My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

It’s not a bad hotel, but its rooms are a bit old. I paid 1400D to ask for a normal double room and asked it to be “quite” but it’s not. The room locates right next to a main street so during the whole night you can hear endless cars, motors and police car alarms. The window fully closed yet blocked no noise. AC needs to be replaced to new one as it howling every few minutes like a diesel engine. The room is big and clean though. I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in. I don’t blame the staff as they were just too busy. They only have 3 people at the reception and they need to deal with frequent customer requirements, individual customers and tour groups at the same time! If this were just an ordinary 2–3 star hotel, I wouldn’t have much to complain about. However, for a resort charging 1,400 dirhams per night, this level of management and infrastructure really needs to be updated and improved.

I had a fantastic stay at Riad Braya! The rooms are comfortable- I’m actually a little sad that I was busy around Fes and didn’t have more time to enjoy the room! The staff is friendly and very helpful- especially with luggage up and down the stairs. They can also arrange tours and transportation as needed.

Tucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside. Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay. Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

14世紀の家、建物自体はとても美しく、素晴らしいです。朝食は建物の上にあり、景色は素晴らしく、メディナの広いエリアを見ることができます。部屋の設備も良く、基本的に必要なものはすべて揃っています。しかし、古い家にも問題があります。防音が不十分です。 2階にはエレベーターで上下に聞こえる部屋があり、通路の騒音が大きくなります。到着当日はもう夕方で、家に入ると消毒水の匂いに突入しました。最大の内訳は、2泊で4回のパワージャンプがあることです。そんな家でこういうことが起こるのは本当に怖いです。スタッフがこれまでに一度も起こったことがないと言ったとき、それは人々をさらに恐ろしく感じさせました。交通はかなり便利で、近くに駐車でき、荷物を長時間引きずる必要もありません。しかし、この場所は実際には通常の旧市街のアクティビティエリアからかなり離れており、旧市街の近道は夜に行くことをあえてしません。 ４時か５時くらいに道路脇でタクシーに乗りたかった。タクシーに乗るのは難しかった。タクシーは人でいっぱいだったようです。朝出発して、タクシーでCTM駅まで行かなければなりませんでした。日中はこの場所でプチタクシーを呼ぶのは難しいので、フロントに自家用車の予約を頼みました。約10分100dhrかかります。殺されたことがわかっている場合は、この方法しか使用できません。 フロントの女の子はとても熱心で、昼も夜もそこに座っているような気がします。ご不明な点がございましたら、お気軽にお問い合わせください。夕食やスパを押すのはちょっとやり過ぎだと思われますが、断っても何も言いません。出発する前に朝起きて、朝食を詰めるのを手伝ってくれました。

設施：淋浴間特別大，洗澡特別爽，總體來説比較古色古香，絕對不能説得上狠心，唯一的缺點是網絡真的很差很差，基本等同於沒有網……扣的分基本是扣給了網絡很差這件事情 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：在一大堆巷子裏面找路其實有點困難，路上有摩洛哥人幫忙指路，竟然還索要的小費，但是店主把他們關在門外了，我們沒有給小費。環境非常清幽，泳池的庭院也太好看，太好拍照了！ 服務：服務特別好，入住的時候會給你泡綠茶，而且會問你早餐想吃什麼，所有摩洛哥的風味都能吃到！

If I ever return to Fes, I will definitely stay here again. In contrast to its historic and traditional charm, the rooms were incredibly clean and beautiful. Waking up to nothing but the sound of birds chirping in the morning was a dream. Every detail of the interior was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location is actually much easier to find compared to other accommodations in Fes. However, I did have a bit of trouble finding it at first and unfortunately got scammed by a fake guide—so please be careful! Also, keep in mind that the stairs are quite steep. Aside from those points, my stay was absolutely perfect.

Замечательный риад, невероятно атмосферное место, куда хочется вернуться снова. Мы останавливались здесь на две ночи, и впечатления остались самые тёплые. Нам любезно повысили категорию номера — у нас был номер с балконом. Очень красивые окна, продуманные до мелочей интерьеры, всё выглядит стильно и аутентично. Отдельно хочется отметить заботу: несмотря на Рамадан, для нас организовали ранний завтрак, а также угостили ужином — это было очень приятно и трогательно. В номере идеальная чистота, есть всё необходимое: халаты, гигиенические принадлежности. Сам номер просторный, что добавляет комфорта. Хозяйка — француженка Бриджит, невероятно гостеприимная, создаёт ощущение уюта и домашнего тепла. Менеджер также сделал всё возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Искренне рекомендуем это место — от души!

Невероятный риад! Прекрасное, удобное расположение, даже если захочешь, не сможешь потеряться по пути к риаду. Уборку производили каждый день, давали очень хорошего качества косметику для душа и тела. В номере был кондиционер, поэтому холодные ночи мы провели в тепле. Удивительно красивые окна, ставни; вид на внутренний двор очень красивый. Завтрак очень большой, сытный и вкусный. Персонал очень-очень приветливый, заботливый! На все 1000% рекомендую этот риад!
