イギリスドーセットの3つ星ホテル

このホテルを1泊予約しました。立地は最高でした。受付の女性は親切でした。宿泊する部屋に着くと、第一印象は清潔で整頓されていました。しかし、部屋に入った瞬間、唯一開いていた小さな窓から入ってきた匂いが気になりました。バスルームは、実際には障害者向けに設計されているようでした。以下に、良い点と悪い点を挙げます。 良い点：部屋は私たちのニーズにちょうど良い広さで、シングルベッド2台が置かれていました。テレビがあり、ニュースチャンネルを見ることができました。電気ケトルは清潔で、紅茶、コーヒー、砂糖はティーバッグで用意されており、カップ2個と一緒に紅茶を淹れることができました。ミネラルウォーターは提供されていませんでしたが（ホテルの入り口で500mlが2ポンドで販売されていました）、クローゼットにはハンガーとヘアドライヤーがありました。枕は快適で、マットレスも心地よかったです。 悪い点：ベッドの1つに、シーツと掛け布団の上に他の人の髪の毛が付着していました。天井にはテレビのある場所から長い脚のクモが巣を張って垂れ下がっていました。部屋の壁にはシミがあり、ところどころ埃っぽかったです。 壁にはあちこちに目立つひび割れがあり、額縁を含め家具は古くてくたびれていました。浴室のドアは開閉のたびに触られたせいで汚れていました。障がいのある人がどうやってトイレを快適に使えるのか疑問に思いました。 「小さな」洗面器がトイレに近すぎて、とても使いづらいと感じました。私は障がい者ではありません。手すりがたくさんあるのに、なぜ洗面器があんなに近くて低い位置にあるのでしょうか。顔を洗うのに不便で、床も汚れてしまいました。洗面器の上には小さなガラスのカップが2つ置かれたガラス棚がありましたが、これは安全でも実用的でもありません。洗面器を使う際に注意しないと、顔や目をぶつけてしまう可能性があります。 換気扇は照明が点いていると作動せず、個別に操作するボタンもありませんでした。しかし、唯一開いていた小さな窓から蒸気や臭いが浴室から漏れていました。 給湯器は作動時に大きな音を立て、ホテルの半分、あるいは全員に聞こえてしまうほどでした。 浴室は清潔でしたが、壁のタイルにカビが生えており、シャワーカーテンは短く、浴室に合っていませんでした。備え付けのトイレットペーパーは非常に安っぽい小さなロールでした。3つありましたが、1つは小さな洗面器にねじ込まれており、洗面器を使うとすぐに濡れてしまいました。残りの2つはトイレの上に置かれており、そのうちの1つには使用済みのティッシュが挟まっていました。寝室と浴室の窓はどちらも埃が払われていませんでした。 一番の問題は、同じ階の誰かが隣室にいるかのように音が聞こえたことです。彼らが出入りするたびに、ドアを開閉するたびに私たちのドアが揺れてガタガタと音を立てました。私たちのドアはきちんと取り付けられておらず、隙間だらけだったので、風とドアの開閉の力が私たちのドアに伝わって大きな音を立てていたのです。そのため、私たちはよく眠れませんでした。また、ライブエンターテイメントも遅くまで続いていて、私たちが1階にいたので聞こえました。部屋は素敵な部屋とは言えず、とても簡素で古く​​、くたびれていて魅力に欠け、壁やバスルームは改装が必要で、暖房設備も深刻な問題を抱えています。チェックアウトの際、カードを返却した女性は感じが良かったのですが、私からすると彼女は満足していなかったようで、滞在中快適ではなかったため、他のホテルには泊まりたくないと言っていました。アプリの割引がなければ、正規料金を払いたくなかったでしょう。しかし、私が支払った料金でも、その価値はありませんでした。全体的に満足はできませんでしたが、寝る場所が必要だったので、その点では満足できました。

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment. We had a family room which was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. We used the pool which is quite dated and small for the size of hotel but a nice bonus. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely will be back again. The hotel has a lot of families staying there, would be nice to do a early evening disco/ something for the children to make use of the empty bar area

