The beautifully furnished, well-kept apartment with exposed roof is located in a residence above Gardola, the capital of Tignale. It is located in a multi-family house with only 6 units. These include a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, lots of greenery, a parking space in the fenced residence and a super nice lake view.The apartment is on the top floor. You can load and unload your luggage right outside the front door.At check-in you will receive a remote control with which you can open the gate for the fenced parking.The apartment comprises 60 m² and consists of a living room with couch, TV flat screen (German channels), kitchenette (filter coffee machine), round dining table with 4 chairs, a balcony with a beautiful view, 2 large bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds) as well as oneBathroom with toilet and washing machine.
