quiet as well. The bed was comfortable, water kettle & tea available in the room. Travelling with our dog, I had checked before if he was allowed and nowhere was it written that there was an extra fee and the confirmation didn't mention this either despite announcing that we were with one in the comment box. On the + side, comfortable dog bed, bowl and treat was ready in the room, which was a really nice touch. Also a fee for the underground garage, mentioned nowhere. Warning: parking spots are narrow, we have a mid-size car which barely fit, so if you have an SUV or large car you may want to park in the street (free at night). Breakfast had a good choice, fresh pressed orange juice machine, quite varied choice. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but it is in the center of the village which has many options literally a few steps away, so absolutely not an issue.
