My pre-requisite for booking any Interlaken hotel for our stay was a minimum 4 star, sauna and a double bed. I love saunas and for me after my daily exercise program a hot sauna is perfect to relax! Your reception staff were excellent on arrival. When I enquired about the sauna, she explained that as long as I notify reception, I can request a sauna at any time. On day one I had a fabulous 86-degree sauna at 7.30am, it was great to have a “proper” heater and not the infra-red heater that are so common nowadays and to relax afterwards in your solarium area. The only comment was the glass door is a real struggle to close and requires attention. On day 2, at around 5.30pm I went to reception to request a 6.30 am sauna the following morning, the male receptionist was attending to a customer. Whilst I was happy to wait , one of his colleagues , the porter asked if he could help me. I explained that I wished to have a sauna the following morning at 6.30 .. He said he would ensure a message was left for the sauna to be ready for me. At 6.30 the following morning I proceeded to the sauna and wellness area to find a cold sauna. The ”double bed” in 101 is shocking- It is 2 single beds pushed together with a double sheet over the top of the two singles. There was a huge depression between the two beds . The bed looks like a roller coaster ! So much for a double bed to snuggle up to my wife in bed ☹ Breakfast overall was very good. The selection is amazing , the fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice, and much more ..it did have the wow factor however the bacon and sausage were sat in a pool of fat or oil. (Many of the better hotels tend to put a few slices of bread under the bacon and sausage to soak the excess fat or oil up.) 10/10 for the fabulous Christmas decorations ! I do make a point of reviewing any place that delivers exceptional customer service as much as those that disappoint.

Das Gartenzimmer war eigentlich gut. Die Begrüssung des Inhabers besserwisserisch und eher kein warmes Willkommen. Die Frühstückszeiten sind zwischen 7.30 und 9.30, was absolut ein zu kleines Zeitfenster ist. Wir wollten früher los und baten am Abend vorher um ein Frühstückspaket. Die Antwort war: Das zahlt mir niemand, jemanden früher aufzubieten... Kleiner Tipp am Rande von Gästen, die das Frühstück bezahlt haben: Man kann sehr wohl eine Alternative bieten. Ein Angebot in Form von Zwieback und dem von ihm ohnehin abgepackten Käse, dann vielleicht einen Orangensaft und das Problem wäre gelöst. Auch könnte man vielleicht einen kleinen Zustupf (z.B. Fr. 10 für einen externen Kaffee) anbieten. Das alles könnte man, wenn man ein klein wenig gastfreundlich sein möchte. Einmal und sicher kein zweites Mal in diesem Hotel.

We were very happy with the Hey Hotel. The staff were courteous and caring, the property was ideally located and the rooms were cool. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Interlaken is a picturesque town but Grindelwald was actually nicer and east access to Jungfraujoch. I would stay here again.

Is a 10 minutes drive from the train station. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the shopping belt. It is also a five minutes walk to the COOP supermarket where the mineral water and all essential groceries can be found. The staff there are helpful and with the city pass (FREE) you can take bus ride around the whole city to explore freely. End

I've traveled across six continents and stayed in over 200 hotels of varying prices. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've encountered. The lack of professionalism and minimal services, combined with exorbitant prices, made this stay quite unpleasant. Positive Aspects: The only positive aspect is its location. Negative Aspects: -Despite booking and paying for a three-person apartment, we were given a double room, even though we were a group of three -The room was incredibly small and came with a steep price tag of 260+ euros for one night. In reality, it's more in line with a 50 euro room at best. -Upon returning to the hotel at 23:00 after dinner, we found the main door locked with no information on how to enter. Our attempts to reach the emergency room number went unanswered, and we ended up waiting for over an hour with a child. Despite seeking help from people on the street and even calling the police, it was only after several attempts that the police (118) managed to unlock the main entrance. Additionally, I tried reaching out to ***********'s emergency number, but even they couldn't establish contact with the property's so-called emergency number. -The toilet and bathroom were incredibly tiny. -I strongly advise against staying at this deceptive hotel. Opt for a hostel instead. This establishment is not worth visiting and should not exist.

Very good location , stunning view and nice service . Place is close to station - surprises you for being so small from outside , but we got a great room with super view of river as well as mountain . Staff and service was super nice at reception , housekeeping as well as at reception .

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Die traumhaften Zimmer mit Blick auf die Jungfrau, einfach Weltklasse! Wir sind zutiefst beeindruck - die Liebenswürdigkeit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter – das ist heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Die neuen, mit viel Liebe gestalteten Zimmer und Räume, die Details im ganzen Hause, die Blumenpracht – einzigartig. Küche und Service waren excellent. Wir wünschen dem ganzen Team viele glückliche Gäste. Wir kommen wieder!

大きなブランドチェーンではありませんが、 しかし、私はこのホテルがとても気に入っており、インターラーケンに来てここに泊まったときは嬉しい驚きを感じました。 まず、立地が二つの駅の間にありとても良いです。 ビジネス街に非常に近く、徒歩圏内 ドアはパラグライダーの着陸場所でもあり、私は毎日肉眼で彼らのスカイダイビングを見ています🪂笑 近くに美味しいお店がたくさんあります 東駅に非常に近く、タクシーを使う必要はありません。徒歩約8分です。 朝食レストランにはおばちゃんが一人しかいないのに でも彼女はとても礼儀正しくて素敵です コーヒーを飲み終えると、彼はさらに何かお手伝いが必要かどうか尋ねます。 朝食の選択肢は多くありませんが、必要なものはすべて揃っています フロントスタッフもとてもフレンドリーです。 素晴らしいサービスと素晴らしい経験です あ、ちなみに部屋の床の軋む音を除いて。 でも数日住んだら慣れました😂
