We think you'll love our mountain home as much as we do! It's in a great location, Grand Park (Fraser CO), with easy access to all the activities you enjoy. Our new home has everything you need for a great getaway. The kitchen is not only beautiful with high end granite counters and appliances, but is also stocked with just about everything you can think of including pots and pans, cutlery, small electrics (4 slice toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, stick blender, Belgian waffle maker, panini grill), electric griddle, Ninja blender, etc. We have dinnerware, flatware, drinkware (18+ settings), fine china plates for holiday and special dinners. Our pantry is stocked with basic dry goods and spices. There is plenty of seating for dining (15+). Our large dining table easily seats 8, and up to 10 or more with the built in leaf. The kitchen island seats 3, and there is a small game table in the great room that can seat another 4 people. In the bedrooms you'll find all new mattresses and bedding. We also have plenty of new towels for everyone. There are flat screen, smart TVs throughout our home with cable television and DVD/Blue Ray players. And we offer free wifi access. Our great room is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. We have plenty of family board games and dvds for your entertainment. Upstairs in the loft area we have a cocktail table arcade game with all your favorite retro classics like Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, Galaga, Centipede, Frogger and more!Finally at the end of the day you can relax in our 7-person hot tub. We're located just minutes away from world-class skiing at Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resorts, snow mobile rentals, Fraser Tubing Hill, snow-shoeing and there's access to hundreds of acres of groomed cross-country trails practically right out your front door. In the summer enjoy Winter Park's Alpine Slide, horse-back riding, hiking, biking, mountain climbing, golf, fishing, nearby lakes for paddle boarding. Also Winter Park is home to many great festivals throughout the summer and into the fall, and you'll be treated to free outdoor concerts every week. We have a grocery store less than a mile away and great shops and restaurants, too. We have spared no expense to make sure every guest has a wonderful and comfortable stay, from the premium bedding, all brand new beds and furniture, to the custom bunk beds in the study! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make an extended stay or a quick weekend. We have provided a new Keurig k cup machine as well as a Nespresso for those who enjoy the pick me up of an espresso! Relax in the brand new 6 person hot tub on the private balcony over looking the beautiful sprawling mountains. The balcony also has anew natural gas grill. The two main bedrooms have new King beds with premium mattresses and bedding for the perfect night’s sleep. Each bedroom, including the bunk room, has new smart tvs. We have also included a highchair and pack and play for little ones. This is a second floor unit which has high ten foot ceilings and a corner gas fireplace to cozy up to on those cold mountain nights. A new front load washer and dryer are located in the condo, all toiletries including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are included in the bathrooms. We also have a pack and play, high chair, and games included for the little ones. The dining table has seating for 8 plus the kitchen island has four comfortable chairs. The main living room has a new 65 inch smart tv with a comfy leather sofa which is also a queen sleeper that has an upgraded memory foam mattress. Free shuttles run in front of the condos to the ski resorts and surrounding areas.
