「ホテルに足を踏み入れた瞬間から、まるでアルハンブラ宮殿に足を踏み入れたかのような気分になります。このイベロスターの建築は実に息を呑むほど美しく、アラビア風の色合いと上質な素材が見事に調和しています。レセプションエリアは荘厳さを極め、大理石のタイル、流れる噴水、木製の天井など、細部にまでこだわった装飾が印象的です。両親のためにサイドシービューの部屋を予約したところ、ホテルの奥、5階に位置する、おそらく最高の部屋を用意してもらえました。景色は「部分的」というレベルをはるかに超え、海、緑豊かな庭園、屋外プール、そしてホテルのテラス全体を一度に眺めることができました。私は3泊の滞在を2部屋に分けて予約しましたが、同じ部屋に全泊泊まれなかったため、スーペリアアパートメントにアップグレードしていただき、予想外の心遣いに大変感謝しています。ハーフボード（2泊2食付き）を選んだのですが、食事は質も種類も抜群でした。新鮮なシーフードからチアシードなどのスーパーフードまで、ビュッフェにはあらゆる好みに応えるものが用意されていました。このホテルは、ヨーロッパや世界各地で私たちが訪れた4つ星ホテルの中でも、まさに傑出しています。屋外プールは驚くほど広く、サンベッドも豊富に用意されています。ホテル全体が清潔で、緑地も手入れが行き届いていました。駐車場はホテルの前と両側に無料の駐車スペースが多数あり、手間がかかりませんでした。さらに嬉しいことに、ホテルのいたるところに水飲み場が設置されており、いつでも冷たい水を楽しむことができます。通りの向かい側には様々なお店があり、必要なものは簡単に手に入ります。最後に、受付からレストランのサービスまで、ホテルのスタッフ全員が常にプロフェッショナルで親切でした。」
