空港ホテルとしては空港からの距離も近く、無料シャトルバスもあり、便利と言える。しかし、シャトルバスについての詳しい情報がホテルのウェブサイトにもきちんと書かれておらず、知らないとその存在がわからないかもしれない。空港ターミナルのどこに乗り場があるのかもわからず自分で歩いてようやく発見した。レセプションもシャトルバスで一度に到着する複数の客に1人で対応している有様。人数が多いとチェックインにかなりの時間がかかる。客室にはケトルもコップも備え付けられておらず、お茶を飲むこともできない。ボトル入りの水のサービスもない。

I really liked the location of the hotel — very convenient and easy to get around. However, maybe because I was traveling solo, the room felt quite small, and the bed was very close to the door, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner! They served delicious traditional food for the Festa Junina, which was a wonderful experience.

Ficaram dee pegar no aeroporto, não foram Liguei para o hotel várias vezes não me atenderam Fique aguardando das 20:30h até às 23:20. Não informaram nada Tive que locar um veículo para me deslocar ao hotel. No hotel os funcionários não passam a demanda aos supervisores e nem ao gerente. Pois apesar de ter reclamado e informado aos 3 turnos ( noite, manhã e noite) os ADM não tiraram conhecimento, apenas no dia que fui embora ( 2 dias depois) ele foram informado se não houve resposta dos mesmos. Apenas ....

Very good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa. Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views. The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes. The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴 Stay HERE!

Max Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

以前このホテルに宿泊したことがありますが、今回はあまり良い経験ではありませんでした。従業員の入れ替わりが激しいため、サービスの質が低下しているようです。枕は汗臭く、タオルは柔らかくなく、マットレスはスプリングが抜けており、トイレと洗面台はどちらも詰まっていました。部屋にはエアコンの操作パネルもありませんでした。とはいえ、スタッフはとても親切で協力的でした。残念ながら、立地が良く料金も手頃なのは良いのですが、また泊まりたいとは思いません。

Amazing place, this hotel is really good. They have a restaurant there with good prices. Food quality was good and they have a shuttle service that is quiet convenient to move in town and to the bus station. The hotel is lovely and bedroom was super nice !

Ótima experiência. Hotel perto de vários pontos, com atendentes bem cordiais. Houve um problema referente ao quarto hospedagem (mas devido a erro de comunicação entre a empresa intermediária da reserva e o hotel), mas se dispuseram a resolver com celeridade - em um período em que os quartos estavam cheios devido a época do carnaval.
