「比較的シンプルで、朝食はありません。外で卵チャーハンを食べました！家はとても小さいです。フロントデスクは夜に閉まり、防弾ガラスを通り抜けます。周囲のセキュリティが良くないからなのかわかりません。」

「整體還行，但是不值這個價錢。深夜抵達，前台已經沒有人了，敲了半天門才有人來開門。第二天吃早餐，就是在大堂旁邊的星巴克吃的，要付錢，我就納悶了，不是含早餐了嗎？而且在攜程售價還不便宜，建議大家謹慎購買含早餐的，後來核對了半天訂單訊息才給了我們早餐券，食物呢根本不值那個價，一杯咖啡，基本是menu 上面那些10，15塊的東西，還有很大一部分不給點。」

「大学に近く、高速道路に近く、交通機関も便利です。周辺には美味しい食堂があり、いろいろな味があります。静かで清潔。
朝食は少し簡単ですが、近くの小さなレストランで食べることができます。かなり良い。周辺にはコンビニエンスストア、美容院サービス、映画館もたくさんあります。」

Long-term stays are allowed. For stays longer for 14 days or more, guests will be supplied initial consumable items (including coffee/tea, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc). Long-term guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items, cleaning the rental unit, and discarding trash/recycling regularly.
There will be construction on parts of this property through early July 2025 on Monday through Friday during business hours, and possibly the occasional Saturday. The construction should not physically interrupt your guest spaces, but there may be some noise. We recommend street parking along the cross-street. The space
This is a home located in Canyon Crest, one of the nicest neighborhood in Riverside. The location is a 2 minutes drive to UC Riverside, Starbucks, Restaurants, Supermarket and more. For those wanting to explore downtown restaurants, attractions, the historical Mission, and shopping, it's an 8 minutes drive away. We are located within 70 minutes from Santa Monica, Beaches, Hollywood, downtown LA, Big Bear Lake, Disneyland, and many more.
This is a comfortable home with 4 bedrooms, open floor plan living space with living room and dinning area, full kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor charcoal BBQ and living spaces, swimming pool and loungers. This home runs on 500 Mbps wifi internet for productivity and streaming entertainment. There is a 65" Roku TV in the living room and a 55" Roku TV for the master bedroom.

▪ EV Charger: We provide a Tesla Universal EV Charger for your convenience inside the garage. Charging hours are before 4pm and after 9pm. We currently provide free charging, but you can only charge during 19 out of the 24 hours.
▪ Garage Parking: Free 2-car Garage Parking. The garage is a detached garage on the same property. Many places don’t allow guests to park in the garage. We do. In the summer, cars can get very hot inside if parked on the street. It’s just nice to have a covered garage parking for convenience, safety, and also keeping your car from getting dirty.
▪ Rooms: There are 4 bedrooms. Two of the Bedrooms have KING SIZED Beds. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a Twin XL Bed. The last bedroom has a Queen Bed. Please do not use the fireplace in the house.
▪ Mattress: All King Mattresses and Queen Mattresses are Medium Firm Memory foam great for support. The Twin XL Bed is a Medium HYBRID Bed (Top memory foam Bottom is Spring).
▪ Pillows: All rooms come with a variety of Pillow thickness: Low Profile Pillow, shredded memory foam pillow, thicker fuller performance pillow, etc.
▪ Curtains: All Bedrooms have Blackout Curtains. So you can sleep during the day if you want.
▪ Work Area: Every bedroom has a desk and a chair. High speed internet 500 Mbps Wifi is provided.
▪ Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are accessible with no high steps. One Bathroom is inside the Master Bedroom. The master toilet has a Bidet. The other bathroom is in the hallway. This second bathroom has a double sink making morning routine a little easier for larger groups. There are no bathtubs in the house. We provide a baby shower tub. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner is provided.

▪ Entertainment: The Pool Table is a Mini-size. It is not a full size pool table. It can be fun for kids and adults alike.
▪ Pool: There is only a Pool right now. There is no Hot tub. The Pool does not have a Pool Heater which means the pool can be very cold. There is no pool fence, 100% adult supervision required if you have children. As of 2025, we no longer provide Pool floaties at the property. Guests are allowed to order or bring their own floaties.
▪ Kitchen supplies: There is a Stove, Range Hood, Oven, Fridge, and a Microwave. The fridge does not make water or ice. We do provide a Brita Water Filter inside the fridge. There are Pots, Pans, Stovetop kettle, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and different seasoning. If there is something missing or ran out, the grocery store Ralphs is 0.7 mile away. Super convenient.
▪ Coffee: We have a Drip Coffee Maker, French Press, and ground coffee.
▪ Little Kids Supplies: 1 High Chair in the house, 2 stepping stools, 1 baby bathtub. 1 Pack N’ Play. There is no full size crib. 1 Stroller.
▪ AC: Central AC and heater is available. Control panel is in the hall way.
▪ BBQ: We currently have a portable Charcoal Grill. We don’t have a gas grill. Charcoal is not provided by hosts, but there maybe charcoal available from previous guests. Charcoal can be purchased at the nearby supermarkets. Our do not clean or maintain the outdoor BBQ. Guests need to treat it like a BBQ grill in the park and clean before each use yourself. And clean after you use it.
▪ No Parties: The house is in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to other people’s homes. So again, no parties. no loud music or loud noises. Property has sound and video recording in the front of the house and in the front of the garage.
▪Dog Fee $100 per Stay per animal. 2nd dog fee is $50 for the stay. Dog fee needs to be paid prior to arrival. No other animals allowed. Please bring your own dog bedding and doggie bags to pick up after them. Please do not use human towels for dogs.