Double sea view room with balcony. Spacious bedroom with nice seating area. Clean and in good decorative order. Comfy bed, quality linen. Wonderful, original metal-framed window and French door opening out onto huge balcony. Unfortunately, the sea view tuned out to be when looking left from the end of the balcony and not from the actual bedroom. Kettle needed descaling. Bathroom well appointed, nice towels and quality Elemis toiletries, but would benefit from a really thorough deep clean and a lick of paint. Absolutely fabulous public rooms, not ‘dated’, as some reviews suggest, but furniture and fixtures appropriately in keeping with the style and period of the building. Wonderful! Beautiful outdoor pool area and indoor spa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Extensive woodland to the rear of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Knoll Beach, through the hotel’s extensive grounds (which includes tennis courts and a golf course) just over the road. Absolutely no information provided about any of these brilliant amenities, or indeed anything at all, in our bedroom. Also, no information about Wi-Fi, no information about breakfast times, no information about how to even contact Reception on the telephone provided in the room … The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was let down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the following day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated from the same kitchen.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was very well maintained, which made my stay feel even more comfortable. What really stood out was the staff — everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

カップルで宿泊しましたが、良い点と悪い点が入り混じった滞在でした。ホテルには魅力がある一方で、いくつか欠点もありました。 客室とアメニティ： 客室はかなり狭く、トイレの便器の位置が非常に狭く、混雑しているように感じました。アメニティは石鹸とヘア＆ボディウォッシュという簡素なものだけでした。驚いたことに、部屋にはハンドウォッシュ、冷蔵庫、ヘアドライヤーがありませんでした。良い点は、部屋は清潔で、衛生面で問題がなかったことです。 スタッフとサービス： スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、滞在をより快適に過ごせました。 設備と雰囲気： プールは素晴らしく、プールサイドからの眺めは素晴らしく、海を真正面に見渡すことができました。ラウンジエリアからも同じ美しい景色が広がり、夜にリラックスするのに最適な場所です。ホテル内には小さなジュエリーコーナーもありましたが、パートナーが物色し始めたら、つい指輪やネックレスを買ってしまうかもしれませんので、ご注意ください。 その他の点： エレベーターはおそらく私が今まで使った中で最も古いものでした。まるで90年代にタイムスリップしたかのような気分になり、それがこの場所に独特の雰囲気を与えていました。 食事： フルイングリッシュブレックファーストは本当に美味しく、滞在中のハイライトの一つでした。 全体的な価値： 料金は手頃でしたが、さらにお得にするには、冷蔵庫、ハンドウォッシュ、ヘアドライヤーなどの必需品が客室に備え付けられているとさらに良いでしょう。

ホテルセレブリティでの滞在は最高でした。景色の素晴らしい場所に近く、広々とした素晴らしい客室を提供しています。私は246号室に宿泊しましたが、部屋はとても広々としていて清潔で、バスタブ付きの専用バスルームもありました。滞在はとても快適で、ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、お客様の質問に丁寧に対応してくれました。朝食にはベーコンやその他のベジタリアン料理が含まれていましたが、ベーコンとベジタリアン料理に使えるスプーンは1つだけで、交差汚染につながる可能性があり、ベーコンを食べない私にとっては致命的でした。しかし、交差汚染を防ぐために別のスプーンが用意されていれば、さらに素晴らしいものになったでしょう。全体的に、滞在と周辺環境は素晴らしく、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。休暇やレジャーでボーンマスを訪れるすべての人に、ホテルセレブリティを強くお勧めします。

Needs some improvement in cleanliness. The hot water jug wasn't clean. I haven't complained as I have not used it. All restaurants, bars and bus stands are within 10-20 mins walking distance. The location is quiet, but enjoyable. Recommend for staying with family.

Overall it's a great location and the facilities are really good, particularly the indoor pool and the gym,. The room was in serious need of a refurb (there were holes in the walls) and cramped (family room for 4) but we slept well in the beds. Not having a shaver plug in the bathroom also didn't help. We pre-paid for breakfast and found it a bit lacking. Although there was quite a bit of variety (coffee, tea, cereals, toast, bread and pastries, english breakfast items like beans, scrambled eggs, black pudding, sausage, etc.) the quality could be quite a bit better with a bit more attention/care. For example, the scrambled eggs were quite dry and tasted almost like plastic, while the black pudding was really dry. I think this could be resolved either by having rotation of the food so it's not sitting in the heaters too long, e.g. breakfast starts at 6h30 and we always went around 8h30, meaning the food there was sitting for nearly 2 hours.

Very good location, easy bus to the centre but also you have very nice less crowded beach just about 5 min walk. Quiet location, local shop about 3 min walk. We didn’t had a view 😅 But I guess you are not coming there to sit in the room. Also very nice and friendly staff!!!
