It is a house of 40 square meters and just 2 minutes of the sea. In the past the house was leaned on old towns fortification so it had to be rebuild when the walls have been reduced. Cause it is just at the food of the old city and very close to sea, it has particular position. From the sea it is overgrown with Mediterranean trees and from the beck it has look on beautiful church Sent Jeronim( in old town) and oriental palate with beautiful garden.
