Just a wonderful place. Clean - spacious - great views and great value for money. We will certainly be back. The bed was comfortable, the shower excellent and the breakfast was as good as you would expect. Great coffee and choice of food. It’s a real authentic Lake Como Experience

A lovely, charming family run hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the lake and the view was breathtaking. All amenities were provided in the room eg; kettle, safe, mini fridge. Breakfast was excellent, and the dinner in the restaurant was too. All fresh produce was used. The location is superb with the boat stop literally in front of the hotel. Highly recommend staying in this quaint hotel.

Phenomenal hosts-Donatella and Francesca were entirely focused on helping their guests have an enjoyable experience both at the villa and in exploring Lake Como area. The villa is beautiful and overlooks the Como section of this incredible place. Cernobbio is across the lake, and we enjoyed fireworks on the private deck adjacent to our wonderful and expansive room. Breakfast are a highlight, and enjoyed one on the large outside patio off the main level. Blevio itself is a smaller village, but on one day we were able to take the hiking trail up to Brunate village at the top of the funicular from Como. Incredible views, and a great place for a meal overlooking the town of Como itself. We truly enjoyed all aspects of our stay, and are appreciative of the care and attention our hosts provided to enjoy the visit. Thank you again, and we will look forward to a return visit.

Positives, Nice and modern. Clean, nice area for views during breakfast. Luciano is a credit to this hotel, he did everything to make our stay comfortable from helping with booking train tickets to return to verona airport during a strike, lots of questions we had, providing us a kettle as we are big tea drinkers. He went over and beyond to help us as much as he could and it was much appreciated. Lovely views down the lake when we visited bellagio. Negatives Pool area small. Weddings nearby will keep you awake. It is very high up and although only 15mins walk to lake not for the faint hearted as steps are more a steep slope down! Room very small and compact. Can't guarantee getting a taxi when you book one. No tea facilities in rooms which should be standard or iron. Hotel is.pricwy for what it is and restaurants are expensive in the area. I preferred Lake Garda where we had just come from and wished we had stayed there. Roads not great to drive with hire car.
