施設はとてもきれいでした。私たちは夕食をとり、とても良かったです。部屋は広としていて清潔です。私は間違いなく戻ってきます。また、従業員はフレンドリーで知識が豊富です

私は通常否定的なコメントを投稿しませんが、これが他の旅行者が情報に基づいた選択をするのに役立つなら、いくつかお知らせしたいと思いました。まず、オーシャンビューのジュニアスイートを予約しました。部屋はとても素敵で広としています。しかし、私たちの海の景色は実際には電話の棒と電線と路地のクラブの茅葺き屋根のようです。私たちの元の部屋は4階にあり、最初の夜は外の豪雨のために屋根が急に漏れました。それはほとんど掃除され、私たちは朝、部屋を移動する必要があることをフロントデスクに知らせるように言われました。 すべてを再梱包する不便さのために、アップグレードされた部屋を与えたと思いました。代わりに、3階のジュニアオーシャンビュースイートをワイヤーと屋上を間近で見ることができます。この部屋にはパティオチェアも1つしかなかったので、パティオに座りたくても一緒にいられなかったでしょう。リゾート自体には素敵な設備があります。

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

Todo el personal fue encantador. La ubicación perfecta al lado de Chichén Itzá. La calidad de la comida del restaurante muy buena. Precios acordes. Todo muy bie

私は2年前にグランドフィエスタアメリカンナだったときにこの場所にいました。ディナーレストランのメニューと品質は素晴らしかった。ヒルトンとして、レストランの食べ物の質は間違いなく8から5まで低下しました。ナイトエンターテイメントは非常に悪いです。彼らはもっと楽しいプールアクティビティとナイトショーを行う必要があります。夕食後の夜は何もしません。より良いメニューオプション、質の高い料理、エンターテイメントに取り組むことをお勧めします。メキシコ料理店は主にアメリカ料理です。イタリアンレストランの選択肢は非常に限られており、食べ物はまったく良くありません。イタリア料理も食べられませんでした。しかし、ホテルの場所、サービス、眺めは素晴らしいです。否定的なレビューを書くのは嫌いですが、これは正直なレビューです。ありがとうございました!

Nice hotel. The food was generally good quality with various choices. The rooms were small and had to pay high premium for a more quiet part or you got the noisy ones by the lift or street view.  Reception stuff are really unwelcoming, unhelpful except David. Generally rate the service low all around except the restaurant staff. Would not go back, much nicer choices in Nurvo Vallarta.

They were having a power disruption (only partial power) when I arrived for check in. Things happen; but the way they were dealing with it was exceptional. The desk staff did everything they could to minimize the impact to the arriving guests until full power was restored. The only problem I had was that Trip stated they have an airport shuttle. They did not.  It seems that may have been canceled recently (benefit of the doubt) and Trip has not updated their information. That may be more Trips’s failing more than the hotel. It seems the responsibility of keeping Trip’s information accurate falls on Trip, not the individual vendors.

You can’t beat the location which is why we have returned several times. The rooms are simple with no frills. This time we were given a room that smelled badly or mold. It made it hard to sleep and in the morning I could see a lot of mold coming through the paint in the ceiling and a lot on the walls in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they got us a much better room a few hrs lately. The staff is great, and the pool is nice and family friendly. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also great.

A hotel atop of a mountain literally and metaphorically. Very nice views, pool, resturant, service, and serenity all around. I will come back to this hotel one day. And it's very worth the affordable price.
