ショタ ルスタヴァッリ ブティック ホテル、トビリシ、ジョージア：アゼルバイジャン、アルメニア、ジョージアをめぐる目まぐるしく超疲れる旅の中で、最も贅沢な滞在でした。ここでの当然の贅沢と毎日の温かいバスタブでの入浴を楽しみにしていました。私は本物のレビューが好きなので、ここに書きます。滞在の始まりは最悪でした。このエリアでは断水がありました。私たちはジョージア国会議事堂の隣に住んでいたのに、よくもそんなことをしたものです。そのため、その日は水がありませんでした。到着したばかりで、イングリッシュ ガーデンとは程遠い匂いで汗をかいている場合は、この世の終わりです。私たちは体を拭くために巨大な水のボトルを渡されました。水は翌日には出てきました。本当にホテルのせいではありません。しかし、欠点は他にもありました。私たちは市外へ丸一日かけて出かけ、文句を言う暇もありませんでした。私たちの部屋のドアは、まるでずれているかのように、簡単には開閉しませんでした。夕方になると部屋から下水のような臭いがする。シャワージェルがなくなり、ハウスキーピングは補充してくれなかった。これは非常に残念なことだった。私たちは早朝に外出したのだが、Whatsapp で知らされたハウスキーピングは午前 7 時半まで始まらなかったが、フロントは午前 9 時と言っていた。エアコンは常に室温に設定されており、温かいときもある。敷地内のプール、ジム、サウナも使用不可で、予告なしの営業だった。私は、かわいそうなスタッフが非難される中、経営陣がこれを解決できるように、数々の罪を列挙している。Gocha はとても優しく、断水についてできる限り説明してくれた。Ana は、360 サービスのリカバリーで私たちのお気に入りだった。彼女は私の息子の誕生日ケーキを手配してくれた。無料のスパークリング ブレックファーストも提供してくれた。チェックアウト時間もとても親切に延長してくれた (1 時間ほど停電していたが、それでもありがたかった)。ここの大きなメリットはロケーションだ。ここは街の真ん中にあり、ジョージア議会で抗議者の隣に立つことさえできた。レストラン、バー、カフェ、ショッピング、美術館はすべて徒歩圏内です。食事は 10% 割引、ジョージア産ワインは無料です (ジョージアでは水のように飲みます)。すべてがとても素敵な雰囲気で終わりました。アナさん、ありがとう。#eatstylishtravelstylish

朝食は改善の余地があります。部屋の広さは十分で、明るくて快適でした。立地も最高でした。チェックインスタッフとルームクリーニングスタッフは丁寧でプロフェッショナルでした。ルームクリーニングも良かったです。特に印象的だったのは、24時間いつでもコーヒー、紅茶、クッキーが飲み放題だったことと、ロビーに広々としたスペースがあり、午後や夜をゆったりと過ごせたことです。

ホテルのサービスと環境は良好でした。問題はCtripに掲載されている宿泊料金です。（到着時にフロントでホテルの料金を確認しましたが、2回とも変更されていませんでした。）9月6日から8日の週末に宿泊し、宿泊料金は合計1394.00元でした。ところが、8月29日から31日の同じ週末に同じ部屋に2泊したところ、合計1251.00元でした。このような事態は考えられませんし、為替レートの問題でもないはずです。おそらく、常連客を釣り上げるための価格設定が唯一の原因でしょう。本当に残念です。消費者が複数のプラットフォームでより多くの選択肢を持てるように、小紅書で広く宣伝する必要があります。

1階のパブリックスペースは広くて芸術的です。卓球をしたり、本を読んだり、オンラインでチャットしたりするのに最適です。部屋はコンパクトで清潔です。フロントデスクのスタッフは非常に優秀で、非常に忍耐強く、熱心で、多くの問題を解決するのに役立ちます私たちは彼らに、何度か電話をかけたり、慣用句で話したり、地元の人々とコミュニケーションをとったりするのを手伝ってもらいました。立地もとても良くてオススメです。

夫婦で7泊泊まりました。 スタッフとても親切で、部屋の清掃もとてもよかったです。 ホテルはVera地域にあるため近隣にレストランやSpar(コンビニ)もあって、とても便利なロケーションです。 ただし、ホテルの目の前の道路がバスレーンのため大きな荷物を持ってタクシーに乗る場合少し不便です。 ホテルの1階にあるレストラン/カフェは静かで、ノマドワーカーには居やすかったです。

部屋はとても清潔で、設備は中国のガーデンインとほぼ同じでした。ホテルの周辺にはガソリンスタンドと小さなコンビニがあるだけで、特に何もありませんでした。フロントとハウスキーピングのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、英語とロシア語の両方を話せましたが、仕事の効率はひどく、カミソリが届くのに2時間もかかりました。主婦のグルナジさんが部屋をとても丁寧に掃除してくれたのは素晴らしかったです。

It was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

The staff are friendly enough, but there are a lot of additional rules that aren’t advertised in advance of arrival. A whole list of them. If you are a couple getting married in the city, don’t stay here, go for the hotel piano instead. It’s a little more out of the way, but much better and similarly priced. If you are solo travelling, it’s probably acceptable, but expect to have to wear plastic shoe covers at all times and if you are from the west you will probably be confused and offput by the signage in the toilets. For a city centre “hotel”, especially one with the word “party” lighting up the front, the facilities are more like a countryside outhouse that happens to be indoors. As many people mention in other reviews it is “clean” and well maintained, but you are also expected to discard used toilet paper in a bin, which has to be opened by hand, unfortunately. My wife didn’t think the shower facilities were clean enough either so we just left after a single day. Upon leaving, we attempted to modify our checkout date inside of the app and the staff refused to allow us to do so. Keeping the stay active beyond even the date we left the country and would have checked out early to begin with. It’s our fault for not cancelling the stay before arriving really, that we lost £130 or so. But you would expect a capsule style hotel to be more accommodating. In other words if you do stay here, don’t book several days at once, just book a couple of days and extend the booking on a day to day basis while you are there. Otherwise you are potentially wasting your money if you don’t like the place. That said, there are worse places. Good luck.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
