Highly recommend this excellent hotel and facilities, on the beach and delicious food with plenty of variety. Special mention to all the staff from reception, breakfast, housekeeping to pool/ lobby bar who were all very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Reception team advised on navigating souk el had with kids and kindly phoned nearby restaurant to move our reservation as we were running late. And Maha was very helpful with late check out as we had a night flight. Hanane at breakfast was so lovely and remembered our preferences, always greeting us with a smile. iskander at the pool bar also very helpful and patient with kids during lunch time! Room upgrade for our stay was a bonus; extra room space, quiet with garden view was very much appreciated. Shukran jazilan!

スタッフはとても親切で親切でした。 サーフィンレッスンを手配したり、マラケシュへの旅行をしたり、料理レッスンに参加する機会を見つけたりしてくれたAzedineに感謝します。 ホテルの場所は、ビーチに直接いるので、ホテルに滞在したい人に最適です。ゲストのほとんどは家族または高齢者でした。タガズアウトまで歩いて行く場合は可能ですが、約45分かかります。 プールは加熱されておらず、水が本当に冷たくなるのであまり楽しくありません。 朝食は提供する多くの種類がありますが、非常に混雑し、ある時点で食べ物が補充されません。 部屋は広としていてきれいでした。 あまり好きでなかったのは、ほとんど毎晩提供されるライブ音楽がスペイン音楽またはラテンアメリカ音楽のいずれかを演奏していることです。これのためにモロッコに来るのは本物だとは思えません。むしろそこでモロッコ音楽を聴きたい。 しかし、一般的にホテルは素敵なスタッフと素敵です。

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing

(revoir la corbeille de fruits d accueil, fruits a peine mûr. macaron très bien). buffet pet dej. très moyen malgré un large choix. hotel cher pour la prestation. le village de taghazout accessible facilement à pied. un coin de paradis. je n ai pas compris pourquoi faire payer l entrée/sortie du parking de l hôtel 15dhs. !

Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean! Great buffet breakfast Lots of seating, private and open Heated outdoor pool, but not warm enough Welcome and checkout was easy Housekeeping staff are AMAZING

It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out

這次入住真的讓我心裏畫了一個很大的問號。 説不上差到不能住，但也絕對談不上一次舒服的度假體驗。 環境本身是不錯的，風景挺好，看得到很多奇奇怪怪但很有特色的非洲樹木。海灘上的工作人員也都比較友好，和他們相處是輕鬆的，衹是他們也一再強調自己並不屬於酒店。 酒店本身的服務衹能説一般，態度不算差，但也完全沒有讓人覺得被好好對待或者被照顧到。 最讓人失望的是吃的。 真的很難吃。 不管是哪家餐廳，菜看起來都很好看，但吃到嘴裏的味道完全跟外表不成正比，有些甚至讓人懷疑是不是調味出了問題。更無語的是，有幾家餐廳預約非常難，每天衹接待很少的客人，我們住了五天都沒約上想去的餐廳，最後乾脆放棄。 最離譜的一次是，好不容易約到了一家牛排館，結果到了之後被告知因為我們“換過房間”，所以不能進餐廳，這個理由真的讓人震驚，也很難理解。 唯一讓我在吃這件事上有好感的，居然是餐廳裏切好的橙子，那是真的好吃。 總體來説，價格確實不算貴，但體驗也就停留在這個價位。有優點，也有不少讓人困惑甚至無語的地方。如果對餐飲和服務有期待，可能會失望；如果衹是圖便宜、看看風景，那還能接受。

Beautiful hotel at the seafront promenade, very helpful staff. Food was excellent in the hotel.  The concierge helped us with restaurant reservations outside and We even had a emergency medication delivered by him out of hours during ramadan 👌 Will definitely return 😍
