Recently been touring the Holy Land and stayed in this very ordinary hotel. The party were there for 4 nights while in Jerusalem. The rooms are ordinary but we’re tired and needed some TLC. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good and offered a fair variety to meet ordinary needs bu5 it did not sparkle. The internet was reasonable and did the business. In the basement was a group of shops. I used the coffee house as the hotel coffee was nothing special. The hotel was noisy as it seemed full with runners for the Marathon as well as other touring groups. Staff were mixed. Some were very helpful, others seemed to treat guests as nuisance. They should work on there welcome. Yes the hotel is ordinary in need of a make over if it wants to improve its reputation.
We did not like the other hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. and we asked for a change of hotel. After coming to this hotel, we realized that this country is bad in hotel management. And very bad. There is great arrogance. They do not care about customer satisfaction. just money and power. They attach importance to this. I guess the people here are rich. It seems like he doesn't need to work. You should choose the hotel in Israel very carefully and carefully. Or you should rent a house for the day
ゲゲストThe hotel was very nice. Staff extremely friendly, we even got a free upgrade to a better room. The location was great as it is very close to the city center and in the middle of an area with many shops and restaurants. One comment that I have is that the breakfast was missing labels on the food so we needed to ask in case we did not recognize the food.
ゲゲストGenerally a nice and clean place, but I’m a light sleeper, and the traffic noise was unfortunately too much for me to sleep comfortably in. However, I was travelling in the company of other, less light sleepers, and they had no issues sleeping in the room right next to mine. The hotel entrance was guarded by the smoking receptionist; perhaps they should work a bit on the first impression they give their guests.
MMelody at HushEscapes
Wonderful, warm, family-like atmosphere. Great breakfast, best coffee, comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My checkout was extended until 6:00 pm without a charge. Great location. It is a short walk, about twenty minutes to a Kotel.
