「ホテルは街の中心にあり、私は車で回っていませんでした。駐車場はホテルの外にあり、16ドルかかります。ディアンピンには小さな上海のレストランがあり、食事ができるのを見ましたが、歩いてみると見つかりませんでした。洗面台は非常に個人的ですが実用的ではありません」

Stay in a beautiful, modern apartment located in Tacoma’s gorgeous , historic Stadium District! The apartment is renovated and fully furnished. It is a two bed/two bath unit that sleeps six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a queen futon, dresser, full bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and walk in closet. The kitchen has granite counters, cherry wood cabinets, built in dishwasher, microwave dishes and cookware. The apartment includes cable tv, WIFI, heat, linens, towels, games, bike room and assigned parking. Laundry facility is located just an elevator ride away!
The rental is located a few blocks from Wright Park, the Commencement Bay Waterfront, and Old Town Tacoma. We are also a short distance from Downtown Tacoma and I5. Seattle is 45 minutes away and the Tacoma Mall is about 20. Point Defiance, Ruston Way and Chambers Bay are also pretty close if you want an outdoor adventure. We are extremely close to many great restaurants, coffee shops, froyo shops, and bars, for indoor fun, relaxation, and delicious food!
We are looking forward to your stay and hope you love our beautiful city of Tacoma as much as we do. The one downfall of visiting the Pacific Northwest is the constant unreliable weather. We are here to make sure you enjoy your stay, rain or shine!

Located in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, parks, and the waterfront nearby. The Link light rail station with access to 3 major hospitals, the Tacoma Dome, and the Tacoma convention center is a 5 minute walk. Convenient jumping off point for your PNW adventures to Seattle, Mt Rainier, and the Olympic National Park.
Newly built basement suite in a historic 1910 Craftsman Four Square style home. The basement suite is close to 1000 square feet with a large, open kitchen and living area. The bathroom is a 3/4 bath with a full washer/dryer. The bedroom has 1 queen bed. The space is perfect for 2 adults or a family of up to 4. As a family ourselves we have all the baby/toddler gear and are happy to provide you with anything you might need on your travels. Please keep in mind this suite is in the basement of our family home. You will hear noise from our home above. Completely remodeled in 2022! This bright and updated historic home is filled with charm and centered in Tacoma’s newest, most up and coming neighborhood. Tacoma's 6th Avenue district is located between Proctor/UPS, West Slope, and Hilltop, and has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the city. The home is walking distance to most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 bus route. UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, and JBLM are also in close proximity, with Mt Rainier < 2 hours away.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was built in 1896 and exudes rustic charm with tall ceilings, original molding and hardwood floors. The main floor features a family room, dining room and airy kitchen that opens onto a large rear deck. The bathrooms and kitchen have been fully renovated, with many other upgrades throughout the house. Guests may enjoy relaxing on the front porch on summer evenings or from more privacy, enjoy the fully fenced back yard and deck. The home offers premium HD cable (YouTube TV) and high-speed wireless internet. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles, and ample street parking available. The home sleeps 4 in privacy, and washer/dryer are provided.

You are steps away from 10+ bars and restaurants on 6th avenue. Downtown and the Proctor neighborhood are only minutes away. Some of my favorite local places are Half Pint Pizza, Asado, The Red Hot, and Engine House No. 9. In Proctor the Tacos at Brewers Row and fantastic.

This completely updated home is bright and warm and centered in Tacoma’s newest, most up and coming 6th Avenue neighborhood. The 1915 historic home is located between Proctor/UPS, West Slope, and Downtown, and has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the city. Almost everything guests will need is within walking distance from the home. There are several convenience stores nearby. Multiple grocery and drug stores, along with Starbucks are a five-minute drive away. Pierce Transit offers an array of bus routes, including Route #1, that can get you anywhere in the city you need to go. Uber is also prevalent and easy to use UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, JBLM, and all hospitals are also in close proximity, Mt Rainier<2 hours away.

This home is perfect for families, friends and corporate stays. It has been recently updated and is located in the heart of Tacoma with just a walking distance from many different delicious eateries, boutiques, coffee shops, brewpubs, and much more!!

Access to parking will be through alley from Steel St. if gate at the alley is closed it can easily be pushed open to enter. You may drive through there and access the space directly behind home through the back driveway (2 cars) please try not to block the alley for neighbors. Extra free parking space can be found if you park along Steele st.
There is a motion detector on the front porch and in the backyard for your safety, so we are aware if anyone comes into the property outside of you, as well as guests of our own.
Check in time is 3 PM or later ONLY.
