アメリカアリゾナ州の2つ星ホテル

環境はまあまあで、設備は比較的シンプルで、一時滞在しても大丈夫です。中のスタッフも大丈夫です。しかし、高速道路のすぐそばで交通はとても便利です。自動運転は良い選択です。

Bon emplacement Par contre j'avais demandé dans les demandes particulières d'avoir une chambre avec réfrigérateur, pour y mettre un traitement médical, à notre arrivée à 21h notre chambre n'en possédait pas. La personne à l'accueil a été très gentille elle nous a changé de chambre. Mais elle nous a dit n'avoir jamais reçu notre demande. Hors j'ai reçu une réponse me disant qu'ils feraient de leur mieux. De qui est la réponse ?

Well, for the price, you can't complain too much, it gives you enough to stay comfortably, full kitchen, nice A/C, the bed is a little bit too soft... why they charge $5 for parking per day, it's not making any sense, but I guess that's how they make additional income. It's definitely recommended to those seeking for a good value hotel.

The staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much

私のテレビはチャンネルに入らなかったか、ガイドを正しく使用していませんでした。それで机に行って話し合ったところ、おそらくバッテリーが弱いと思いました。彼女は足の不自由なメンテナンス担当者に電話しました。彼はテレビを見て、それが下のガジェットだと言って、リモート6インチでチャンネルを回しました。ベッドでチャンネルを変えたいと思って笑った、家のように!!彼に機能的なテレビを持ってきてくださいと言った。しなかった!!! デスクのスタッフに、機能するテレビが必要で、別の部屋から持ってきます。彼女はどの部屋がわからないと言った?私は使用していない部屋があり、動作するテレビがあると言いました!!!払い戻しが必要です

フロントのウェイターはとても暖かくてフレンドリーです。あなたとコミュニケーションをとるとき、私はとてもユーモラスです。私も非常に専門的で、部屋と朝食に満足しているかどうか尋ねました。何か意見があれば彼に言うことができます。ホテルは非常に費用対効果が高いです。次回はチャンドラーに泊まることを検討します。

部屋は古いですが、一晩寝るだけで大丈夫で、とても安いです。 バスルームはかび臭いにおいがします。洗濯後に乾かされていないようなにおいがします。とても臭いです! 朝食の種類は非常に少ないです。 冷水は提供されておらず、お湯のみが提供されている。

部屋へのアクセスは少し混乱していましたが、スタッフが親切に案内してくれました。 全体的に、場所は良かった、価格は手頃で、施設は十分でした。 次回フェニックスに来るときは、間違いなくそれをオプションとして検討します。

このホテルは古く、施設は非常に古く、空港シャトルバスがあり、スタッフは丁寧で熱心ですが、それでも高すぎて価格の価値がないと感じています。

The unit itself was clean but beyond tiny. There was no place to put a suitcase not even a soap holder in the shower to hold the soap toilet paper was one ply cardboard parking was ridiculous. Smallest spaces I’ve ever seen. The amenity stated coffee pot. there was no coffee pot. It was some little ridiculous one cup of coffee shot thing that had no description no instructions. The coffee pods weren’t even labeled to tell us what it was. There was a Spa listed however no button to control it. No directions to use it. I reached out to the owner of the property  for help during our stay and I received no response. I did however, received an automated email at 1 o’clock in the morning regarding our checkout instructions 24 hours prior to the date we were supposed to check out we left the property 24 hours early because of our dissatisfaction and no response from the owner. Will not be returning to this unit for sure the other units 2, 3 and 4  had access to little outdoor tables . our unit had access to the main seating area outside not a place you want to sit first thing in the morning when it was cold and rainy.
