Todo muy bien con el servicio, aunque tuve un detalle con la reserva, todo se solucionó y pude disfrutar. Yo le agregaría más amenidades, más servicios, como traslados Aeropuerto-Hotel-Aeropuerto y más variedad en sus alimentos y bebidas.

地理位置很好，附近景點步行可達，周圍全是餐廳，起碼有6、7家中餐廳，離超市也近。酒店內部很新，房間內部設施都很現代。床墊也很好，不是軟塌塌的那種

素晴らしいホテルです。グアトラン展示ホールのすぐ隣、徒歩わずか5分です。ホテルからそう遠くないところにスーパーマーケットを併設した小さなショッピングモールがあり、そこで色々なものが買えます。朝食も美味しかったので、次回もまた利用したいと思います。

Good location next to the Basilica and train station. A little far from the restaurants and newer developed areas. Room service was not of a high standard, they did not replace the drinking glasses or provide new water bottles. Phone in the room was also not working to call for house keeping.

このホテルは大丈夫です、フロントデスクのスタッフは特に熱心です。しかし、このホテルの正面玄関は比較的閉鎖されたコミュニティにあり、通常タクシーは入ることができず、2つのステップを踏む必要があります。

地理位置優越，利於旅客遊覽瓜達拉哈拉市中心主要旅遊名勝古蹟。樓頂平台觀景休閑令人流連忘返。酒店的一樓提供全天餐飲服務價格合理。建築緊鄰主要交通要道，汽車流量大，必然會導致市內收到環境噪音污染影響休息。住宿房間的面積太小了些，有些侷促。

スタッフと場所は素晴らしかった。ホテルは古く、駐車場の最下階からエレベーターはありませんでした。全体的に良いです。

Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road. Last time we were in 23rd floor was great. The pillows this time was very small and uncomfortable too. I recommend asking customer which floor they prefer and informing about noise level. Maybe better and bigger pillows should be put in use.

A perfect hotel for the travelers with a clean room and modern facility only walking distance to the airport. The breakfast is very good. The front desk is very slow. I waited for around 30 minutes for checking.
