このリゾートで本当に快適な滞在ができました。日付はきれいですが、部屋/バスルームはきれいで、選択した場合は毎日掃除されます。ガーデンエリアは素晴らしく、手入れが行き届いています。外観は塗装されたばかりです 私はそれが起こったのを見ました インテリアも最近塗装されたに違いない それは新鮮で再びきれいに見えたからです。私が訪れたときはいつでも食べ物は大丈夫で、何かを見つけるのに問題はありませんでした。私はいつも訪問しませんでした。なぜなら、私は素敵な町でいくつかのレストランやバーを探索したかったからです。私が出会ったスタッフは、特に夜のバーのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。私が5つ星を与えなかった唯一の理由は、ホテルが本格的で飲み物を手に入れるためには、外側に座って2階に上がって飲み物を手に入れなければならない場合、夜のバーは快適ですが十分に大きくありません。もう1つの注意点は、私たちの乗り換えは大丈夫だったミニバスでしたが、外出はコーチで、リゾートの頂上まで4ケースを運ばなければなりませんでした。これは、移動の問題を抱えた訪問者がいれば徒歩数分のかなりの丘です。これは必要です心配。しかし、非常に単純に、私はきれいでフレンドリーなリゾートで素晴らしい滞在をしました。徒歩20分または4-5ユーロタクシーになる素敵な町で食べ物の選択がありました。町には無料のバスがありますが、最後の走りは1700です。

The owners have spent money on the hotel to improve the look and appeal, although despite this there are several things that let it down. We booked a Superior sea-view room and on arrival (our room was not ready as we were early) we were informed that, our room would be on the second floor. We were then placed on the fourth floor and were assured that it was a Superior Sea-view room. The room was tastefully decorated, but a little tired with a partial sea-view - large tree obscuring the sea and with a small bathroom. First night; beds and pillows very uncomfortable, needless to say we didn’t have any good nights sleep for the week we were there (requested pillow exchanges which didn’t help). The room was very hot, twice we reported that the AC wasn’t cooling and asked for a fan which didn’t appear. Housekeeping didn’t refill the fridge with water, nor replenish teas/coffee’s. We asked several times for more water and wondered if they were chargeable? On checking with reception, we were assured they were complimentary - after this our fridge was restocked everyday. Bathroom exchange bidet and face clothes -took them away and didn’t leave replacements). With all our negatives, the location was perfect and staff where friendly.

This hotel is an amazing retreat! Surprisingly you can't hear the noise from the racing track just nearby. The staff is very nice and attentive. The location is great if you want to be in a quiet part of the Algarve (30 minutes from Portimão). The breakfast is great. It has variety and the products are fresh and high quality. The hotel has an amazing outdoor swimming pool, unfortunately the it was too windy and we were not able to enjoy it. The Jacuzzi and the indoor swimming pool are great too! The room is as in the pictures, it is big and the decoration is modern. Overall, we recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy a quiet retreat in the Algarve!

This is a holiday resort more than a hotel. The quality of the food in the 5 restaurants is excellent and the all inclusive is great. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable with really comfortable beds. The swimming pools are the best I have come across with great kiddy pools. It really ticks all of the boxes. A special thank you to Tofayel in the restaurant who looked after us so well. He is a great asset to Tivoli
