Este hotel es cien por cien recomendable para tu estancia en Lourdes, habitaciones súper limpias y amplias, el personal tanto de recepción como del restaurante con un trato excelente hacia los clientes y la comida es muy buena en formato buffet y de muy excelente calidad. Sin duda para repetir una y otra vez. Muchas gracias a todos los empleados del Hotel Alliance.

Great location close to St Michael’s Gate. Hotel is ok, fine when you are out and about most of the time. Room compact but clean and bed comfortable. I get the impression from reviews that some parts of the hotel are better than others. Common parts are rather tired, atmospheric perhaps but we are in 2023, likewise bath with shower attachment and nowhere to place shower. A one handed shower is fun for some. Sachets of shampoo? Food was ok, one up from mass catering. Salad starters were the best bit. Breakfasts were ok, good croissants so can’t complain. Coffee machine had a queue when busy - one day someone will invent a coffee machine for a hotel that makes decent coffee. For a short pilgrimage and a berth for the night, it was fine and would recommend as a place to stay especially for the location. The cafe/brasserie off the lobby was a good spot for snacks and lunch.

The reception staff were very accommodating, although there was a problem with the lift. The girl offered us a choice of other room. She and her colleague were very helpful and helped us with our luggage as I was struggling with it. The guy at the reception went over and beyond to help us get around and advised us on places we could buy things. We ran out of bus fare and needed to get our currency changed. But he was very kind and offered us the change for our bus fares which we then returned after we got back to the hotel from our journey. Great staff . Very helpful. And this makes a lot of difference. Great location. I would definitely go back. Thanks to the lovely staff who made a difference!

Le personnel est au top et d’une gentillesse, rien à dire. Le jour de notre arrivée, Nous avons récupéré notre chambre à 15h30 car celle-ci n’était pas prête. Quelle fut notre surprise lorsque l’on nous a apporté un plateau rempli de petites choses pour s’excuser de ce retard. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette petite attention. Nous avions réservé un duplex, il y a une télé et une salle de bains avec toilettes aux 2 niveaux. La literie est parfaite. Les repas sont bons et le petit-déjeuner est varié, sucré salé. Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels à Lourdes mais le Padoue est pour nous le plus à l’écoute et axé sur la satisfaction client.

Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre ville à pied La chambre est correcte Par contre en terme d’isolation, c’est une catastrophe ! On attend tous les bruits de l’extérieur et même les gens qui toussent dans la chambre d’à côté C’est donc difficile de bien dormir
