From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Старый отель, полы в номере в заплатках и дырах линолеума. Очень мало света в номере ( лампы тусклые). Короче если только переночевать то нормально, длительное проживание не рекомендую.

Очень симпатичный отель, просторный, чистый и уютный номер! Персонал приветливый, очень быстро меня заселили. А завтрак просто восторг, лучший из всех отелей в Марокко) Расположен в центре, рядом много ресторанов.

場所: 中心部やその他の観光スポットに非常に近い。このエリアはロイヤルパレ（王室の住居地らしい）に隣接しているため、警備が厳重で、至る所に警備員がいて、皆礼儀正しいです。初日の夜は、怪しそうな場所だと思って怖かったのですが、すぐに気持ちが変わりました。このエリアは他の観光客にも人気で、リヤドもたくさんあったからです。 朝食：パン、パンケーキ、ハチミツ、チーズトレインクル、オレンジジュース、コーヒー（たっぷりのミルク）が出てきました。午後にはモロッコティーも提供してくれましたが、頼まなければなりません（料金を尋ねると、無料だと言われました）。 マッサージ：他のスパハウスに比べてマッサージの料金がとても安く、マッサージの女性はとても優しくフレンドリーでした。 ランドリーも安く提供していますが、夫は靴下を1足失くしてしまいました。 夕食（私たちは外で食べることにしました）やアメニティなども提供しています。唯一問題だったのは、バスルームが排水が早かったので、次の人がシャワーを浴びられるまで待たなければなりませんでした。全体的に見て、このリヤドは良い場所で、追加のアメニティ、フレンドリーなスタッフ、そして価格が特に良かったです。
