I booked a female only dorm but I guess there weren't any females so the rooms were all given to guys and there was some lack of communication between partners maybe. I knew from other reviews that there are no air conditioners in the dorms, which is understandable given the price, so the young guys, looked like teenagers were resting shirtless and got surprised when I walked in 😂. I decided not to stay, but it would be cool to practice the martial art lessons offered here. The guy at the desk refunded me and also covered my tuktuk cost to the next hotel I booked.

I expect to have a little more accuracy in line of communication. Where booking and checking time management more better. I had to wait 45 mins before the key arrive. The room is quite dusty and no extra water and drawer quite full of left over mess from different toiletory hotel stuff. I check with online response, about the cooking stove that's broken and not able to be used, and there is no more response to my message. I am writing this review to reflect on my experience here. As a houses owner and traveling all the time, I've always return to different places to experience different hospitality to make mine better. I am sad as this time I can't enjoy the stay as much as I used to in the same building that run by other. I hope Soben group will rearrange the property management to be little extra care. Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff here truly stands out — they are exceptionally friendly, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. Their attentiveness and care really made a difference in my stay. The rooftop swimming pool is an absolute highlight! It offers breathtaking views and a serene environment to unwind. It's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. Breakfast is served à la carte, and although the options are somewhat limited, the quality is excellent. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious — a great way to start the day. Location-wise, this hotel is perfectly situated near the center of town, making it easy to explore the local attractions, shops, and restaurants. And once again, I can't emphasize enough how wonderful and caring the staff is — they truly make this hotel feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

入った時に下水の匂いが少ししましたが、時間が経つとあまり気にならなくなりました。換気扇もきちんとついていたのですが、音が大きめだったので、つけずに過ごしました。建物自体は古い感じでしたが、ホットシャワーやエアコンなどは新しく、きちんとお手入れされている印象でした。スタッフの方も感じが良かったです。値段がお手頃だったのでちょっと心配でしたが、普通に過ごせました。

プノンペンへの出張でこんなに良いアパートに滞在できるとは思っていませんでした。部屋は清潔で衛生的で、設備は新しく、WI-FIは速すぎます。会社のERPへの接続は非常にスムーズで、仕事にまったく影響はありません。他のホテルでのインターネット速度カードは人を崩壊させます。家主は暖かくて思いやりがあり、環境も美しいです。こんなに大きな屋外プールを見たのは初めてです。円は200メートルです。幸いなことに、水着を持って泳ぎました。近くの朝食はとても豊富で、家主も近くのシーフードビュッフェを勧めてくれました。大きなカニの鍋は少し収まりません、そして後味は無限大です。空港から車で10分なので急ぐ必要がなくとても便利です。今回は同僚と出張に来ました。次回は家族を連れて旅行に行きます。私はまだここに住んでいます。

上司はとてもいい人ですが、少し頑固なところもあります。雑談のためだけに顧客の話を中断して黙らせるのは良くありません。その時だから、考えてみたんです。しかし、カンボジアのBoss Fuのようなホテルに泊まれるのは安心感があり、到着後すぐにプコウが安全上の注意事項を丁寧にアドバイスしてくれます。商売繁盛を祈ります！さようなら。

The hotel is in a good place near Air port. The room was nice and clean with fast WiFI internet and nicely functioned AC and hot water.have larg car park for guest car parking with 24$ security service.The starf were welcome,frendly withine english, chines language communication.For the restaurant was really good for morning breakfast and have luch their also delicious and comfortable. I really like this moment, i will reservations and come back again onece time with friend recommendations.

川の近くに建つデザイン的な内装で価格の割に優雅な気分をあじわえました、6ベットのドミトリーに宿泊しましたが予約した時の部屋画像にはカーテンがない様子だったのでカーテン欲しかったなぁと思っていましたがいざチェックインして部屋に案内されるとカーテンがついていてプライベート空間を保てるようになっていました画像が古かったのかもしれません、あとシャワーの水圧や水量、温度が適切で使いやすかったです、スタッフもフレンドリーで丁寧でした、宿泊客もなんとなくですが民度が良かった気がしました、総じて人にオススメするのにためらいがないと言えます。
