「Hotel was Very clean with friendly staff . The keys for the rooms kept getting turned off with only 1 key working at a time which I found odd considering it was 2 guests for the room. Breakfast was served nicely with lots of choices . Coffee offered throughout the day & late night.」

This comfy second-floor 1 BR condo in Topsail Dunes on North Topsail Beach is oceanfront with ocean views and is steps to the beach on North Topsail Island away from the hustle and bustle and Surf City traffic.The complex has a pool open seasonally.
Perfect for a small family or couple, it sleeps 4 with a Sleep Number queen bed in master (adjust to your liking), 2 bunks in the hall for little ones.
We offer the conveniences and additional safety features of a Smart Home system - smart door lock (no keeping up with a key), thermostat, smoke detectors, water sensors and upgraded wifi, Google Home, and smart TV for streaming.
You can watch the fishing boats from the balcony and then take a short drive to get fresh catch to cook up in the fully-equipped kitchen. We've even left you a few cookbooks for inspiration.
In this primarily residential part of North Topsail island, the kids can play on the beach or the pool and couples can take a stroll on the beach under stars away from the bright lights and tourist traps - and the fishing is great from the surf, the sound, or the pier 2 miles away.
A short drive over the big bridge takes you to shopping and dining in Sneads Ferry. Drive down the beach to Surf City for more shopping, dining and entertainment, jet ski or kayak rentals. There are several boats that offer cruises around the island or out to Lea Island for shelling.
Nearby Wilmington (35 miles) offers more fun and entertainment, fine dining, ghost tours (!), and a battleship to tour. Jacksonville is also a short 20-minute drive for more shopping and dining options.
North Topsail Beach is known for shells, shark's teeth, turtle nestings, dolphins in the surf, and an occasional whale sighting during migration. Here, the sky is dark and the moon is bright and you can see all the stars at night. Watch the sun rise over the ocean and then see it set over the sound. Bring some binoculars to watch the fishing boats or ships on the horizon.

Our unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you'll have to climb 2 flights of stairs.

St Regis Resort is a family-friendly facility located on a beautiful 26-mile-long barrier island. The facility is located at 2000 New River Inlet River Road, North Topsail Beach. Our unit is a pet and smoke free vacation rental with ocean, sound, and sunset views.
The floor plan includes a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker/Keurig combo, and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need to prepare a special land or sea feast and overlooks a glass topped bar height dining table with seating for six.
The living room includes a flat screen wall mounted TV and DVD player and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Sliding doors open to the balcony with four bar height Adirondack chairs and two side tables overlooking the Atlantic and North Topsail Beach.
The unit contains two bedrooms. The master includes a king size bed, mounted flat screen TV and full master ensuite. The second bedroom includes one queen size and one twin size bed, mounted flat screen TV and DVD player and balcony access. Across the hall is an additional full bathroom. Linens are provided. If you wish to provide your own linens, please advise the host at the time of your booking.

Let your worries wash away with the tides and feel your heart soar at the Pelican Pad. It's the best of both worlds--a 3rd floor unit with a gorgeous ocean view PLUS the only building at Topsail Dunes with an elevator to save your backs as you load in and out! This is a privately owned and managed unit, and we live just down the road, so you will have VIP status leading up to and during your stay! The Pelican Pad is our only rental property and future retirement home, so we love it just as much as you will! This one-bed (queen), one-bath condo is recently updated, top-to-bottom. The Pelican Pad is perfect for a romantic getaway or small family adventure! Have a couple kiddos? The unit also features twin bunk beds. The interior is lovely, but you'll probably want to spend most of your time taking in the gorgeous view on the patio, stocked with a table and chairs. You'll be greeted with a welcome basket plus a coffee station as well as some cold water bottles in the fridge. The restroom will be stocked with a few emergency items. You are certainly welcome to bring your own linens, but emergency back-up linens can be found in the bedroom closet. Renters will receive a link to a website managed by the owners with recommended restaurants, shopping, and activities! The unit is just steps from a private salt water pool and direct beach access. Look under the bunk beds to find a beach cart, beach chairs, and some beach toys! On the sound side of the building, you can find a well-kept communal area with covered picnic tables, playground equipment, horsheshoes, lawn bowling, and basketball. Enjoy some fun in the sun year-round, and visit every year to make it a beloved Topsail Island tradition! Just one hour from historic Wilmington, NC, if you are looking for a fun day trip, but you're probably not going to want to leave the Pelican Pad for long. : )
