The owners have spent money on the hotel to improve the look and appeal, although despite this there are several things that let it down. We booked a Superior sea-view room and on arrival (our room was not ready as we were early) we were informed that, our room would be on the second floor. We were then placed on the fourth floor and were assured that it was a Superior Sea-view room. The room was tastefully decorated, but a little tired with a partial sea-view - large tree obscuring the sea and with a small bathroom. First night; beds and pillows very uncomfortable, needless to say we didn’t have any good nights sleep for the week we were there (requested pillow exchanges which didn’t help). The room was very hot, twice we reported that the AC wasn’t cooling and asked for a fan which didn’t appear. Housekeeping didn’t refill the fridge with water, nor replenish teas/coffee’s. We asked several times for more water and wondered if they were chargeable? On checking with reception, we were assured they were complimentary - after this our fridge was restocked everyday. Bathroom exchange bidet and face clothes -took them away and didn’t leave replacements). With all our negatives, the location was perfect and staff where friendly.

Beautiful property right on Praia da Rocha. Excellent service at check-in, was given a quick tour of the lobby and room by a wonderful gentleman. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. Breakfast was adequate and delicious, staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great place to stay!

Excellent hotel and excellent service. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Always a smile on their faces. A very relaxing hotel and atmosphere. The bar was relaxing and clean as was the pool area. Overall just a very nice hotel.

住みやすいですが、アパートの方がいいかもしれません。キッチンの窓に窓がなく、ベッドは少し不快です。

素晴らしいホテルとサービス。素晴らしいフレンドリーな到着、ウェルカムドリンク付きのバギーでレセプションと部屋に連れて行かれました。スタッフは本当にあなたのために十分にすることができず、そのベストセラーです。食べ物は素晴らしかった、私たちはいくつかの悪いレビューを読んだが、個人的には多くの選択肢でそれを責めることはできなかった。私たちはイタリアンとステーキハウスの両方で予約して食べましたが、問題はありませんでした。大人専用プールはウェイターサービスで綺麗でした。部屋は毎日掃除され、きれいでした。橋を渡って美しい岩の多いビーチまで歩いてすぐ、ホテルの陸上列車でアルヴォルビーチまで1時間ごとに運行しています。少し丘を少し上って、素敵な趣のあるお店に行きました。無料の Jet2 チケットで Zoomarine を訪れました。素晴らしい一日、特に海賊ショー。また、娘とパートナーはベナギル洞窟へのボート旅行に行き、彼らは完全に楽しんだ。これはアルボルで予約されました。私たちは間違いなく戻ってきます。わずかなマイナス点だけが、主に子供向けの夕方のエンターテイメントでした。カラオケとビンゴは最高ではありませんでしたが、素晴らしいプールサイドのファイアショーで一週間が終わるにつれて改善されました。

過去14年ほど家族と一緒に頻繁に訪れるエリアに精通していますが、このホテルに滞在するのはこれが初めてでした。ホテルは私たちに勧められたので、私たちはチャンスを取って予約することにしました-心配する必要はありません。チェックインした瞬間から、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切であることがわかりました。私たちの部屋は素晴らしい海の景色を望む素敵な快適なサイズで、とても快適でした。朝食は非常に多様ですが、いつ出席することにしましたが、これは問題ではありませんでした。このエリアは、素晴らしいプラヤダロチャの静かな場所にあり、10月にそこにいたので、さまざまなレストランに座るのに問題はありませんでした。全体として、これは素晴らしいリラックスした旅行であり、このホテルは素晴らしかったです-来年は間違いなく戻ってきます!
